    @reliancejio I am totally disgusted with your performance since last one month. Even after numerous complaints my Wi-Fi stops working every now and then. If you can not improve the service please disconnect and refund my security as early as possible.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, Another service request is not solution The previous service request timeline has already expired with no update. Your official SMS dated 26 Jun promised refund within 7 business days, but still haven't received it. Please resolve issue instead of raising new ticket
