    @JioCare @vivekgu51548611 Oh!! Then recharge customers'number directly if Jio is so concerned about degradation of services, why to send notification several times a day and before all calls made, once in a day is still okay to know "Yes recharge validity is on end, so a customer will have to recharge".

    @reliancejio It is wonderful but tgese days speed is poor. You have to improve as it is becoming diffucult fir presentations and meetings with the ongoing trend of virtual mode of communications. Hope it will be taken seriously by your customer care. In Mumbai if thus is the case.. .

    @JioCare Still no response. Please stop lying to customers. I strongly suggest everyone not to go for Jio Fiber. Pathetic after sales service. You guys only play bluff and scam customers

    From last one month we are facing problem in issoo as the signal tower here is not working properly it gets down unexpectedly Please do the needful as this is the only signal tower here @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare what I am getting is re schedule messages from yesterday. No one visited for installation. So many husle in installation? No escalation matrix,no one supports in @reliancejio. I wish Mr Ambani can get this feedback. Pathetic support. No accountability. I feel disappointed.

    @JioCare I have cancelled my jio care and still people have not come back to take my device, nor do they have refunded my money. The customer service number never connects. Worst service ever.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi team ,kindly tell me the process to stop sim facility.i had complained many time but no network in my area.only jio tower is there but no proper 4G network.only we get like 2 G network in place of 4 G.slap your employee @DoT_India

    @JioCare Worst worst worst customer care ever came across. After call for 30 min ur Executive. they have transferred call to so called senior executive and after 10 min conv that senior exc is playing dum like can you hear me . I can't hear u and dropped the call
