    Jio fiber is the worst network in India. Here is the reason - I have installed jio fiber, services I get 10 days in one month. You raise complaint to local service provider but didn't get any update 😞 @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare I understand the offer cannot be restored once cancelled. That is completely fine with me. I no longer want the Amazon Prime Lite subscription through Jio. Please proceed with cancelling/disabling it from my account. I need a proper resolution.

    @JioCare this dumb ******er kiran from number 9281126354 called and spoke rudely with my wife. And disconnected the call. Are you freaking giving me jio fiber connection or no. I have one option left to file a case in @jagograh. You ask me to dm you and nothing happens. **** jio

    I’m a senior citizen. Since yesterday evening Internet not working. Lodged complaint yesterday evening around 4pm, technician was to visit between 6-7 pm yesterday but no. Again 12 to 1pm today, no, again 3 pm today and no. Jio very poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare My service was cancelled as failure of repair by jio. I was told that the setup box Will be picked & refund will be initiated in Jan. It's been 4 months no one is coming to pick up set top Box, neither i am receiving any refund. Jio is a fraud company, worst service experience.
