@b50 @JioCare They are worst on customer handling. They can even take six month advance of Rs 4250 in Panchkula and then say the connection is not possible. Did not get refund even after 2 months. Big cheat company.

@JioCare Dear Subham, just go through the complaint properly, it's all there and above all don't act like a BOT reply. I've already given the location in the post, SRM University Tiruchirapalli Campus. Is it not enough to get the exact location and in other hand it's a continuation post.

@JioCare Again spamming with canned responses, I have already mention the issue clearly, please check wisely, I have mentioned that in your directory realme x50pro is delisted as a non5g device, but realme already released the update few days ago to support jio 5g, so please update it.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio More than 12 hours and services are yet to get restored in entire district. Needless to say, Jio has worst technical support. JioFiber services in the entire district is affected and yet, no sense of urgency in resolving.
