@JioCare My jio fiber net is not working since 7 days the jio executives are saying that they had no engineers to visit the site of my house for solve the issue.your company had no engineers to solve the problem of jio fiber . Is this kind service you givn to customers

@JioCare @reliancejio Wanted to switch to Jio Fiber, but got denied service by the Jio representative mentioning that i can choose one of the only 2 options provided(rs 999 or rs 1499) Any other plan request i was told wont be entertained and i was asked to leave. Helloo????

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Hi Jio Careless! Two weeks and no solution. Pathetic services, mobile net speed less than one Mbps. Thousands of subscribers suffering. Forget 5G, stabilize 4G, give solution. Trai must take notice and pull up Jio for misleading gullible public.
