@JioCare @Funjabi_Gal Completely agree with you. They just fool their customers. The customer care on 198 and 18008893999 are very rude and abusive. They do not have the ability to resolve the issue. Just waste of time. I have recorded their calls too. @jagograhakjago Kindly look into this.
