    @JioCare @JioCare the reason may be they are not expanding the network because the same local team work for bsnl and they are selling BSNL at High rates, with which they will earn more than expanding jio fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are facing network issues in our area. Since I made a complaint today it has marginally improved ,but the speed is ridiculously slow. Chakradharpur Area: potka. Please get this resolved ASAP. WFH is getting difficult with network issues.

    Surprised to see @JioCare is using BOTs to respond to customer complaints. After sharing my contact details on DM I got a call from @reliancejio . Operator had no satisfactory answer. Later they are just sharing same messages repeatedly. No seniors involved. Unethical practice

    @reliancejio @JioCare Thank you guys for the worst experience ever in regards to your customer support services. . This is the first time I have encountered a company that is way too eager to capture the market with their fibre net but is unable to solve a simple problem.
