@JioCare I know that VIP content is not available and I am not asking for that, I am asking that I have paid for a year long disney hotstar VIP pack and Jio should provide that service.

Dear @JioCare how do you can provide such worst services (speed)to customers. In the whole city Agartala everyone faces the same.The worst fibre service in the town. Upgrade your system otherwise,don't play with customers emotions. You can ask everyone from Agartala (799001).

@JioCare completion of existing. I want to pause longer validity plan and use new plan to be expired in 30 days. Alternatively deactivate shorter plan and use it later. Customer care disagreed for this also there is no solution. Jio did not warn me while activating my new plan.

@reliancejio @JioCare So disappointing response towards you guys just I got a call from your representative MrAmit mishra mob no. 7525019082 .and he is saying it will take one week to solve you network issue . Please look into the matter this is not responsible behaviour .

@JioCare Do I have to switch my SIM card every time i want to login to the app , as I am using iPhone I won’t able to install Jiocall to get OTP for my jiofi number , you still haven’t given an solution for that

@JioCare Are you mad Mr. Asad I have never switched on the mobile data in my handset, then on what basis did you blaming us?? Above message sent about 72 hours ago but no concrete answer from Jio team. Is this your customer service????
