    @ACTFibernet No internet connectivity for last 5 days. Service requests raised get closed within TAT. Technician calls to request me not to raise tickets but hasn't restored internet. ACC no. 103016091284 @JioCare when the hell is your fiber reaching Royapettah, Chennai?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing issue in jio fiber my modem is in green State and internet not working on all devices and issue resolved after restarting. I've complaint many times to CC but always told to restart the device. No one care about actual root cause. Device problem

    @JioCare would request if you make new postpaid plans , also get a solution on how we can reactivate the numbers. Sorry , but Your team is unable to do so. They can not generated codes now to reactivate. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK WELL BEFORE LAUNCHING SOMETHING NEW.

    @JioCare Simply, Jio customer care & this platform are elongating the conversation instead of accepting their net slow speed which is checked by me on net velocity app of Jio.

    I tried to take my number which I lost 1 year back, but service center not able to help me out. This worst service not expected from @jiocare centers
