    @JioCare hi,, My jio fiber has not been working since morning...I've tried calling your service engineer but they r too reluctant to receive or help... I've raised a service request too.. But no one is helping..it's your common practice for harassing people ..is it that tedious?

    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.

    @JioCare Without internet for last 5 days ! Is this what digital revolution is. Atleast technician should visit and check the issue, the initial checkup is not done yet.

    @JioCare Request ID raised yesterday for internet issue of Jio Air Fiber. Id number SR00002LKXMU. Visit was scheduled from 3-4 PM, Now received msg that it's delayed. If you cannot solve it on time then better collect your box and discontinue my connection
