@JioCare my #JioFiber is down from yesterday morning. I raised a complaint on app and talked to your representative. She told me that they won't be able to repair it before 19th. What sort of service is this? My connection is hardly 4 days old.

@JioCare Understood, but what about the refund on Rs 4900 recharge for 6 months that was hardly used done in June 22 and we had to disconnect since there was no resolution for no internet for months from jio. Also, Why do I have to keep explaining same thing to all your representatives?

complain for the issue he very arrogantly told me go for it and initiate your refund. So, @reliancejio I want my refund I don't want your fibre connection. Now I am realising that I made a big mistake. Hopefully @airtelindia will give me much better services than yours.
