    @JioCare @jio_fiber My JioAirFiber complaint SR000037A73N is still unresolved for the last one week. No engineer has visited my premises, but I received a message stating that the issue has been addressed. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution. Kindly resolve this asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 10 days now but still no installation is done nor received any sms of installation. Worst customer service of Jio, whatsapp and myjio chat is more pathetic. They did not even care to reply me the tentative date or timeline over email or DM. Kindly refund my money ASAP.

    @JioCare Just process for cancellation I want my whole amount back on my source account. I'll choose another service provider. Do it ASAP. Can't wait more already crossed 36+ hour just for fcking new SIM
