@JioCare From past 2-3 days speed is very slow. 30 min work is taking 2-3 hr to complete it because of network issue. before 2-3 days it was working fine. Can you please let me know if there is some issue. I am talking about this in Nigohan, Lucknow - 226302

@ambika_Mam @JioCare Pathetic service from jio care on jio fiber speed issue, plan says 300 MBPS, but actul is less than 100 MBPS. Above all not one is there for resolutions, no customer service at all. Tried everything this tweet, calling customer care and email.
