    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    Finally cancelling @reliancejio after 3 months of a traumatic and exhausting nightmare. Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.

    "@hotstar_helps @JioCare My Jio HotStar_2M plan is active in MyJio until 2026, but your app is asking me to subscribe again. I have proof of active recharge. Jio says it's your fault. Please DM me immediately to fix this manual sync issue!"
