@balajihariharn @reliancejio @airtelindia Ah damn. Through IVR by selecting option for Amazon prime I was able to reach someone who took the cancelation request. I also raised a chargeback through amex. I always recommend you pay deposits through CC for their chargeback process.

@JioCare - I had deactivated my Fiber connection back in Sep,2020. The device was collected by your agent. Till date my refund has not been issued and I am getting daily calls to return the device. Can you please focus on your customer service as well?
