@JioCare I ordered jio fiber connection on dated 19 Jan 2023.and also I paid for this 4240.92.but jio technician never came to for installation.and finally it was cancelled by jio team. जब लगाना नही था तब पैसा क्यों लिए।

Hey ,What a joke. last night I saw on the Jio app that 5G's active option was visible on the app, but Jio's welcome offer was not applied in it! And saw this morning, the option of 5G active was removed from there.what problem?@JioCare @utsavtechie @reliancejio

@JioCare I am a postpaid customer and wants a new sim. applied online about 5 days back but no response received. I went to jio store yesterday evening and i was amazed to see that the guy told me to come tomorrow. He said he js new and dont know how to do it,manager was also NA
