    @JioCare Kindly proceed disconnect for my Jio airfiber service and keep thing in your mind that I have already informed you in my current already paid bill cycle so if process get delayed from u , person not come. I will not responsible to pay any charge

    @JioCare Technically you can’t deny. discontinuing for another reason, I’d understand. But I’m unhappy with your very poor service. You should refund the remaining plan amount. I can go to higher authorities, but I’m not. I am ok with it so, Kindly proceed with Jio AirFiber disconnection.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Help! I’m currently overseas and my SIM has no network. I cannot recharge because portal says "InvalidContact." I’ve tried the website, app, WhatsApp, but nothing works from abroad. I need to get my SIM working asap. Please DM so I can provide my details.

    Disappointed wid @jiocare. My Wi-Fi is down for 24+ hours, I was given a 10-11AM slot for repair today & it’s a total no-show. Meanwhile, I’m still paying for charges for a service I can't use. Why the 2 standard when it comes to uptime vs. billing? 😡 #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare Replace the goddamn {future date} with a real date in yyyy-mm-dd or whatever freaking format of your liking, you morons! Your customer is asking for the date of installation or initiate refund. Do you get that? @JioCare
