If it's anytime beyond 11 AM tomorrow (28-May), cancel my order and refund the amount. I will not be available after 11 AM to collect the SIM.

Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.
