@JioCare jio fiber does not work. Customers can't put compain on the apo. Call centre fellows have been trained to be polite and say that your area is facing problem and problem shall be resolved. Which is not done There is no resolution for days together. Really sad state.

@nilava_pal @reliancejio @JioCare Might be chance dey won't be listening & coming. Does ur billing starts? Dey might nt hv port available for connection. As in my case they removed someone's else & installed. Nw I am fight with #WorstJioService to restore bcoz billing start & with no service they billed fr Rs.564

Just after a day they removed my connection and following for service past 6days. I hv been billed Rs564 fr a month without internet. #WorstJioService

@JioCare @rikkiostwal Great. Do you got full refund? I am think also to cut the connection, but without service they have already bill me Rs.564, which I think won't be refund. Installation done and billing starts..weather there is no internet service. #WorstJioService. please retweet if you feel.
