Dear @Airtel_Presence your fixed line helpline sucks, just like your billing policies meant to throw nasty surprises at customers. Spent 20 mins over phone to achieve nothing , whereas 2 min spent writing a mail to disconnect my no. Would have been more worthwhile. @JioCare
