worst customer care service. I raised a port in request to Jio.. Delivery guy asked me 239 rs for the first recharge. Had some confusion regarding the prime membership fee. Called @JioCare 4 times. 3 executives told me the first recharge is free. 1 told me I will have to pay 339.
