    Respected @MukeshAmbanima Sir, My home is in Sirmala Beel vill in Nagaon dist of Assam.For the last 2 years, my vill has ben in big trouble due to very poor network coverage in the area and regarding this we have complaint to the manager of the head branch of nagaon-@JioCare

    Jio Network is poor in my area. I already informed it to Nagaon Jio office. They sent Network Engineer for 3times but they cann't solve it. I have 3 Jio connection. Please do something @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

    I've a pending service request with Jio AirFiber, I directly contacted through the helpline number, but couldn't connect, there is no network issue in our location, but the call automatically gets disconnected saying that network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Since 7 July, I have been unable to use the internet because the Jio pole has fallen and the internet cable has broken. I contacted the help desk multiple times. Instead of providing a resolution,calls are simply being transferred. @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Team, Wi-Fi router has been down for 7 days. SR 'SR00003ADZ43' already raised, but no engineer visit. Assigned engineers are not responding on calls, and the visit keeps getting rescheduled.
