    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @MukeshAmbanima To inform you that my Jio internet connection is disturbed from last 7 weeks. I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to fix it. I expect a quick response.

    Please improve the internet connectivity,it is poor since 3 years, Service Engineer came once but of no use. Call quality is somewhat good but internet connectivity extremely poor. PIN- 782136, Exact location Coordinates: 26.5698, 92.9679 @JioCare @reliancejio pls put a tower.

    Jio Network is poor in my area. I already informed it to Nagaon Jio office. They sent Network Engineer for 3times but they cann't solve it. I have 3 Jio connection. Please do something @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    I am facing trouble as I am having Online teaching near my house 1000 thousands jio customers all are techars and students and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection. (Show your actual problem and situation) @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

    Today, there was no network coverage in my area from 10 am to almost 2 pm that too without any prior information. I missed an important meeting b'coz of this. This is disgusting @reliancejio @JioCare

    This is preposterous! jio is not allowing us to talk to the customer care executive. I am facing a ridiculously slow speed and the so called jio app (AI) is not able to help and there is no option to talk to a human customer care executive. @JioCare @reliancejio ?????????????????

    @JioCare So i was a couple of hours late to recharge my JioFiber account and now the customer care says i will never have a prime membership. Ever!! Why am I paying so much if I can't have that one application which i use the most?? Will it make more sense if I move to Airtel?
