@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

@JioCare Habiba, please check the call recordings of my conversations with Jio Customer Care. You will clearly understand how many times I explained my problem and how frustrated I have become. Despite repeated complaints, my issue was not taken seriously and no technician was sent. Does the customer care team not even have the authority to send a technician to resolve such issues? Customers should not have to struggle this much just to get basic service support. I hope this time the issue is actually resolved, not just another service request number. @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare Look at the quality of your Jio post (TREE), our Wi-Fi has not been working for 4days and a ticket was raised, but no one has been assigned or visited. Our modem has no issue, check the external Jio line and resolve this immediately, or we will switch to another provider
