    @reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

    Today, there was no network coverage in my area from 10 am to almost 2 pm that too without any prior information. I missed an important meeting b'coz of this. This is disgusting @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the Assam IT minister own local area and service like this here is unacceptable. I have been regularly complaining since past 4 years but no issue resolved as of yet. Will escalate further if even this time it isn't addressed. I've sent details

    I am facing trouble as I am having Online teaching near my house 1000 thousands jio customers all are techars and students and my most of the work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection. (Show your actual problem and situation) @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    Please improve the internet connectivity,it is poor since 3 years, Service Engineer came once but of no use. Call quality is somewhat good but internet connectivity extremely poor. PIN- 782136, Exact location Coordinates: 26.5698, 92.9679 @JioCare @reliancejio pls put a tower.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare Very poor network near Rajhans Corazo, Vesu (Surat). Multiple large residential societies with thousands of residents but almost no signal. The first operator to improve coverage here will gain many new users. Kindly look into this.

    @JioCare Why should a customer pay when there was no service provided by Jio? I'm happy to co-operate for any more details, because I have already shared screenshots of calls with the Jio service. I have shared an app screenshot which didn't allow me to raise a complaint.

    My JioHotstar account has been suspended for 24 hours without any specific reason. It’s also very difficult to get in touch with your support team since everything seems to be handled by bots. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @reliancejio really bad customer service from Jio I paid for my dads phone to transfer from BSNL to Jio in Jan and until now despite making multiple trips to the store, the line is not transferred now I don’t have any way to communicate with him
