    Respected @MukeshAmbanima Sir, My home is in Sirmala Beel vill in Nagaon dist of Assam.For the last 2 years, my vill has ben in big trouble due to very poor network coverage in the area and regarding this we have complaint to the manager of the head branch of nagaon-@JioCare

    Today, there was no network coverage in my area from 10 am to almost 2 pm that too without any prior information. I missed an important meeting b'coz of this. This is disgusting @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @MukeshAmbanima To inform you that my Jio internet connection is disturbed from last 7 weeks. I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to fix it. I expect a quick response.

    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @_MukeshAmbani Applied for Jio fiber connection on 7th July 22 but till date no installation done neither any information. . . If the installation process is so slow. Can anybody guess what the Speed of the internet will be . The worst service

    Please improve the internet connectivity,it is poor since 3 years, Service Engineer came once but of no use. Call quality is somewhat good but internet connectivity extremely poor. PIN- 782136, Exact location Coordinates: 26.5698, 92.9679 @JioCare @reliancejio pls put a tower.

    @reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

    @reliancejio @JioCare extremely pathetic service from Jio. No reply on emails, no answer by customer care executives, no help in Jio stores. No one to listen to my complaint. Today it is being realized that I made the worst mistake by taking Jio number.

    @JioCare JioFiber us the worst ISP in India. My issue hasn't been resolved in 3 months. Can't speak to any senior personal. Customer care is pathetic. They won't connect to any superiors. No response in emails I am filing a consumer court case.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @TRAI my jio number is disconnected due to no recharge. Is this correct to disconnect the number without giving the prior information or notice to customer?? I have not received any information from jio.

    It's already 15 days passed and today someone from technical teams visit and said, we have to install box to give u fiber connection. @reliancejio @JioCare can you do any help to get this done quickly. I was not expecting this much of delay from India No. 1 Broadband company.
