    Its been 2 years, no tower of JIO has been put in our area. A service Engineer has come but of no use. Hope a tower will be put soon and. Coordinates are: 26.57, 92.96 . I have stopped Recharging JIO & started using AIRTEL till then. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Please improve the internet connectivity,it is poor since 3 years, Service Engineer came once but of no use. Call quality is somewhat good but internet connectivity extremely poor. PIN- 782136, Exact location Coordinates: 26.5698, 92.9679 @JioCare @reliancejio pls put a tower.

    @reliancejio I spoke to customer care but they did not provide any information that I could understand.The network in my house is very slow.I complained about it but nothing has changed yet.I will wait till the next two days.If it doesn't work out,I will leave Jio sim 7662866765

    @JioCare no network since 1 year for jio customers. Lot of complaonts over phone and ohysically to office being done but of no use. Address: Hatbor chariali,Hatbor area, Dist: Nagaon, Assam, Pin-782136

    Jio Network is poor in my area. I already informed it to Nagaon Jio office. They sent Network Engineer for 3times but they cann't solve it. I have 3 Jio connection. Please do something @JioCare @reliancejio

    Its been 2 years now no tower of JIO has been put in this place. Once service Engineer has come but of no use. Facing heavy network issues. Hope you will put a tower soon and give us a smooth experience. No network of JIO. 26.57, 92.96 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the Assam IT minister own local area and service like this here is unacceptable. I have been regularly complaining since past 4 years but no issue resolved as of yet. Will escalate further if even this time it isn't addressed. I've sent details

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @MukeshAmbanima To inform you that my Jio internet connection is disturbed from last 7 weeks. I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to fix it. I expect a quick response.
