    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare It has not been resolved, kindly look into it. Request raised on 11th june and technician visit is still pending as in 13 th June. You guys are in rescheduling service request. Pathetic. @reliancejio

    Absolute fraud by @JioCare @reliancejio! Paid Rs.1200 for AirFiber relocation on June 8. After days of endless delays, the technician called me late last night, lied about the process to get an OTP from me, and used it to fraudulently terminate my active connection!

    @akash_railcric @AbhayEdavalath @JioCare Bro just open Z5 app in your STB and load the Live TV option in your Z5 app and search for Unite8 channels, both channels are working for me there. Live TV + app is not working. Fixed it for me.

    @JioCare Could you please confirm the expected timeline for service restoration? At this point, it is difficult to understand whether this issue is genuinely being prioritized or if I am simply receiving standard responses without any concrete action being taken.

    spoke to the engineer or shared the code, but still got a mail saying request on hold bโ€™coz you asked for it! What kind of con service is this @reliancejio @JioCare ? Your call centre guy keeps repeating it wonโ€™t happen again! But what about this time? I still have no internet4/4

    @JioCare i need ur confirmation. a guy from jio technical has called me from his personal number to cooperate me over live TV + issue. He could not solve the issue about why it's not working so he provided me a link n coupon code for zee5. #jio #scam 1/2

    @JioCare found out that jio Wifi service doesn't have engineers and technicians because of poor payment policy no one wishes to stay where as we consumer are being forced to pay for no service they have no reply only pacify with stupid talks we are suffering
