    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, Prakash. Since this is a recurring issue, 'resolved soon' isn't enough. As an e-commerce professional, my work is being badly affected. Can you provide a specific ETA for the fix? Also, please share a Service Request (SR) number for tracking

    Very poor Jio service in Dimapur- 797112 near City College, Netaji Colony. Calls barely connect throughout day and after 6 PM, it is impossible to talk using Jio. Network disappears frequently & internet speed drops to almost 2G level. Kindly resolve this issue urgently. @JioCare

    @JioCare amy jiofiber is down since yester 5pm due to rain affcting some outside power/junction box, I had complaint about it SR00002L2YI8 ,jio technician checked and found the infrastructure issue. He said another twam will check and fix this.But till now there is no resolution

    Airtel Fibre down since 1 PM. It’s 9:48 PM now & still no internet. Customer support says maybe by 2 AM. Recharge 1 day late ho toh service band, but when Airtel stays down for hours, who compensates users? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown — Posting using @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why is it so hard to get your support team in touch ? Installation delayed by 2 days, still no one is bothered from your team to address it! If it's unserviceable, just refund. There are better networks with good service.

    @JioCare @JioCare JioFiber remained completely down from 7 May till 13 May and was restored only today after repeated complaints and escalations. Immediate compensation or validity extension must be provided for all downtime days, as customers should not be charged for unavailable service

    The network of jio in the our location is very poor since last 8 days call drop, voice break during calls and Internet is very slow no 5G network 🛜 is too much slow please do something @reliancejio other wise many costumer is going port in other service @reliancejio
