  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  Over 24 HOURS with no JioFiber internet and still no real support from @JioCare . Service request shows “assigning engineer” but no call, no visit, nothing. Customer care is just bots with zero accountability. This is pathetic service. @reliancejio

  @JioCare It's been 10 days since my order was returned. I went to the Samsung Service Center, but they also refused to return the order. They told me to contact JioMart or say it's a fake order. When I contacted JioMart, they also refused to accept the return and wouldn't refund my money.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @relianceindltd If a relocation service request is cancelled by your backend team, it cannot be re-initiated. Why? I’m being asked to pay ₹1200 AGAIN to raise a fresh request. Why should a customer pay twice for your internal failure?

  @reliancejio @TRAI Also using Airtel no since 14-15 years but no such issue faced and they respond quickly and effectively in satisfactory manner to each queries whether it'recharge related or anything else Really thinking to discontinue all jio services now after such services and response
