  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Another vague reply. For 8 working days, all I've heard is "wait a few business days." A transparent company provides a clear refund timeline, not endless uncertainty. Same generic response only reflects poor accountability and an inefficient refund process.

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Full payment was made on 31-Jul-2026with a promised installation date of 01-Aug-2026. Several days have passed with no installation, no resolution. I will be forced to pursue the matter through consumer grievance channels. Order ID: LR0000163JV0

  If I'm calling to jio customer care it means I want direct chat with the customer executive and I'm not interested in my oan detail and other nonsense talk. It been 2 hrs in trying to reach out these idiots but only that nonsense chatbot is there @reliancejio

  Peak @reliancejio customer service in Aligarh. Taking money for AirFiber when building nodes for JioFiber are already active is next-level lazy salesmanship. Sales reps take commissions, customers take the headache!

  @JioCare Finally,after 10 days without internet, my JioFiber connection has been restored. I hope no other customer has to go through such a long outage. Thank you for near by jiofiber service for quick action. Hoping for better service and faster response in the future. @JioCare
