    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare @JioCare horrendous customer service. I think I am done here. Customer care tells me engineer will come at 10pm to fix the issue. Are you even hearing yourselves?

    @JioCare Your fibre service in Srinagar is pathetic. The VIP section of Srinagar is struggling for a stable internet connection. @Airtel_Presence fibre is working everywhere in the area. @JioCare If the service is not resumed, I have 4 Jio fibre connections, I will port them.

    @reliancejio @JioCinema There goes the commitment of 4G network. I never really had proper network even in normal conditions. Speed always has issues. But now unreliablility has got new dimension with network power loss combo

    @JioCare @JioCare can see your "CONCERN" very well. One month. One month is all it took. You couldn't keep a customer beyond a month.

    @reliancejio the sales "executive" made misleading promises and now that I am trying to contact him, he's not picking up my phone. Also, I absolutely DO NOT like your policy of collecting deposit money before even handing me the product!! What kinda customer service is this!?
