  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  @jio_fiber @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Raised a request on 27th May 26. No resolution and the ticket automatically went to resolved status. Again another ticket created but still no engineer assigned till date. Not able to contact jio customer care to speak about the issue

  @reliancejio @JioCare wrost experience while calling to customer care on 199 or 198 there is no option to connect with human and only Ai is answering Arey bhai ai se nhi hoga
