    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    Jio Postpaid service is pathetic! Bill paid at 7 AM, still no service. 10+ calls, everyone gives a different timeline—20 mins, 4 hrs, 24 hrs. No proper resolution. Don’t take Jio Postpaid. @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.

    @reliancejio Your network and internet service in my area is extremely poor. 📶❌ 4G/5G speeds are very slow, calls also face network issues, yet recharge prices keep increasing. I’ve raised complaints multiple times, but the issue is still not properly resolved. #networkissue

    @JioCare Submitted all valid documents for JioFiber ownership transfer, but the team rejected it without explaining what is wrong with the POA document. If you cannot transfer the connection, guide me on terminating the service immediately

    @JioCare I had once again submitted with DL as valid proof with camera capture I hope your team won't reject it otherwise I have to terminate my jio fibre line

    If you’re in rural area please never choose jio Air fibre because their service is literally garbage. There is a hardware issue in the one installed at my home, I trying to register complain and they are not even giving option anywhere. Its been 3 days. @JioCare @reliancejio
