    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare Every reply assigns a different agent who asks me to explain the entire issue again. Please assign one dedicated case owner who can review the previous conversation and take this to resolution instead of repeating the same questions. My issue has been pending for weeks.

    @JioCare You guys are so dumb just like your IVR customer support. Already dropped message and everything but still asking to drop the message. And they have no proper human customer support instead of bot/robots who has zero sense of dealing with customers issue.

    Hello @reliancejio I am trying to reach your customer care for 2days but no human is there the bot disconnect the call after speaking instructions also the social media team is of all bot.Please resolve my issue asap
