@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@rajupadh @JioCare Very #WorstJioService. For me 6days has been passed. Multiple calls, email and request. No solution. Now they are telling they will not able to help please raise the request to cut the connection.

@JioCare I had booked a new connection with Service Request NO0000LEZZ9A for a new Jio Fiber connection. Till date the request has not been processed. Pathetic service from JIO. REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

@JioCare wrt service req SR00001APFMU JioFiber would like to highlight pathetic customer care from Jio team.Issue not yet resolved customer care just fools customers by giving new deadlines.Made 8-10 calls but no genuine response.#JioFiber start caring ..jiocare is of no care.

Now a days @reliancejio is providing worst services at my place. My wire got broken on 26th night from the nearest pole and i raised a request regarding it. Today is 1st may but still yet the problem didn’t get resolved…. Worst service provided….
