@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

We applied for Jio Fiber connection multiple times, the sales person says that the connection is available but when the technician comes, he says no connection is available. This is not expected from Jio. Worst customer experience!! @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I really don't understand why you need more than a week for new installation when Airtel can install in 2 to 3 hours. I just escalated, if you can improve the service, so that other customers don't face this issue. Thankyou

@RMantri @reliancejio @airtelindia This is a skewed, “let’s make India look bad” analysis. They are happy to include a 256kbps fixed line connection to equate access to internet but ignore the 4G data connection that’s becoming ubiquitous in India.
