    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @JioCare SR raised at 5:30PM, tech scheduled 7-8PM. When I call your engineer say not my area nobody works after 5PM & cancel. But for a NEW installation, your team works till 10PM?! Need this internet issue fixed ASAP. SRO0002MBRJ8.

    @reliancejio i am not getting proper network since you had given 5g i still waiting for proper network , irrespective of your main job hiking the price you had done nothing to add for network you are still using bsnl network which supports only 4g

    @JioCare Issue is very simple No speed If connects it shows no internet and that's all , very frustrating Happening since may 10th , so much disruption while doing Office work Recharging 50rs daily I mean what I need to explain here? Neighbours WIFI working absolutely fine but ours 0

    @JioCare What pathetic customer support! I want to close my JioAirFiber connection, but your number only connects me to bots with no cancellation option. I emailed 3 days ago and still have no response. @reliancejio Worst customer experience.

    @JioCare Hi the connectivity is still the same and no changes The data is very slow and the latency is very high I cannot even use the daily data Let me know if I need to raise another complaint

    @JioCare Who asked for a rent rebate? Stop diverting customers from the real question. Our time is more valuable than any rebate. Three days without service is three days of lost work. Answer one question: Is 72+ hours without internet your definition of 'no delay'? @JioCare @jio_fiber
