    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    the most shameful and irresponsible operator is JIO... the fiber network is down since 3.28pm yesterday...they now say it will be restored by 23rd Aug, clear 48hrs without internet...their service executive says "switch to another operator...we cant do any better" @JioCare

    @JioCare To remove any doubt, I challenge Jio support to call my Jio number +918487917379 and verify whether the SIM is currently active and capable of receiving calls/SMS. If your support team is able to successfully call this number and confirm that the SIM is active. @JioCare

    @airtelindia worst 5G network service in India. They take money for 5G unlimited but could not provide it and @airtelindia customer care saying they are working to rollout 5G services in delhi. What a joke! @reliancejio is much better in 5G unlimited service

    @JioCare I am sorry that I missed the call. please call me back or please give me a time frame within which the issue should be resolved. Just escalating doesnt help as you guys have been escalating abortively for last 2 weeks.

    @reliancejio @TRAI the jio fiber is down in our area Tagore Nagar Vikhroli mumbai. If our payments are delayed just by a day our lines are suspended. Then why no action in telecoms?
