  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  Hi @JioCare, I am facing disruption in internet service from 1 PM today on my Jio Fiber. I switched from Airtel to Jio recently but the service of Jio just sucks. It's so pathetic.

  @reliancejio live right next to the District Court in a major district town and can barely load a text. If the network is this broken in the heart of the city, what absolute nightmare are people in rural villages dealing with? Fix your service or stop taking our money. #JioDown

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare my router is not working, I've been trying to raise a request from last 30 mins but it's just redirecting me here and there. Such poor support will lead me switching to @airtelindia , this is not happening for the first time. #jio #jiorouter
