@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

Got this MSG from wonderful @JioCare team. Now tell me if someone is suffering huge losses due to downtime, then why would he deny to fix the issue. Simple technician gave his bogus remarks and never visited

@krishna1993174 @reliancejio @JioCare They are all frauds But what i understand from the chat is they are charging for the installation and NOT for the engineer visit after your complaint. If you return within 60 days they would return full amount But they promise to refund fully during installation. #FraudJio

@JioCare my broadband is down from last 48 hours, complaint raised and that's it. @reliancejio busy launching new product for new customer. Old one are not going any where?
