  @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

  @s_kumar04 @JioCare I have been facing the same issue with my postpaid number since 15th August. Have raised 2 Service Requests..none have been solved yet. The bill cycle starts but the data doesn't...Hopeless service

  @JioCare The aervice team is saying that sale person was at fault and sales team is blaming service team for default for delay in resolving the issue. In btw the cuatomer is the one who keeps paying for recharge and getting harassed

  @reliancejio @JioCare After 14days also jio fiber refund was still in process, I have called to customer care no of times they are still saying it's in processing stage. Wrost service of internet I have ever seen in my life. I will raise #consumercomplaint on u ppl
