    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    Got this MSG from wonderful @JioCare team. Now tell me if someone is suffering huge losses due to downtime, then why would he deny to fix the issue. Simple technician gave his bogus remarks and never visited

    @reliancejio Bhai tere 4G to chalte nhi 5G kiu la rha! Feb se complain kr rha network issue.. har baar ka same reply "please share your complete details... uske baad there is some coverage issue, We will resolve it shortly"!

    @Vigneshautomobi I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @krishna1993174 @reliancejio @JioCare They are all frauds But what i understand from the chat is they are charging for the installation and NOT for the engineer visit after your complaint. If you return within 60 days they would return full amount But they promise to refund fully during installation. #FraudJio

    @JioCare my broadband is down from last 48 hours, complaint raised and that's it. @reliancejio busy launching new product for new customer. Old one are not going any where?
