    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    Changed my mind and lost my trust on @reliancejio changed my wifi service to @airtelindia never buy jio as they will only change the dates airtel is costly but much better than worst jio fiber.Especially in patna jio delayed my setup from 16/03/2022 to 25/03/2022 even i paid

    @JioCare Hi Team, I am unable to add child member to the parent number , hence I am unable to change data limit for the secondary number . I got no help from the customer care , could you please look into this matter ?

    @ramprakash0324 They only know to remind when recharge is going to end, but when we'll give complain, then will not solve. All are raphanus sativus (muli) of same field. Even @JioCare is also not working well after 6.00 pm till next morning. All they will say peak hour l, but will never resolve.

    @JioCare The current status shows that the issue has been resolved. Kindly provide the details of the service engineer who visited here. I wish to have one on one conversation with that guy who has a magic wand to solve problem sitting at home. If u can’t solve problem so close the case.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service from you. Jio Fiber net is down 2nd time in last 3 months. Last time it was down 4 days and this time it has already been a day since it is down. No one gives proper response. Very bad service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You have taken tons of money from customers but can't even give network thoroughly for a minute. Only after 30s it got disrupted for hours. I have to subscribe another operator for a month but the problem is same still. #shamelessjio #cheaterjio #jiosucks

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is number 07935638621. I have made a double recharge by mistake on 2.2.2022. After a 50 email trail and number of call to jio fiber resolve the issue. Jiofiber is not responding till date. So credit to my account or reverse to source account.
