    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G 3/4 I have contacted Jio Customer Care more than 20 times. Every time I am told there is a temporary issue and to wait 48 hours. This has been going on for almost 3 months with no permanent resolution.

    @JioCare,@reliancejio Jio has become unusable. At my location, network issue is now a daily problem. Internet hardly works &even voice calls keep breaking with poor signal quality Despite repeated issues, there has been no permanent resolution. Kindly look this area code 221404

    @JioCare A no. of request raised and closed without actual resolution. This is not the first time request is in process. Where the actual resolution on ground? Since 31st May 2026 it's happening.

    Very bad network service by jio @JioCare .I complained many time but no response. Vill -nawagaon post bambhera distt sitapur uttar Pradesh 261302 I talked many time in coustumer care from 3 years every time told your problem resolved shortly our team working but not resolved

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio I'm extremely disappointed with the handling of my #JioFiber connection (+91-572XXX6815). Multiple service requests (SR0000386KMX, SR000037T79N, SR000037HWL1, SR00003771EX, SR000037406J, SR000036NDGH & SR0000362P4D) have been closed without any resoln.

    Dear @JioCare my jio fibre hasn't been working for three days. In May it did not work for 15 days. May I know why is your service so rotten. I just want someone from your end to call me and tell me when will I get my Internet connection back. #jiofibre #jio #jiofibrenotworking
