    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare It seems jio fibre plans are fake . 1st you promise of certain benefits and when we buy that plan, then comes all your excuses after we don't get benefits. If thats the way of fooling ur customers then for the 1st month u can fool but then we will disconnect service.

    .@reliancejio @JioCare such a terrible service in Hyderabad.Inspite of raising multiple complaints,the customer care raises ticket but no response from the on ground staff. Impacting my dad so much who is completely deaf&his only source of communication (video calls)is gone

    @JioCare no network today of all jio subscribers & this happened many times. Day by day internet speed is getting worst. No 4g speed. You are charging so much & against that no proper service. Kindly provide us proper network service. District/City- Palghar. Pin- 401404

    @reliancejio I am a consumer of Jio fibre fixed number 01203574449. In July 21, Jio sales person approached with certain proposal & I took the plan. Sales person made false commitment to sell. Approached customer care through all possible channel, no response since last 2 month
