@reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

@JioCare JioFiber service is very bad and no resolution yet on SR00001F3HD0. Got disconnected on next day of connection and sales agent suggests us to make a request for disconnection to get refund.

@JioCare this is to inform that i have been facing internet slowdown issue since 1 week I have tried several time for the diagnosis but nothing has come in the conclusion I urge jio care to resolve my issue as soon as possible
