    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio you are having such pathetic servicing that i will never recommend jio in my life. Neither the airfiber nor the jio number is working properly, frequent call drops, 2g net speed and the customer care services all are pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing 5G network connectivity issues in Mumbai. Switches to 4G automatically need to restart the device as flight mode didn’t work this time. Pls look into the issue and solve it ASAP…

    @reliancejio @JioCare I decided to port my Airtel number to your network and placed the order and completed all the formalities on 4th July, 2026 through the My Jio app, I was told the SIM would be hand delivered to my address.

    @JioCare "Rest assured" won't recover my losses. My JioFiber has been down since 12 July, yet you've scheduled an engineer for 16 July. I pay my bills on time, but your delay has caused me business loss. I need an engineer today, not another false assurance. #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.
