    @reliancejio @JioCare here in my hometown Morigaon (Assam), whenever power cuts happen,Jio network got vanished.Even Network quality is very poor when there is no powercut.If you are not able to provide good services, there is no need to showing off on ads. Do Supply fuel to DGs.

    @JioCare why the internet speed is not improving and still facing trouble. Tweeted you guys on 17th May Sunday also regarding the issue. Network is very slow not able to use a single application properly

    @TRAI I understood. But why do @reliancejio comes with a resolution of DND not registered even when it is already activated fully on my number? This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

    @JioCare jio 5G network and its services are dangerously poor, I have been complaining for a few months that I'm not getting a good 5G network on my phone, it's always running on 4G only and which also is terribly poor in my town.

    @JioCare Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do. @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Worst fiber installation service from your team after 10 days they didnโ€™t installed the fiber however my connection is active. Which type of service is this ? plan is active but fiber modem not installed. Instruct your team to install tomorrow

    @JioCare @reliancejio on the decline A service started so well, ticked every box with respect to quality of service or cost or quality of support. But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.

    @Yatharth_Sharma @JioCare @reliancejio I still canโ€™t confidently say itโ€™ll be fixed within 2 hours. That was just the estimate from the customer care executive, and honestly, Iโ€™m not fully convinced itโ€™ll be resolved that quickly.
