@JioCare @reliancejio if i recharge for a year atleast i should get minimum 30000 non jio mins. Look into this on priority otherwise i will shift to other network who provides everything unlimited in a pack. I m a very premium customer u can see my recharge history. @airtelindia

@JioCare Please note I'm raising this concern to get a jio fiber connection for my residence. Everytime an issue occurs the customer care proceeds with refunding for the amount paid without asking the customers consent. This is the second time I've given my kyc docs for installation.
