    Really bad service from @reliancejio Fiber. I was requested for cancelled out my connection before 2months and there is no one coming to pickup device even after submitted so many complaints. if you @reliancejio dont want to pay my security back then tell me in simple words.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    Pathetic service from @reliancejio ! Connection was down due to technical reasons for more that 20 days & they have taken full amount since it’s a prepaid connection. Senior officials confirmed for waiver & extension but nothing happened so far. @JioCare u have the worst team.

    My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

    @reliancejio wanted a new sim a new pre-paid sim you executive had come to but was clueless about the process to be done for booking the sim every now then calling senior executive for help , and the mobile he had come with had less than 5 percent battery twice the mobile got off
