    @JioCare Lines which wrote here useless for me. I complained for resolution not to received a formal massage. Actually I came in Jio from Airtel. If No improvement will look, again I will move to Airtel.

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @JioCare dear Jio till this date no. Jio fiber Junction box for connecting jio fiber internet to the subscribes is installed from house no. 52 to 86, L block, Sector 12, Noida UP 201301 The existing customers wire has been connected form previous galis which is far away. Pl Help

    @reliancejio @JioCare dear jio I am using your fiber seens 2 year and seens 2 month I am facing slow net problem so I compliant against it and after two visits your engineers change my wifi but when they change my wifi I am facing new problem is that 5g network disconnected

    Really bad service from @reliancejio Fiber. I was requested for cancelled out my connection before 2months and there is no one coming to pickup device even after submitted so many complaints. if you @reliancejio dont want to pay my security back then tell me in simple words.

    My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @JioCare @JioCare Different representatives are giving different scripted replies despite screenshots already shared. The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service
