    Is this you add customer in your bucket @reliancejio . Your customer care service is too pathetic and if you dont have any plan to install new device for my fibre (already paid for 6 month plan) so please cancel my plan.

    @JioCare Sure i will be happy to use services. Provide me the best family plans with all the benefits and will share the porting code. As @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are not able to solve my problem and charging bill is too high.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    @JioCare Can someone call RMN of connection no 0120 3191652 Last 2 hours I am trying helpline number and whatsapp Unable to get through. At least have more Whatsapp attending officers so that Customer coukd be attended to. Witout Customer Support, just technology not good enoug

    @JioCare I'm still receiving call from Jio saying We tried contacting you but were not able to connect. I can't understand why they can not connect for appointment but can connect to communicate this. The service request created shows the expected completion date as 15th Oct.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare For several months requested for service as the internet connectivity in my apartment complex with 48 households is extremely inconsistent. No response from #Jio. Many of us are about to migrate to other service providers should things not improve in 5 days

    @JioCare Nothing is change because I use jio sim since 2017/18 to 2025 but I'm ported into airtel but unfortunately @airtelindia has been same problem at my location. if electricity is here so good connectivity and great network, but electricity is gone then ñetwork is fully gone.

    @JioCare Let me be absolutely clear: I will not pay a single rupee for the period during which your service was unavailable or repeatedly disrupted. Charging customers for a service you failed to provide is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Very very poor network and internet, Jio only extract money from poor innocent people's of Indian, I had complained nearly a month ago till now no solution. Why I spending Rs 899 for 3 month where no network no internet. Blind government and blind TRAI too.

    @JioCare If this matter is not resolved with an appropriate bill adjustment and a permanent solution, I will be left with no option but to pursue legal remedies and file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer authorities. You are forcing your customers to take that route

    @reliancejio @JioCare (2/7) This isn't a one-off glitch; it’s a systematic failure. In June alone, my connection died THREE times (SR00002LW4MI, SR00002LS7IQ, SR000037OJ0T), each lasting 24+ hours. In April, I suffered a 5-DAY complete blackout. Zero permanent fixes, just cheap, temporary band-aids.

    @rutu609 @JioCare A good decision. Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.
