    @JioCare Still no calls received from the technician it's more then 40 hours to register my complaint. Doob ke maar jaao tum sab Jio fiber.

    @JioCare using jio fiber and due to poor network strength , jio stb box buffering... Distance between wifi fiber and tv is 2mtr only? Please help... No one listening this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare facing issue from last few days with internet connectivity in my phone, had words with jio support who hv less knowledge regarding the same. Now What happened with you guys & not expected from u @reliancejio

    @JioCare 8287182094. Jio team kindly shared actual RCA for problems continus not resloved and problem occurred in some time interval. Kindly take actions these type of NOP employees..

    @abhinavjodhpur @JioCare @Airtel_Presence First check what speed jio provide I am suffering from long time. Jio provide 38 Kbps to 1 mbps only and service is very poor they advise me to change your location to increase the speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniTina Reliance Jio does it again. They send me a DM saying I requested for the continuation of service. While they r sending me SMS for pick up of my device and cancellation of account. Varun from Jio calls me and tells me that refund will be processed

    Just false promises by @reliancejio - They don't care about customers at all. Also a very highly unprofessional working. Its been a month and no resolution has been provided by anyone. How do you guys call yourself a world class company??? @AmbaniTina @reliancegroup

    @JioCare I think JIO is cheeting to customer no 4G NETWORK IN NOIDA I M USING 3NUMBERS OF JIO BUT 420 Services for india most 420 company I’m porting 3jio number to Airtel .JIO is totally fraud service provider. Do not purchase JIO number any one

    @JioCare jio network is not work after good strength of single in Noida metropolitan location. I have complain so many times. Last 6 Month i have recharge only and unable to use due internet issue jio employees take Free salary... Same on you. Kindly refund money.

    @JioCare it took 2 hours to get the connection and now more than month on raising the request to cancel the connection but no action. If we delay to cancel the connection by 2 days you have deducted 1000 rupees. For one month delay how much Jio will pay??

    @reliancejio Really going in doldrums, really pathetic service. Customer care bhagwan barose. Noone really cares here. For the past 2 hours trying to find out the solution but no solutions. No messages no otps, no outgoing calls no incoming calls

    I requested uninstallation of Jio Fiber connection 3 months ago. Device is still not picked up. Anyone else facing same problem. Is it done purposely to earn interest income on our deposit money ? #JioFiber @JioCare Please retweet if you are facing same issue.
