It only took around 10 tweets, god-knows-how-many calls to customer care, endless minutes of hearing hold music and explaining the same thing each time. That is really pathetic from @reliancejio that your @JioCare does not give proper internet signal in the region of noida sector . I had complained than also my this issue is coming . If it is not resolved I will be switching to @airtelindia network for the same.

@JioCare what kind of pathetic service you guys are providing, it's been already 10 days where I'd applied for new broadband, connection fees has paid and after that there is no response. Installation got rescheduled thrice without any confirmation. Sic !!!

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

But they said while they can deactivate the number but cant transfer the ownership to previous owner even though the number has sensitive data collected to it. And they offer absolutely no help if security breach happen because of this. No resolution!!! #jio @reliancejio

Every month my JioFiber goes down and it take around 5-7 days to resolve the issue. The issue is always with the junction box. I am thinking of moving to another service provider if no permanent resolution is provided. @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofiber #jio #internetdown
