    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    (POST 2/3) @JioCare paid 100% in advance, yet I'm not getting the service I paid for. Every time I contact support, I'm asked to file another complaint, even though I've already done it 4–6 times. Why should customers keep repeating the same process?

    @JioCare Not sure whats wrong with @reliancejio..after ONT change worked 2 days and now again fibre down from Sunday due to local network issue @JioCare please look into this..very frustrating. VERY POOR O&M SERVICE.

    Dear @JioCare @jio_fiber My Jiofiber Connection was disrupted on 13th July and I have raised issue on 13 July which was resolved after 3days on 16th July afternoon. Again the connection was disrupted on 16th July evening. Please help Complain No. SR00002MJTVS & SR00003BCTS9.

    Paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber relocation. My old connection was uninstalled and the device collected 5 days ago, but no reinstallation, no engineer, and no update. AI chat, AI call support, WhatsApp, email, and even a visit to the Jio Store haven’t resolved it.@JioCare

    @JioCare what a pathetic service jio has even for 1 week i am requesting for call back for jio fiber broadband installantion but no response from them , @BSNL_KL is much more responsive to my request

    @JioCare It is not resolved. This answer has been given many times without understanding that I lost my card without getting connected to intl roaming as i lost phone in Flight, Do i need to spend 50K INR to fly back and get card? Or do you really want to help to do sim replacement?
