    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    @JioCare your technicians demand extra charges, don’t even check if the connection works, and behave rudely. Calls go unanswered, false promises on visit timings. This is disgusting service. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, I recently bought a Jio Bharat phone, but it is not showing any network. I already have an old phone with a Jio SIM, and that same SIM is not working in the new Jio Bharat phone. Please help me resolve this issue.
