    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I need urgent help with my broken internet connection. It's been over a month with zero resolution. 🔴 My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area — and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. 🔴 I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. 🔴 First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. 🔴 We have 4 Jio users in our house — none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. What's the point of paying for a 5G plan when I can't even use basic internet? Please fix this on priority. This is unacceptable for a paying customer. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue #ReplyJio

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare X need to ban these type of a accounts. Just post some fake false **** for engagement. There is NO Unlimited 5G written on the said plan like that. Unlimited 5G is applicable on eligible base pack.

    @thvspeaks I'm on 5G, but it's not really 5G. I barely get a few Mbps from @JioCare even with premium plans. But yeah, it's a bit faster than my old 4G. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.

    Used my @airtelindia WiFi until I tried shifting my connection locally. Called 10 times in 4 days, but customer care failed to connect me with local engineers. Terrible shifting service forced me to disconnect. Switching to @reliancejio now—let's see how they treat me.

    Hey @JioCare i recently opted to port out of jio due to poor network coverage, but I just had a conversation with one of your executive and they were pretty convincing so I dropped the idea of porting out, but unfortunately, I think I rated her bad but she was good.
