    @JioCare @reliancejio In area of my permanent residence at 721160pin code, Airtel gives 5g signal strongly but jio as a India's leading company failed to give true 5g facility to customer also 4g internet speed so muchworse in this area. So i request you establish 5g band quickly

    @JioCare @reliancejio In our apartment there are 3 connections to a RMDU. Yesterday connection 1 raised ticket for internet issues. So service executive removed connection 2 and 3 from box and directly gave connection to connection 1. Today same issue raised by connection 2(1/n)

    @JioCare why there is no cancellation option in myjio app/whatsapp/IVR for cancelling jiofiber connection. You have options to relocate/transfer etc but not cancellation. There is no intuitive way to cancel an existing connection. I want to cancel my existing connection

    @JioCare Have replied with all detail. Pls register a fraud complain and block the number issued without her consent. That person is trying to login to social media and apple a/c. She is getting otp. He is calling at odd hours.

    @JioCare I paid for the entire day right ? I have rights to use it. I will raise complaint in consumer court, this is clear harassment by Jio. Entire working day gone without internet. No one is calling no one is answering properly what happened.

    @JioCare Rather than resolving the issue, you're guiding the customer how to get disconnected. Is this what @JioCare is paying for? I clearly asked whether you can able to resolve the issue or not. If not, than only I'll go for disconnection. I think you should read that again.

    The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution @reliancejio @JioCare Please look into this urgently
