  @JioCare almost 80 days over for waiting my refund amount.when i have called to jio customer care 25 mins they put my call on hold .i asked to escalate and want to talk manager they didn't connect and disconnected.i am unable post the screen shot.

  @reliancejio I was using a BSNL connection for 4 years and port to your operator and getting highly unprofessional service and your international desk is useless. As a NRI I am really struggling and now they are saying that my number is disconnected and cannot get back.
