    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare I have logged a complaint for pickup my jio fiber device and the service request number is SR0001999TP but till the date no one come to pick up the stuff.. pathetic customer service.

    Horrible customer service @reliancejio made a erroneous annual recharge for smaller amount but one day later realized it does not give live tv options.. now I am told there is no process to revert the money or change to the new plan despite me wanting a higher monthly plan !

    Information. And when it comes to customer service resolution time, @reliancejio takes hours and hours to resolve the issue. I need a call back from someone senior from the escalation department to get an assured date and time to get this mess resolve. #FedUpWithJioService

    @JioCare Not expected such a poor service and poor concern for a customer from an organisation like Reliance. Perhaps grown too big from customers money to bother for a Customer anymore. Not able to resolve a complaint for over a month. Only assurances……Disappointed & harassed…..
