So @reliancejio has been not able to provide me with a working Wi-Fi connection since last 2 weeks and there’s no way to get in touch with @JioCare and after crying at top of my lungs to just to get a fix instead received this months Wi-Fi bill. Is that nation’s no 1 network?

@reliancejio seriously such a big reputed company is become a harrasement. After complaining about service, not a single action plan was implemented. Only customer support executive are calling for feedback repeatedly. Harrasement calls, post genuine feedback they will disconnect

I enrolled for 5G Trial of @reliancejio and now my network is slower then a 3G. And on top of that according to @JioCare everything is working fine and there is nothing to worry...@JioCare could you please update me to the network of 4G since ur 5G(3G) is too superior for my mob.

@reliancejio @JioFiberChennai @JioCare Day 5 without internet . JIOFIBER has the worst customer service. Have lodged many complaints but no action taken. I am switching to other broadband as I have felt cheated. You will loose business if showing attitude like this to customers.
