Due to lockdown-2 in Maharashtra I had to come back to my hometown Kothari, Chandrapur,Maharashtra.The biggest problem is of internet. As soon as electricity is down the network is down and they talk about 4G .I get speed in KBs. I guess now it's time to switch from @reliancejio

@reliancejio i was certain that jio will screw on the servicing part. Internet isn’t working from last two days. Customer care no isn’t working and agents on app chat are all busy! Your subscribers base will increase in initial years only to fall later as ppl exp ur services

@JioCare I have opted for jio fiber on sep21 2020 Raised a request for cancellation on 19oct 2020 i.e less than 30 days. I paid 2500, i have got back 1500 on Jan 20 2021. I have contacted number of times jio care for this issue. Finally I have got a conclusion saying

@JioCare sorry but very disappointed with the customer service. For jio fiber order no. NO0000HBVYR6 installation supposed to be today as committed but it didn’t. Morning schedule over without any notice . Sales representative is not responding after committing . Frustrated :(
