@JioCare I think your service is totally messed up. 24 hrs resolution is just a advertising promo used by you as you you need 4 more days. That makes it a week seriously! If this is the service then I would like refund. Do check in to matter How can a new connection stop in just 6 hrs??

Dear @airtelindia am using your network since 10 years. Even I came to free service from @reliancejio am not ported to that network. I trusted you. Bt now am thinking to change d network, here it’s showing 4G but nt able use data. Pls provide better service fr our prepaid money

@JioCare hi team. Since month my postpaid recharge is not activated. It Is not showing option in app to activate it. When called to customer care they given no 19914 . Where ivr saying no plan to activate. Very worst service by jio and customer care . 1/1

@MridulDwivedi97 @reliancejio Check ur Jio wifi device... If it is 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz ..u can check on MyJio app..2.4 has less speeds..even i faced this problem before... contact customer care and ask them to change device ..then they will install 5ghz

@JioCare Why is there no action on disconnection requests and I have to call everytime to your customer care to ask for a schedule to pick up the devices.. Anyways your fibre plans are no match to even copper line plans.. Although you claim plan speed of 300 Mbps, the ping is bad

@JioCare The most irresponsible behaviour of Jio fiber from Last 48 hours. Ji Tall free system totally bakwas. Instead of listening our problem system generated telemarketing is repeated many times.
