facing network issues since a month. whenever I call someone, my call never connects to the other network at once. I have to cut & recall the person. this problem happens to every location. please sort it out @JioCare it's little annoying! contact detail is already shared via DM

@JioCare I've again shared my number via DM and, there is no fluctuations in bar it is always 5 or 4 at times. There is full network coverage but issues with connectivity and facing this problem since 20-25 days!!

@JioCare network getting worse day by day. If you cannot resolve the network issue will be happily switching back to another network. No proper response to the Connectivity issue and complain closed without resolution.

@JioCare @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN hi Jio Airtel provide unlimited calls and 3gb/day at 559 for 82 days.. Vodafone provide unlimited calls and 3gb/day at 569 for 84 days but Jio is dull. this kind of recharge options..u can think here near now never...

@reliancejio @JioCare how bad you providing service to customer i have made a recharge of net recharge on 1st may no recharge done but payment deducted from the bank account, talked on jio care they said they will refund in 10 days but still the issue is same.

Not only I hav this issues but every customer complaining about your Jio network services. At my location in Navsari,Gujarat.There is worst network not a single img will load on my phone. & now I don’t see any Hope from ur side bcuz every time no one is free to call you @JioCare

@JioCare I am very sorry to say that I have been complaining about the poor network problem in my area. The customer care always says that your problem will be resolved soon. A year has passed by listening to these false assurances.We are thinking about porting our numbers.

@reliancejio @JioCare I registered a complaint for the number 33-79611069 yesterday morning at 9. I was told it would be resolved by yesterday 4. Since then till today 6:30 i have called 5 times stating i am in urgent need of restoration but no work done. #worstsupport .
