@UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

@TRAI @reliancejio Whom & how i contact customer care of giga fibre for very bad service? Called customer care 4-5 times but each time my call ended,failed to file complain thru Jio App,even unable to contact executive who was in charge when i installed giga fibre. 😡😡😡😡😡

There is so much issues I’m facing in internet connection in jio fiber like it seems that 100 MBPS is a joke now and even the main office doesn’t get connected for this issues , no services or return call I received, the internet is working so poorly. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

He promised we could cancel the other two boxes and get a full refund and three months of free recharge.Wifi was a need and we agreed to pay around 6000 to this person. We canceled the other two boxes, @JioCare said we would only get a refund of 1500 for one box and 500 for 2nd
