    Hello Team Jio, We are facing network interuption as soon as electricity went off. many times we tried to register complaint @ your customer care bt they have nt regsitered saying issue nt related to particular user. Request your immediate attention & Resolution!!! @JioCare

    @JioCare can you please deliver a Jiofi 3 to me. Actually my jiofi w has stopped working due to bad battery. Replacing the battery also didn't helped. Please provide help at the earliest

    @JioCare Couldn't reply due to connectivity issue until reached to local wifi zone. FYI. There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

    @JioCare @fiber_jio can you please expand your services to my town named Lodha Heaven. This is near Dombivli East. Actually the thing is there is an ISP monopoly in my area and the service sucks. Hence eagerly waiting for your services to get started in my area

    4 months passed away. Jio team not able to pay my money back of Rs. 2400 . Great job. All your social media team sitting and eating money ,none of your team was able to recharge or give my money back to me. @ITS_MoC .kindly help @JioCare

    @JioCare I would like to understand your policy regarding the acceptance of recharge requests when a customer has not completed the recertification (KYC) process. If KYC is mandatory, it raises a serious concern as to how my recharge was accepted without proper verification.
