    @JioCare you guys kept prompting me to recharge before due date and I recharged. The additional 10 GB voucher got activated and got lapsed with my previous plan validity. This is a stupid scheme. I will never recharge before due date now. Inform your product team.

    @JioCare Not a single point of network since from the last 6 hrs. Can't able to call and even text anyone due to perfectly weak network. You might have awared about the snag in the network. Please try to rectify those crisis and restore the network as soon as possible

    @JioCare I am a resident of Dombivli East, Thane, Maharashtra. I have two SIM cards of JIO. One on the cellular device, other on the JIOFI router. On both the devices,the internet speed is very slow and unstable in my area. I have been facing the problem since quite a few months

    What kind of 3rd generation technology does #reliancejio uses. Every time I change my esim from one phone to another, is stops receiving calls from any number. Why all this harassment to the customers if you have not perfected the technology. #Airtel gives far better esim service

    Worst service and staff ever encountered. The engineer is not visiting the location even after 5 days. The staff is so rude they don't even know how to talk to customers. Disconnecting calls and no accountability as if they are the owners of the company. @jiocare @reliancejio
