    @JioCare I just got msg from @JioCare that network is good but many users trying to use network at the same time. But let me inform u that I'm getting only one or two lines of signals in this area. Also like to inform u that my residence is in this vicinity, so I spent most time there.

    @JioCare Hi jiofiber team, my internet is not working from 2 days but till now my issue is not resolved. How irresponsible your team is. I am not able to do my office work properly. Today one service visit but he said optical fibre team will resolve this issue. Call me asap.

    @reliancejio Please fix the customer care support for English. I am calling the number for +9170188 99999, selecting 2 for English, it always goes to Hindi.
