@JioCare @JioCare @TRAI my jio number is 9022906300. i am located from surat 394101. I have been watching for a long time now that the internet is shut down from 8 to 10 o'clock at night. And for the last 3 days I have been trying to call in customer care but there is no contact.

If I make a call to Customer Care, my call is automatically rejected. What I know is that this is the best network in India. When we recharged the plan we were not told in any way that the internet could be shut down at night. and i’ve been tweet for the last 3 days. @JioCare

When will be the issue of network, call drop and low connectivity will be solved? Even unable to complaint in jio app that much bad network. Every time executive saying network will resolve within 20 days now more than 1 years gone. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare please don't send any text messages or call me for jio recharge, after along time I recharged my jio number and you harassed me as before as poor network. First provide better network then call / message your costumers for jio recharges.
