    Beware ! Jio Fibre is smartly ridiculing people. When your plan ends, they smartly convert it into postpaid, without asking the customer. The customer care says that you should have called us before the expiration of the plan to discontinue the service. #Unlawful @JioCare

    @UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

    @TRAI @reliancejio Whom & how i contact customer care of giga fibre for very bad service? Called customer care 4-5 times but each time my call ended,failed to file complain thru Jio App,even unable to contact executive who was in charge when i installed giga fibre. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare What a pure call network jio it's better to work on 4G properly then go for 5G. Internet to slow hai hi ab call bhi nai lagte hi.. na call ate hi baraber se.. Also while talking on phone with someone voice issue, listing output issue are major nowaday

    @reliancejio your services are good for Chatting, Whatsapp, Ghar wale Video calls, YouTube, OTT viewing. But when it comes for reliability, Office connectivity, Constant connection - A BIG NO TO #JioFiber Bahut hi bakwas. Customer care is even pathetic to handle.
