    @JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

    @JioCare I have complained many time about my facing issues but customer care can't make the good quality of internet ,which i mean that I'm facing slow internet as well as call problem. While calling its not clear. If you are really want to sloved my issues then you can contact me.

    @JioCare Team I m sending u all more than 100 messages but didn't get any proper response from your side. Seriously very poor network and services. U guys are not forwarding my issue to next stage. Please let me know the process of converting postpaid to prepaid and Port process as well.

    @JioCare Sir internet not working for past 30 hours. SR registered 24 hours. No response. Should we surrender the connection? Your service request number is SR0000169YNS. You will receive an update by 19/08/2021 14:16. Called area technical incharge thrice no proper response.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been more than a week. No updates on installation. The worst service in my city. Please cancel my order on immediate effect. Its my mistake i choose @Airtel_Presence over @reliancejio for fiber service. Thank you

    @JioCare Do we have any restriction on the number of devices which can connect to Jio Hotspot for Data use? I see problems in connecting when more devices trying to connect sometimes. It happens with my JioFi as well as mobile hotspot. Please clarify.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how come Asansol city of West Bengal have your jiofiber service but my city Durgapur doesn’t have you can’t go to Asansol without crossing my city. So many users from our city trying to get your service but till now it not available. Pls gv me a proper rply.

    @Botkill24069774 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare service level are very poor. Even customer care cut the line without providing the solution. Customer are suffering internet connectivity and Modem issue but no support at all. @jagograhakjago plz look into matter
