    @JioCare I have complained many time about my facing issues but customer care can't make the good quality of internet ,which i mean that I'm facing slow internet as well as call problem. While calling its not clear. If you are really want to sloved my issues then you can contact me.

    @JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

    @JioCare What u can help??? Can u help in eatablishing metwork tower here...?? Or only update text after call then forget... One year back they told me they will improve network.. They don't improve, but lowered the strength.. Now I have to sit outside of my home. Shame on JIO.. pls help

    @ViCustomerCare having a Twitter handle is not enough, you should also really care for customers. My wife’s sim isn’t working & your customer care is pathetic. 5 days since the complaint has been made and no response, no help. No wonder @airtelindia & @reliancejio are leading

    People often ask me if they should switch from @reliancejio to @airtelindia. As per my experience, I always suggest people to refrain from it. Airtel has similar quality service of Jio (in places I've tested) yet they love overcharging users and increasing tarrifs #TelecomTakes

    @JioCare What the hell ,i can do with your apologize, this is Continuous 2time more than 25.5 hr.gone Complaint still standing. Persons are not picking phone, do exact timeline for resolution is considered 24hr. I need to move to other options. Somebody can loose their job due to this😡

    Your customer reps don’t understand urgency, your supervisors don’t come on call. A woman’s SIM card stops suddenly, leaving her vulnerable and after 5 days you have nothing to offer. Why not surrender and hand it over to @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio!
