@JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

2/3 From last 4 days I am in sync with each and everyone from customer support team but there they keep generate tickets and no engineer reach to our office. The main engineer who implemented the connection is not at all answering calls I am not sure whom to contact @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare the fibernet doesn’t work properly. Unable to raise complaint through the toll free number 18008969999. The area manager (Srinivas) doesn’t care and talks nonsense. He says he is not responsible for anything until the request is raised. Horrible service.

3/3 we also drop servers emails to business care and appellate team but we are just getting system generated replies . There is no help . @JioCare @reliancejio please let us know now whom to contact for refund so that we could try any other local vendor .
