  @JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

  @JioCare I have complained many time about my facing issues but customer care can't make the good quality of internet ,which i mean that I'm facing slow internet as well as call problem. While calling its not clear. If you are really want to sloved my issues then you can contact me.

  @JioCare A “specific location” issue cannot be an excuse for an indefinite wait. We have been facing poor network coverage at Shilp Revanta, Shela, A'bar for a long time. Please provide a concrete action plan and expected resolution timeline instead of asking customers to keep waiting.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have done payment for Jio Air fiber , still not installed and activated .Many time called but no response.Very worst service. After getting payment they have rejected my calls.

  @reliancejio @JioCare has the worst customer service. I am not able to use the internet from weeks but no steps have been taken till now. The situation is degrading day by day. My plan is expiring tomorrow, switching to @airtelindia because they always listen their consumers.

  @JioCare Never have I ever seen an IP service taking 24 hours to resolve 1 simple request. This is pathetic tbh & with this I need to reconsider my options. @airtelindia would serve me best I guess.

  Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio . I have been calling service center from last 10 days, no proper solution just lies. Daily getting sms that this will engineer will come that will come but no one coming. Kindly look into this or else i'll have to go to consumer court.

  @JioCare I am sure of the response at ground level these people are not even reachable to speak to leave aside coming and addressing the iasue. Some times I regret taking Jio, because ground level technician are spoiling the brand name. Sorry state of affair. Not even customer care number

  @RelianceJioCare @JioCare you guys should get a award for making customer life as hell, a simple relocation request could not be processed in 7 days. Raised another ticket by your call centre to close an order id CO0001U5SROT of relocation for harrasing customer SR00003EAFZT.
