  @JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

  @JioCare @jio_fiber @TRAI Even no response in customer cares they disconnected my call without proper answer.. if we not paid single day after due they will disconnect but last 3 days am paying jio for no network. Even some time customer care team telling my area team not responding to them also

  @JioCare Harshit, this issue has already been pending for nearly a year. I have been hearing the same “please allow time” response repeatedly. Please provide a clear timeline for the technician visit and permanent resolution instead of another generic assurance.

  @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Vi’s worse. Bare minimum 5G network. Paid hello tunes and missed call alerts. Tariffs are almost similar to Airtel and Jio. And when you leave their customer service doesn’t care enough to retain- either downgrade or go away. That’s their solution.

  @JioCare ,@reliancejio i have fibre con. no 01413556031 . Due to mistake I paid advance recharge for 300 mbps plan /mth instead of 30 mbps plan.I requested jiocare to cancel the transaction and refund or adjust for 30 mbps plan several times but no response. What a pathetic servi
