    @JioCare But to open my jio app you must provide me good quality of interest. In my place jio net is too slow. Its not working at all and after i complained several time but till yet not taken any action. Worst jio net speed

    @JioCare I have complained many time about my facing issues but customer care can't make the good quality of internet ,which i mean that I'm facing slow internet as well as call problem. While calling its not clear. If you are really want to sloved my issues then you can contact me.

    @JioCare Recently , the internet speed in my area has become worst , tried calling customer care and even visited the regional jio office to lodge a complaint , still couldn't get any positive response. Such poor service wasn't expected . An unsatisfied customer

    @JioCare Team, I am requesting a technician visit. The answer you provided does not address my issue. Please arrange a visit as soon as possible. Four days is an unacceptable wait time. If I do not receive a technician visit by tomorrow, you can take your STB and router back.

    @JioCare Cant be done and better cancel and shift to any other broad band like Act,Airtel 1.26/04/26 complaint raised next day engineer came at 12 O clock 2.He asked for home only 80 metres wire extra wire i need to bare but i asked if you want you can keep the box

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 8 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare My router is not powering on, and although an engineer visit was scheduled for today, no one has arrived and there has been no update. This prolonged service disruption is affecting my work and productivity. Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this issue
