    @JioCare @reliancejio @ImRo45 I requested relocation for Jio air fiber on 30th, paid 1200, but neither installation nor uninstalled done yet. Today the service person denied the Job in my schedule time 6 to 8 pm. I am unable to use wifi and missed the IPL final as well.

    @JioCare Day 4. Multiple follow-ups. Last tweet was 2 hours ago and still no response. No update on installation, cancellation, or refund, and no service request number provided. Is anyone actually handling this case?

    Bought International roaming from @reliancejio @JioCare before going abroad.Pack hardly worked,complained daily but no use.bought local sim. Foreign tele cos care a damn for jio. Never buy roaming from jio.Instead buy local sim for best and cheapest service.

    @JioCare Still no solution, your engineers are not even aware where it has to be relocated. Got a call and he is relocating it to the origin address and now after giving details he says he will forward it to NNOC
