    @ReshmiDG @reliancejio I use to use JioWIFI and was really depressed as they never gave me a solution used to count their problems and after one year I moved to Railwire and I am happy ..Moral of the story is move out as soon as possible

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Looking for a new internet connection in my area couldn't find any good option till now. Let me know if you can help. Didn't get any help from customer care. Would share more details in DM. I have 2 other friends who are looking for the same.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia tried raising an issue with you guys months back regarding incoming SMS' on VoWiFi but no resolution as yet even after multiple follow ups . Looks like, after 6+ yrs. it's time to port to @reliancejio since similar service works flawlessly there.

    @JioCare I have DMed you people a million times. Same issue and same location. Now i know you people are not going to act on this. I won't be bothering you all again and will switch to another network asap.

    @JioCare If you are accepting that you have limited coverage, why your customer service gave a remark that they didn't find any problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing connection/hardware problem. It's been 4 days I am calling & requesting for engineer visit. Luckily I had a complete conversation with a CSE today, but even after specifically asking then to place a request for today, they placed it for tomorrow.

    @reliancejio very pathatic service in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I have recharged my phone 599/- plan yesterday . But no network, speed and connectivity. Seriously Jio is providing very worst service. No customer support and service. Its wastage of money

    @JioCare I m shocked to know there is no provision for relocation in jio fibre extremely disappointed I have to cancel my previous connection then spend extra 1000 as installation charges for new connection @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @fiber_jio The service engineers are continuously rescheduling back to back installation of fibre connection. Also the concerned person is not answering the calls. 4 days has passed they are continuously troubling us. All the area managers giving false promises daily.
