    @JioCare Service disruption is so frequent from Jio Fibre. 3 days no internet, but you charge for a specific number of days and time. Should you not give credit for days / time your service are disrupted?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Since February 2026 I have been reporting continuous slow internet and TV issues. SR000038DV3L was raised, then closed as "resolved" without any engineer visit.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber stop cheating people by using your local dealers promising installation and take 3 months upfront deposit.. dealer who comes for kyc and collects money nor the technician never pick up calls thereafter #pathetic #jioairfiber

    @JioCare @jio_rocks Plan Activation Issue Dear Team, Mera recharge validity 17 June tak hai, lekin 15 June ko naya plan activate ho gaya. Kripya iski jaanch karke batayein ki validity khatm hne se pehle plan activate kyon hua. Please resolve this issue at the earli
