    I have made many complaint calls, messages and emails. They don’t even bother to respond. Their guys who were more than friendly while giving connection don’t even pick your call after that. Very bad performance, I want my hard earned money back.@JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio

    I have lot of discomfort because of the issues. All the online support is bot operated. Online support will give same replies again and again. Please understand not all problems can be resolved by your preset replies.@reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @JioCare Audio is not available in TV while connected with Jio Box , at the starting it was fine jist this issue is there since 3 days , three times called to customer care they kept me on hold for 10 min and disconnected line all call were done today .

    @JioCare You are worst ISP that could happen to anyone. I have raised a disconnection request on 23rd as I am leaving the city permanently on 30th and you guys have closed it without my consent. Now, your customer care is not giving any resolution for the router and STB pickup.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issues in Jio fiber TV box audio contents .. remote is well connected box is well connected too three times talked with customer care they did raise service request about this and discocnect the call … where can find solution @_MukeshAmbani Sir

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Issue faced on 22nd April 2022, and today is 26th May 2022 , which means more than a month still getting same reply - we are already looking into concern and will revert soon. And they never come back.
