    @JioCare How can you people be so senseless, seems like you have hired a bunch of monkeys who knows only to copy and paste the answers and do not know to check the exact reason for deactivation. I have never downgraded my plan, never delayed my payments. Please check your data.

    @JioCare I want to deactivate my Jio postpaid connection. Your 198 service is pathetic. They make us wait more than half an hour and then disconnect the call. I have tried contacting them numerous times.

    @JioCare I don't see any benefit keeping on recharging your prepaid SIM, when there is poor network both at my home and work locations. I have given this complaint multiple times and I don't see any fix from your end. I am thinking to get MNP done soon.

    @JioCare Within 2 km of radius from my home there is a Jio tower though i am experiencing a disgusting network problem. The locality is totally unhappy with the service of jio. Most of them are planning to move other service providers including me, kindly plz fixed this as soon.
