@GHalamath @JioCare Same issue is happening with me too since last 2 years, already complained but no resposible action has been taken yet. I think @JioCare is so lazy to take care of its customers and soon I am going to port my number also. Coz there's no use of complaining or requesting for this.

@Aayush86863590 My internet is not working since 27th october.I stay in Howrah. Today I complaint to the appellate authority they said that it will take maximum 39 days to solve my issue.I guess until then I have to drop my studies and wait for them.@JioCare provides really fast service.

it will take 24 hours to solve your issue,7 days,30 days,then 120 days. It started in 2018 nothing changed till now. Port in port out happend 3 times from 2 numbers. You added an excuse of covid from last year. When will you stop giving excuses and fix it? @reliancejio @JioCare
