@reliancejio Jio fibre is working horribly nowadays. We get a message that service has resumed and then it stops working after 5-10 mins. I guess we should look for networks with better service and customer care. Maybe @Airtel_Presence ?

in you site.. Can't use jiocare chat option as it asks for otp for the number. the sim is in the jiofy device. so how can i see the otp and enter in the chat window to continue to chat with support? @JioCare Also DMed the problem.

@JioCare the problem still continues, it has now become impossible to continue with @reliancejio connection. I doubt if at all u guys make any effort to make the connection better, the network team seems to be on leave..huh?
