    Hi @JioCare, I cannot use my wifi since yesterday and for this i raised a request yesterday. In the morning when your technician came he didn't resolved my problem and asked me to contact to that person who installed it. Tried reaching customer care no response very disappointed

    @reliancejio My sim is deactivated and a person in reliance digital Brooke fields Coimbatore who says he will charge 99rs for reactivation of sim which was already in use or i have to contact customer care which I wnt help me do.
