    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Service request ID : SR00002LBIIC Service request ID 2 : SR000036WRUD Initially they said its due to low voltage issue at the Pole, later issue with the modem and now again back to pole. Escalated multiple times and no solution yet. (2/4)

    @JioCare Hi Kavita, I checked with the jio team who operates in my area, they haven’t sent anyone to fix the issue, they said raise service ticket and give us the ticket number, only then they will come!!! I am unable to generate a service ticket itself

    @JioCare Very low internet speed and no 5G coverage. We are paying for 5G packs but getting poor service. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Fix the network immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio
