    @JioCare @TRAI jio network is down again in my area from last 2-3 hours. Unable to make or receive calls as well as to use internet. Jio makes the lift horrible in our area as the services are so pathetic, most of the time it remains absent while they charge for service everyday.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio more than one hours no connection we are working from home while called to customercare for resolution she /he said wait for one day hence no engineer Is available pathetic answer can you provide 5000 per day salary to my account disgusting

    @JioCare Hello karuna ji .., i have been regularly calling the customer care for the same nd they are generating some new request of which the appointment getting postponed. If this is how ur are handling ur consumer problems then pls let us know well be more happy to swith the network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Why should I pay for the services if there is no service. I have waited patiently for 3 days and still not an actual response. The issue still remains. You can ask for DMs but can't assist over the calls. Highly disappointed by the services

    @reliancejio I have been calling n number of times to jio customer care to deactivate my post paid sim .Every time I call they put my call on hold for half an hr and then disconnect. Am I here to waste my time ? Once call was placed I was told it will be done in 2 days
