Just check the history how many time this was reschedule and you will know why a customer is frustrated. Every time I plan as per engineer, i receive a reschedule message

Multiple complaints raised, promised visits missed, and still no response from the team. Absolutely pathetic service and poor handling by @JioCare.😡😡
