  @JioCare We have been facing poor network coverage,frequent call drops,& slow internet in our area for over a year. We have complained multiple times to the local Jio officer, but no action or proper response has been received. Plz resolve this issue urgently. #Jio #NetworkIssue

  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio it has been more than 10 days without service. Technician closes complaint without visit. Can you please tell how much time does it takes to resolve complaint. @TRAI please take some steps for customers benefit also these telecommunication companies stop service the day recharge is finished so at least we should also have tools to stop if their is any issues.

  @JioCare I have been chasing your team for the refund of my declined installation request (No: NO0001DS4ZG0). Customer care assured me it would be credited within 24 hours. It’s been over a week, yet no refund or update. Is my money being held indefinitely? Need an immediate ans.

  @JioCare My Jio fiber got disconnected and launched a complaint but no response. Even agent did not replying. Very bad services no response. Even complaint number did not send as I send the email. My registered jiofixed voice and fiber number is +917935858041. Please help.
