@JioCare Hello JioFiberCare, It has been more than 2 months now since I raised the request for refund of my jio fiber device. 100+ mails have been exchanged,20+ twitter texts have been done but still my concern isn't resolved. Testing patience of customer is completely annoying.

@JioCare I've been complaining to the concerned authority for the past 20 days to relocate my jiofibre connection but no solution has been provided till now. Inspite of complaining more than 20 times, the response from @reliancejio has totally been absymal. Highly disappointed !
