@JioCare @reliancejio Didn't receive any call from Jio but did receive a call from a fraudster acting as jio personnel (no: +919883579376) and asking to divulge payment information to recharge jio 4g voucher worth 11rupees to improve signal strength.plz check and advise asap.

@JioCare Reliance Jio Fiber stop playing with common man's money. Service request no. 000014VGV9 Refund my security deposit Rs.2500 .Complaint lodged on 8/5/21 , refund not yet received. Such shoddy , irresponsible service . Our local cable operator is much better than you .

@TeamTHA_ @JioCare @reliancejio I am using it since last 7 months and I have not faced any major issues. Even during recent storm, the fibre connection were working. My local operator is based in sector 5,Rajendra Nagar. Excitel has a good customer support and pocket friendly broadband package

@reliancejio In my area, the network of Jio remains as long as the power remains closed after that, if this happens, then all the customers of this area will be forced to leave Jio and go to some other network. My no.9838583016
