Wprst customer care. Despite registration for sim many times in a week not a one communication from jio. All required documentation is avbl n in order. @reliancejio after long wait on cust care no of @JioCare no resolution is provided. @TRAI - It is really misuse of monopoly.

disgusting and pathatic service is given by @JioCare your jio fibre team is doing wrong commitments at the time of getting connection but once they get the amount they start telling that they have forgotten to tell the clauses.

@JioCare today i recharge my jio number +91 86194 27489 at 12.33 pm with 749 rs 2 gb per day but after 2 hour i got msg exuast data rather then I did not use it .... Pls check and register my complaint immediately

@JioCare : Your service is pathetic. My Wi-Fi gets disconnected every now and then, the speed is less than 10 Mbps with 999/- plan. Your executives just changes my router every time without doing any diagnosis. Worst service. #JioFiber #worstservice

@JioCare It's already 2 days without broadband internet. This extended breakdown can't be on my cost. For the number of days of breakdown you must extend my validity. You discontinue service when my prepaid plan expires. So this breakdown period must be extended.
