@reliancejio @JioCare I called again at 9:30pm and an executive confirmed that the issue will be fixed with 8 working hours of escalation ticket. So it will be fixed by today noon. Now i get an email saying the issue will fixed with 24th. All i have received is empty promises.

Hardly any company will have such poor internet service. Now I feel cheated by becoming a @reliancejio customer. Perhaps the time has come to change the network, as well as the time to change the network of all the colleagues, 1/2

@JioCare I have already contacted the customer care thrice. They just mention it will be picked up and raise a service request which is then closed after 2-3 days without any resolution.

@JioCare continued part 2 I think this is an elaborate scam to not return customer deposit amount and harass the customer once they no longer pay for your service. @TRAI kindly look into this.
