From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare

@JioCare worst network, since last one year providing only one resolution that network would be better within few days. Very difficult to take classes and do other work. Would not prefer it, despite having 4g recharge won't be able to use even 2g.

@JioCare I applied for new Jio Fibre Connection Order No.0000 HDNMSW dated 20/5/2021 but so far till 25/5/2021 till 7p.m i am just getting numerous excuses from your Sales and Operational team members. Do solve the issue.
