    @reliancejio @JioCare My complaint no. is SR0000128VOK. I had raised the complaint on Sunday but it was shifted to Monday. On Monday it was resolved automatically without informing me. Is this kind of service provided by Jio. I regret that I have purchased Jio.

    @JioCare slow network from past six months even when it stucks i am unable to send a single message whether it's whatsapp Instagram Facebook or any other platform and also registered complaints to jio customer care 5-6 times but still no response from jio team.

    @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP @airtelindia @ndtv @reliancejio @PTI_News airtel gave connection despite knowing coverage is poor .It accepted , cant solve problem till tower is installed. requested to disconnect but refused . Now sent the bill . Not bound to pay for deficient service

    @JioCare on 3rd March first time I Requested to port in my number to Jio, I wanted to port it to Jio Postpaid, I deposited 350 ₹ as Security money+Prime member ship fee. That request was rejected by my previous Service provider. Please tell me the refund status of that amount.

    @JioCare I am having this issue of not able to receive calls or dial calls. My no. is coming switched off and when I dial any no. the dial screen comes for a second and then call drops. My work is really getting affected due to this. Please look into the matter urgently. #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare it's been around 2years and still the network problem is not solved yet... earlier we used to face slow internet speed issue but now you can't even talk...voice will always break Is this the service what you promised to your customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your Air Fiber is the most pathetic internet service I have ever used. The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
