    @JioCare Had raised request for a fiber connection in the morning. Agent (Sudhir Talekar) was assigned he came raised the ticket asked for payment (which I made to jio for 3 months). He left saying he would bring router and stb never to come back and not answering calls either.

    @JioCare Internet has been down since 7th June. A service request was raised but no engineer has visited till now. The visit is being rescheduled daily without any explanation, and customer care is not providing any proper response. frustrated with the poor customer support

    @JioCare As I sd it's mor thn 8 tms I got appntmnt. But engineers refused to come nd install. Thy sed bhaiya 50 rupya k liye Etna kon karega. Main nahi krunga.thy refused to come nd install. Ab kya kru any help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioFiber broadband has been down for over 72hours. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution or clear update. This prolonged outage is unacceptable and is impacting my work. Please arrange immediate support and share an ETA for resolution. Complaint No: SR000037RB51

    @JioCare Again again the same generic statement only received instead of resolution. Give me the exact date of installation, contact person's name and contact number. Or refund initiative status in details
