    @JioCare @reliancejio With reference to Service Request Number SR00001FED5B . The net has been down for the last 24hrs. No one has attended in spite of repeated calling to the Jio Fibre Service center person. Please send asap to get it resolved.

    @reliancejio Good afternoon Gentle reminder that my problem not solved yet Note - 1- i have already checked my handset with authorised service centre and there was no any problem in handset. 2-I have face problem at perticular location only. 3- i have face problem from all the numbers

    @reliancejio All Reliance Out Let Retailers be careful your pos amount . company Automatic Deducted pos amount without intimation without calls and messages.. I los my pos amount 1696/- rupees .. many a times calls customer care not Responding,many a times mails customer care not responding

    @reliancejio recharged amazon prime paid Rs 1499 on 10 Nov Transaction ID TO000003K2NF still not working on JIO fibre. Complained many times but not addressed. Complaint no SR000018FQ1C, SR00001FAI0D. @TRAI

    @JioCare Still not received, return set off box 3 months before. It has been a long time, I have not received my security deposit amount 1500/-, and your customer service does not support me properly. I don't know how much time to take a refund. I have mailed them 33 times.
