@JioCare I recharge Rs 121 on 20.12.2021 but I am unable to enjoy this benefit because this recharge is not shown. Moreover after several message and tweet message, jio care reluctant to solve my problem. My jio number is 8240439354. Please refund my Rs 121.

Raised an uninstallation request of jio fibre on 7th Jan,got an appointment for engineers visit 11th Jan,but till date no one had visited. Very poor service,the customers are made to suffer the most. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I appreciate your response but the issue here being you don't have any flexible plan that charges a nominal fee for year ( Rs 397 per year) and provides incoming only service that also supports outgoing with nominal charges (Rs 10 for 5mins). P.S I use jio as my primary sim card

@JioCare We have applied relocation request on Jan 10. Your customer care office is lying and extending our relocation request daily and they have also closed our service request without communicating. Please look into this since our professional services are getting affected.
