    @JioCare Its been 10 days that the SR has been raised.There is no update.I have to wait for 100 days to reclaim the unused balance from my previous connection.Such a pathetic service. Will wait for another 10 days to opt out of your service to @ACTFibernetHYD

    @JioCare did the same through customer care escalation team but Yusuf ali did not visit till date, tryied calling but he denied the call 2 times, My internet is not working from 3 days now @JioCare #customerServiceFail #CustomerSupport #JioAirfiber

    It’s been more than 2 days since my JioFiber connection stopped working, and there’s still no clear update on when it will be fixed. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio. I expected much better from a company like Reliance. Getting the worst service experience with the Jio @JioCare #JioFiber #Jio #RelianceJio

    @TRAI @JM_Scindia Even @JioCare is not taking any action against reported spam through TRAI DND android app. This is an update on DND Service Request number SR00003EOH3D for your Jio number. Basis details mentioned in your complaint, defaulting telemarketer belongs to other operator. As per their investigation, no call was found from the telemarketer to your number on the reported date.

    It has been more than 48 hours and the internet issue is still not fixed. How long would like to take to fix the issue?? Service request no is SR00002NP8BO. Engineer is not yet assigned. Is there anyone I can escalate into?? @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio
