@ankitagupta119 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@TRAI please do something.. complaining from last 3 years but @JioCare has not done anything to make network better. From last 2 months network connectivity is worst. Will @PMOIndia 's dream of digital india become reality if we won't get better connectivity?

Pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare . I booked a connection yesterday and the sales person guaranteed installation yesterday only after charging me ₹4500.Even after many back n forth calls the result is still ZERO.@jio #JioDigitalLife #pathetic #CustomerExperience

How many times we have to complain to get some better connectivity @reliancejio @JioCare . @TRAI please do something.. complaining from last 3 years but jio has not done anything to make network better. From last 2 months network connectivity is worst.
