    @JioCare No network at pin code 421302 Bhumi world industrial park From yesterday(from 8/7/26) in to jio wifi . Called jio wifi executive they say all servers down . Airtel network is working fine at my location. Please check and resolve asap . Thanks .

    @JioCare So since 2 nd June to 30 th June if it was temporary issues? How i could use even 1 GB out of 56 GB. Lie has become legitimate nature. Jio is anti national company. Sucking Blood like mosquito. I m not hre to donate Ambani . Either provide service or no recharge will be done.

    @JioCare My JioFiber in Surat has been down since 07-Jul, 4:52 PM. The ETA has been extended multiple times and now there's no restoration time. The IVR never connects me to an agent. This outage is affecting my work. Please escalate this to the local network team urgently.

    @JioCare My request ID is SR00003AHY1F My AirFiber has not been working for the past 48 hours. I have called the service center multiple times, but there has been no response. I haven't received any call back, and no technician has visited to fix the issue.

    hello @JioCare @reliancejio Will my order (NO00015H1WJ7) ever get completed? A week ago I ported to your network and did self-KYC. Still, not a single attempt has been made to deliver my SIM. Unacceptable service!

    @JioCare These promises have never been fulfilled. If this issue cannot be resolved, please be honest and let me know. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to port not only my number but also all the Jio numbers in my family to Airtel.

    @JioCare I haven’t received any update on my refund yet. This was not what I expected from a company this big. They just take our money and when it comes to refund it, then there’s no one to look into the issue. Such a shame @reliancejio
