    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio This is honestly a pathetic customer experience from a reputed giant like Jio. Your team acknowledged my complaint and said they would assist me via DM, but there has been no response or resolution even after 2+ days.

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

    🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹2200 for Jio AirFiber, but your team not installed & cancelled that request.all details sent in DM. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. frustrating and unacceptable!
