    @reliancejio worst co and always try to cheat retailer,,,always reliance group cheat retailer... struggling since last 7 days for slow connectivity still no resolution and always charge high

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER TREATMENT! Took a JioFiber plan & paid the full fee. Now that the plan is active, not a single person has come to the house to install the goddamn connection for days, just directing me from one agent to another.

    @jiocare Don't Jio towers have any backup like a generator or diesel? The network only works as long as there is electricity during the day! Otherwise, forget about making a call. We only get electricity for 5 hours here!

    @JioCare You guys are giving the same std reply on dm for last 6 days but no resolution ! Why don’t u then cancel and refund my money back of 34999 and take away ur jio router ??

    @JioCare Please let me know the definition of earliest, since yesterday the complaint is escalated but still i didn't receive any calls from any engineer/manager, if we cannot use JioFiber for 5-6 days in a span of 8 days, what patience do you expect from us, why do you keep us waiting

    @JioCare Stop sending misleading updates. I have not received any engineer visit, call, or SMS, yet you’re claiming the issue has been inspected. Either resolve this immediately or disconnect my connection and refund the charges for the downtime. Enough is enough.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your internet and voice call service is not good indoor in 212217 area please improve it. This is further affected when the power supply is disrupted.

    @JioCare After so much follow up I was assured of getting the resolution today. After four hrs when I checked my acccount to see if anyone is assgned or not. To the surprise it is shwoing appointmnet missed. I have not been contacted by anyone from JIO for the same. This is just a coverup
