    @JioCare My Jio fiber number is+91-1179614642 and mobile is 9810808349. The problem is not specific to my ID, but it is the way your yearly plan work. In it you give the service for 13 months but in the last month Amazon prime service stops. This is not acceptable

    @reliancejio Yesterday was very hard time. No one easily understood my sim issue. Anyhow after continues discussion with customer care they registered issue. I request JIO team to look into this issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio my jio fiber plan has expired and why would I recharge if I can not use it? So I request you guys to fix my problem as soon as possible so I can recharge and use my fiber connection otherwise I will have to check other brands for this, like airtel or bank...

    @JioCare When can I expect the technician to be at my place to resolve the issue. There has to be some specified TAT for Service Requests. Every time it’s the same story with unprofessional JioFibre. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am a new subscriber of jio fiber, internet is not working since today morning & customer care executive told today's slots are completely booked before I called them ( now it's 8.39 AM)..and I have to spare SUNDAY with no internet and TV

    @JioCare I couldn't even use my internet after placing relocation and exhausted the monthly plan for no use. Pathetic and poor is falling short to describe the level of service you guys are offering. Or is it that you'd only take up new Fibre connections and ignore old customers??
