  @TRAI please give warning to @reliancejio . I have recharged 2GB/day plan. But I'm not even getting 5G coverage. And when i dialed 199 for slow sleep complaint. They told me to press 3 for slow internet. I kept dialing & pressing again and again. But their IVR is not working.

  @reliancejio After so many time complain for resolve network issue the Jio team not resolve. This issue from last one year. How many year still I wait ? Location pin 761117 , Gahangu, Ganjam, Odisha.

  @JioCare The recharge was done from Phonepay Since the device is a Jio Bharat feature phone, the 5G plan cannot be used. Kindly help by either converting the recharge to the ₹895 Jio Bharat plan or processing a refund.
