    I recharged my Jio SIM with the ₹899 plan, which includes an extra 20 GB of data. After my daily 2 GB data was exhausted, the extra 20 GB did not activate, so I'm unable to use the internet. Please check and resolve this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Very bad network service by jio @JioCare .I complained many time but no response. Vill -nawagaon post bambhera distt sitapur uttar Pradesh 261302 I talked many time in coustumer care from 3 years every time told your problem resolved shortly our team working but not resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G 3/4 I have contacted Jio Customer Care more than 20 times. Every time I am told there is a temporary issue and to wait 48 hours. This has been going on for almost 3 months with no permanent resolution.

    @JioCare 4 days, no usable mobile internet in Shriram Colony Rao & Nehru Nagar, Indore. Entire locality is affected, not just one user. Multiple calls to 198, only false promises of "2–3 hours." Please restore service immediately. Complaint ID: MR0001PIIRJ4 @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare The most worst network in my area is JIo I am very sad. mostly people's facing this problem in my area. Technical team told me 3 months ago your problem solve within 6 months and I am facing this problem many years ago. Please Don't buy Jio Sim.
