    @JioCare have applied for a new fiber connection with order number NO0000LFFM8C. While applying salesperson confirmed to install on same day but it's been 3 days no one is coming for installation. Called customer care to complain on this issue but still issue not resolved.

    @JioCare I'm unable to get a eSIM from your store as I visited 2-3 jio office and ur staff quoted me random excuse for this. 5 days, 2-3 different offices, about 7-8 visit. Poor services

    @JioCare @JioCare Yesterday, after Tweeting I got call from Jio customer care and promised that they will do home delivery of jio phone at provided location. But currently you are asking jio phone is not available. Why are providing false information over call.

    Worst service. Internet is down from last night and still they not able to solve my problem. And because of this my landline is also down. I wish their was option of porting landline number also. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio shared the details. It's ridiculous while you claim to fix the set top box within 48 hours, it's more than 72 hours but no one has contacted despite my raising the complaint.
