    @JioCare @reliancejio a generic template reply after 5 days of a areawide outage in Vileparle east is unacceptable. How do you expect us to run business and automation with zero timeline for repairs? Need a concrete resolution time. Demand a bill rebate for days of lost service

    @reliancejio taking plan for one year and connection is not working from five days . Regularly complaint. Now from call information reach us that our jio fiber is closed from back-end. What the hell . No one to help

    @JioCare Well, I am getting the same reply since last 5 hours. You made the commitment to resolve by 11:48 PM. Now you're saying it will be resolved by 7:48 AM. And what about losses I had to incur due to your so called temporary issue? You cannot fix my loss.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 32+ hours without internet. Multiple complaints, zero response or resolution. Unacceptable service. Keep treating customers like this and don't be surprised if you lose my entire neighborhood.

    @JioCare hopeless service since last 3 days extremely poor network, have to put phone on airplane mode to get proper network. Raised a complaint on the app but still no response!!! Are you sooo hungry and busy robbing our money with your thirdclass level of service???
