    @JioCare Sent a DM as was suggested. But no response. Telephone calls getting abruptly disconnected stating that your account is disconnected. This is not the way to treat anyone let alone senior citizens who are moving on to a new place...@reliancejio you are forcing us to go big....

    @TRAI @JioCare 2/7 First, I called Jio Customer Care and clearly asked for permanent closure of my Jio AirFiber connection. They took all the details and transferred me to a senior agent, who again took the same details and confirmed the closure request.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is completely unacceptable! I have been facing this nightmare for the last 1 mont. Engineers have visited multiple times, but there is zero effort or focus on actually resolving the issue. Fix it immediately! Service ID / Registered No:+91-1574796306
