    @JioCare From morning, I tried reaching the customer care and explaining the issue. However, they don’t care at all. I have spoken 6 customer care representatives and there is no proper response. Please should avoid your Internet as provider

    @JioCare Worst service, I opted for new sim from their website. Sim delivery was promised in 48 hours it’s a week now have done multiple calls/emails but the service team is too lousy. I feel a great mistake of porting from Airtel to Jio. Now I am in middle of Jio n Airtel NO00015CVEJ7

    @JioCare Please provide the technician’s contact number or ask them to call me immediately. Also, share a confirmed visit time to fix the issue—your app shows no date or time, everything is blank. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this on priority.
