  @reliancejio @JioCare i have been trying to get add on postpaid and every time i order a sim card the delivery is cancelled. The last time the delivery boy had called me asked for delivery OTP before even delivering sim card. bad customer service

Never be associated with such a brand who do not value their customers Jio fibre makes people very foolish and harass

  @JioCare How can I be rest assured? My work is totally dependent on a good wifi network. I was assured by jio's representative that an engineer will visit by 4th of September and solve the problem. And its not been done. @reliancejio @JioCare
