    @honey_badger_9 @JioCare Fr Clarity of OTT platforms and the resolutions of channels on JioTv are so bad, feels like I'm watching TV from a 90's idiot box They are providing a whole package but at the cost of the worstttttt customer service and quality

    @JioCare My engineer visit is rescheduling everytime and there is no contact from the team I called customer service they told me nothing can be done except rescheduling it again

    I want to know if you are giving back my data(6GB) which should be starting on 14 Jan 2022 or else I will switch to @reliancejio I will switch even my Broadband if you fail to give service what we expect even if we are giving extra money. @airtelindia
