    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst network i had ever faced there are zero network and zero data speed worst to see service like this from airtel, i think i needs to try with jio/Vodafone @reliancejio

    I don't know whether the @JioCare is working or not. This is the 3rd time I am raising a complaint but no response and no improvement in data speed.. I think it is time to move.

    @JioCare it's jio 2g not jio 4g.... world's slowest network....and also bad customer care support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio they told I will get access to 11 OTT apps. But I can only login Prime, Hotstar, Zee5 & Sonyliv, cannot login other 7 ott apps on different devices. I have IDs, but when I logged in those apps, they ask me to buy, which was supposed to be free with the pack.

    @JioCare Ported my postpaid number from VI to Jio but getting zero network connectivity in office. Feeling disgusted......

    @JioCare The network speed in our town used to be good but since a 6 months the network speed has dropped a lot. Even though I have complied with you many times there is no improvement from you. Please provide one cell tower or improve our network speed. Too slow
