    @JioCare There is vendor who is installing optical fiber in my area.he has dig road 2 months back. Since then i am requesting him to fill which was dig. Can you please help. I can DM more details

    What a monopoly and ridiculous service done by @reliancejio. They took Rs.2500 for the security deposit against JioFiber connection and said it will refund to you if you discontinue the Fiber connection. Bt Now they are saying you will get only Rs.1500. @JioCare @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare JioFiber seems to be a con company, there is no guarantee of service. Once there is any problem no resolution in sight only false messages that we will resolve the issue but nothing will be done. Seems like big Chinese scam

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare hi vodafone team, actually jio team has been assuring me that they would resolve my issue which they could not , neither they are helping me to port to vodaphone...do let me know the porting procedure.

    Jio fiber services are getting worst. After taking the payment for installing of jio fiber, no one is reponding. And it’s been 2 weeks no one came for installation. Even i requested for a call back and no one is calling. @JioCare @reliancejio
