    @JioCare you have setup a different standard of customer service altogether. My new connection was installed last week but it's not working and today I have been told to raise a cancellation request as you folks do not service my area at the moment. Order Number NO0000M0MWFI.

    @JioCare That is ok.. just wanted to know the delay of your service , the area not a village, it is a developed area, very near to a large IT park in India, and even more people requesting for it. I was getting same reply for more than 3 years

    @JioCare Also the jio join app needs to improve. Many bugs have in this app. The main problem is the compatibility issue and connecting problem with the jio fiber

    @JioCare @RelianceCapital @reliancejio I feel sad and stressed. This is such mental torture that’s happening. But can’t do anything. Big companies does stuff they want to!! We as a customer can do nothing. Just sit and wait and feel helpless because thats all we can say!!!

    @JioCare Don't you feel ashamed of your conduct. You have been sending the same message over and over again to me for the last 15 days. NOT A SINGLE STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE DAMAGE DONE BY YOUR CONTRACTOR REMAINS AS IT IS.
