    @JioCare Navneet SBS Gharana Apartment, Near - Sikaria More East Shastri Nagar Gaya. Pin 823001 There are no connection in our Appartment but Jio fiber connection has gone before this Appartment. It's eyes openings(not complaint)of Jio fiber service.I'm obliged to take other connection

    @reliancejio Can anyone help me to fix thier (Jio) internet issue to get 2-3 Mbps atleast, since in my 3 Jio Sim I m don't even get one Mbps,I shocked that Jio isn't able to provide 1 Mbps internet speed in both mobile & jiofi in banglore :-( @fiber_jio #jio #jiofibre

    @JioCare @reliancejio still my query is not resolved haven’t received any sort of communication from your team. Calling the customer every two hours (i.e every time the current appointment is rescheduled by 2 hours, from yesterday 10 am in the morning till now) but of no use,

    @JioCare I've 3 plans activated on my no.- 1) Expiring on 28.3.21: used. 2) Expiring on 28.3.21: not being used 3) Expiring on 1.4.21: being used daily Please use my 2 (second account) or gift me another voucher for same do that I'm not at loss due to ur stupid rules!

    @JioCare @reliancejio On 15th March, I have paid Rs 1500 for the installation of JioFiber connection and my connection is still not installed. At the time of buying the connection they told me that it will be installed by 17th March. Order No. NO0000GTA8CD PLEASE HELP!!

    @JioCare The executive wasnt interested in solving my problem, he was more keen on passing the buck. He could have very easily apologised for the delay and fixed the issue, instead he continued arguing and verbally engaging with me .. I wanted a resolution not a debate ..
