    @jio_fiber @JioCare once again today jio airfiber internet service not available. It was working fine till 7 am and now suddenly no internet available. Pathetic.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare complaint, but your AI chatbot keeps giving useless suggestions instead of connecting me to a real executive. Last time, I was told it would be fixed within 3 HOURS. It’s now been almost 20 HOURS and the issue is still unresolved! Who will compensate me for this loss of service?

    @JioCare Nelson, forwarding my concern is 3 months old story, so is your team working on the same. Isn't it funny & fooling statement of the keep saying earliest after 3 months which hasn't come yet probably never. Either u guys transfer refund or tell #jionorefund it's shame.
