    @JioCare one month ago I booked an appointment for an air fiber connection. It is yet to be delivered. There is no way to contact your customer care in your. Care to explain where to reach you out. At this point I don't need the connection to refund me asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , I have applied for AirFiber Order no. NO0001BO6542. I want to cancel this order it's more tha 25 days still I have not received any refund also technician told me that it get refunded after 45 days, does this is mentioned??No cc helped

    @JioCare Are you still checking? Details sent yesterday I have to access virtual desktop but when using jio air fiber it's working so slow when switching to mobile network jio/airtel it working smoothly What's wrong with jio air fiber? Connection started on 8 mar-26 Totally frustrated

    Worst experience at @JioCare it os detecting wrong device and am not able to use 5G unlimited data. Even if i am using 5G compatible phone. Please fix it other vise i need to port to another reliable and trustable service provider
