    @JioCare Network coverage in my area is very weak and internet speed is poor. Many users are facing the same issue. I have land available and would be willing to provide space for a Jio tower installation if required.Please look into the network issue and let me know the process.

    @jio_fiber Poor customer support from Jio. Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.
