    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal @consumerforum_ Can you educate your customer support call team. Laxmi kant hardly understands the issue and is asking to send engineer to my residence. I want to talk to escalation team and in NXT 48 hrs get ready for legal issues.

    @BSNL_KL four days without broadband and counting. Multiple complaints since day one but no technician even called once. Booked a @reliancejio connection but no callback from their end. Your chance to earn a new customer is disappearing.
