    @reliancejio My jio cable got cut on 11th Jun, then ticket raised. Till date your guy didn't turned into the location. Your message states his name as Jayaram, but no contact number. This shows your service level. Hats off to your service and money making idea.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Paying for a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–10 Mbps. No way to speak to a customer care executive as calls end with automated recordings. Resolve this within 2days or provide an immediate refund,else I’ll approach consumercase

    Hello @JioCare, my Service Request (SR000038BVTL) for JioFixedVoice (+912613152110) has been delayed due to technical reasons. I received a message saying it will take 24 hours. Please look into this urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare @PMOIndia Despite repeated complaints, the connection has still not been restored. This prolonged outage is affecting work and daily life. Cancel this service, I don't want to continue with such horrible service and support.

    @JioCare Why are you making such nonsense? Over the last 3 months, my #internet has repeatedly gone down and then started working again automatically without any engineer visit. This suggests that the issue is being handled from the backend I would not recommend #JioFiber to anyone.

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you even reading the complaint? The issue is not internet speed, the connection has been completely down for days. Sending irrelevant template responses only proves that the complaint has not been properly reviewed. This level of support is unacceptable.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber issue is still unresolved. The router appears to be faulty, but instead of arranging a replacement, your team keeps giving the excuse of an outage. All details have already been shared via DM. Kindly resolve this urgently. 😡 @JioCare @reliancejio #jio
