    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    @JioCare JioFiber down for 3+ days. Standard customer care keeps falsely rescheduling my technician visits. I have been forced to file an official government complaint. NCH Docket Number: 9551766. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber Order ID: NO0001DY41PQ is still not installed. On 9 June, engineer Swapnil Girge completed KYC but did not perform the installation. He promised to return on 13 June, but since then there has been no response from him. Please support.

    @JioCare Same message again and again and again, stupid automated messages are not solving my problem, the engineer or someone needs to call and confirm the timeline, earlier it was 1 PM, then 3 PM then 7 PM and now no timeline.....it's been 48 hours + @reliancejio @JioCare

    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?
