    @reliancejio on 12th feb i requested for a Jiofiber connection, i paid 1200rs, but then a week passed and the installation didn't happen, so i requested for cancellation and refund, still now i haven't received my money. The Jio customer service people is useless and horrible.

    Even others using jio number in my area do face same issue, poor internet service causing serious inconvenience. Making online payment and booking metro ticket itself is troublesome. @JioCare pls look upon into this issue.

    @JioCare My router is showing green led only but in our area everyone is facing slow speed issue, o am using 100mbps but i am getting 3 mbps, it’s same with all users in our area

    @JioCare So @JioCare’s solution to a MISSED appointment and NO internet is “wait another 48 hours”? 🛑 My connection was suspended today at 12 PM, and the engineer never showed up for the 10 AM slot. This is a clear deficiency of service. I am not paying for this downtime.
