    @JioCare Raised a ticket to close my jio fibre account which was closed by me long back and router was taken from jio team but I used to get emails that my account is not closed. I explained all the things in Call and they said we will close the issue.

    I have ported to jio like a month back but the call network & internet is terrible. It doesn’t work at all. The customer care is extremely rude even after complaining several times. I am being charged unnecessarily for literally worst service. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup
