@JioCare Hi Team- I have been a customer of Jio since more than 3 years, off late network reception near my area/house is very bad and the calls get disconnected frequently. Also the data speed is reduced considerably compared to couple of months back. Appreciate a resolution.

@JioCare What a pathetic service Jio is providing. Facing slow internet speed issue for the past 5 days. Even after contacting customer support multiple times all I get is an ETA which is of no use. Switching to @airtelindia is the only solution it seems.. Pin code - 562159

No broadband on @reliancejio #JioFiber for the last many days. Getting through to service is impossible. Shoud I switch to another provider with better service @JioCare. Have waited long enogh for restoration of this essentail service. @TRAI
