    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare This is another smart way of ignoring for the time being which generally never gets materialized. You need to specify the ETA and details of the SPOC for this issue/ ticket. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing issues accessing any websites ,, any means any --- whatever you can think of. It is even tough to deliver message in what's app also.

    @reliancejio Whats the update on my billing?? I am not going to pay any bills unless I get clarity on my bills so far. Thirdclass customer service needs a reminder here everyday to look into my case. Still frauds have not given an escalation ID to track.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is incorrect and irrelevant. My complaint is not about security deposit. Please address the actual issue: • Why was my connection suspended despite advance balance? • Why was my unused balance not credited within 90 days? • How was my money adjusted ???

    Customer care is practically non-existent and completely unresponsive. Made the mistake of paying in advance. This isn’t even the first time—2 previous service requests were left unattended. Absolutely unacceptable. @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    Hi @JioCare , @reliancejio, On 28 March 2026, I raised a request to relocate my connection. As a part of this relocation, the technician was supposed to visit my home on 1 April 2026, but did not. I kept calling the customer care and they kept rescheduling to no avail.
