I'm having a problem with my @reliancejio connection which I'll port into Airtel Postpaid if @JioCare doesn't fix it soon. They have been nagging this for 3 straight years.

And when you leave their customer service doesn’t care enough to retain- either downgrade or go away. That’s their solution.
