    @reliancejio @JioCare I am using jio since when they have launched it but day by day there is a decrease in speed and now the speed and network coverage is so poor that it can't even load a 144p video and the signal is only one bar so being the largest network provider help 😭.

    @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Please stop your respective networks... So Bad Connectivity at Durgapur-1.. No Live Streams are loading. Hopeless services at this Part of the Country for last 10 months since I'm living here... Stop boasting about providing connectivity all over India.😠

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel numbers are working absolutely fine with a constant 25-35 Mbps speed. I'm having a problem with my @reliancejio connection which I'll port into Airtel Postpaid if @JioCare doesn't fix it soon. They have been nagging this for 3 straight years.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your 4G coverage is so shitty and pretty bad and you are planning to implement 5G partnership with Google. Atleast first try to get the 4G spectrum covered across pan India. And FYI I don't live in remote villages where you may have an excuse. Damn it !

    @JioCare Ideally you should only charge me on pro rata basis till yesterday i.e. when I submitted the stb rather than forcing me to pay on last plan for whole of this month and the 399 plan active since that what I want! Guess what customer wants doesn't matter so much to u guys @JioCare

    @JioCare day5 of waiting to check their Dms afterI sent the location details they ask for total silence kindly reply and update on the status . Is this how you handle customer issues ? #jiodown It shows great at asking for detais publicly, but terrible at actually solving issue

    @reliancejio Why do you want HOTSTAR to log out of other devices when we are watching on only one device at a time? It is such a waste of time to login on the other room TV. The system identifies multiple logins so it can also identify if there is active playback. Improvise!

    @JioCare How much longer will this take? I'm not even able to do basic tasks. Video calls don't work, games keep saying "Your internet is too slow," I can't watch videos, and I'm even afraid to make online payments in case they get stuck. Please fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare This is extremely disappointing. My installation was officially scheduled for 18 July, 6:00–7:00 PM, yet no engineer contacted me and no one visited. Even after payment, repeated follow-ups, NCH complaint, and Appellate Authority escalation, the issue remains unresolved.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare . My Wi-Fi is not working from past 5 days . Their ground team don’t care about fixing issue everyone is lying daily will come and resolve . Neither service engineer nor technician pickup the calls . No coordination between customer care and ground
