    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is the same response I’ve been getting for the last 7 days. I don’t want another generic reply. Please provide the exact engineer visit date & time and resolve my issue today. Otherwise, I’ll escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and other consumer forums.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare your internet service here at ambernath is very very bad, idk what is the issue but i am not able to access Instagram feels like in 3g or 2g service. The tower is full but nothings working.
