    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Absolutely disgusted with @JioCare / @reliancejio service. My Jio Fiber installation was promised day before yesterday — still not done. The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.

    @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection. Please process the refund and confirm the refund timeline. Also, please address the contradictory information provided by your teams

    @JioCare JioFiber activated on 17-Aug-2026 stopped working on 27-Aug-2026 (SR00003F5BYE). Due to delay in resolution, 300 cash was collected for a cable cut without any receipt. Connection is working now. Please investigate and refund if the charge was unauthorized

    Email follow-up done on the 20th, 23rd, 24th & 28th, but every time, I get an auto-response email saying blah-blah-blah! 😬Dont understand what rocket science is involved in local relocation within the same pincode?😓 Immediate resolution requested. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare SR00002NQLHY. I raised this request for STB issue, the service guy called and said it has to be replaced so provide closure code so that he can raise request for replacement. Now he is not picking up the call. Is this the service you guys are betting for? It’s been 2days

    I have raised the ticket yesterday, Service Ticket no: SR00003F6YRB. Without attending the call they updated in the system " door lock". Worst service. I suggest not to take Jio fiber. Their service is not good. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare Your JioFiber service has been down for 2 days, and the experience has been pathetic. The network sucks, and your AI bot keeps giving useless automated responses without actually resolving the issue. 2 days without proper service is unacceptable.
