@JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

What the hell is wrong with hu @reliancejio @JioCare.My TV set top is not working frm last 5-6 days. I m calling ur customer care again and again but they r not taking any action for the resolution of the issue.. I have already raised complaints several times but no resolution.

@JioCare #JioFiber excellent customer care NO need tO open any service request (b'caus there is no such option in MyJio app) If you managed to create one by calling customer care thru painful IVR ( like I did ), it will be "resolved" in 2 hrs, no visit,no action, pathetic.

@reliancejio @JioCare we are getting continuous network issue since last 10 days. Not getting network connectivity continuously in our area. Getting RTO from jio network very frequently which impacting work badly. Need cooperation to resolve the issue. RTO screen attached.
