    @JioCare Its more than a week since connection activation of 0755 3570894 but problem is not resolved. Follow up at all possible ends is not resulting in promised benefits by sales team at the time of connection activation. if this is not harassing the customer, tell me what is??

    @reliancejio the network between Kandivali and andheri train station is very weak. There is frequent call drop and slow internet. Offices r opening again and train networks very important for users. Time to make jio best on train network in Mumbai.

    @JioCare And I have made a big mistake by coming to JIO from AIRTEL, I think please never do any more SIM PORT in JIO. Jio doesn't pick up calls quickly after calling customer care, jio is a risky company

    @JioCare When I registered for #JioFiber trial, the support team arrived just after 2 hrs for installation and its been 10 days i've requested for cancellation, still waiting for your team to pickup the device & refund my money. I think they got lost on the way may be. Plz check!

    @nami_chandra @JioCare Extremely smart move..I was foolish enough to not go for the trial offer and pay for 6 months in advance, worst mistake of my life. Money gone no connection given and nobody at jio cares

    @JioCare Please Come with Fiber Service in My Area In Uttar pradesh ASAP because Alot of people Are facing issue with @Airtel_Presence and they want to have a stable internet..... Please Come with Fiber Services soon So that we can move.
