    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @reliancejio, 4 days ago payment made in advance for a stb, still no clarity about the installation , every day just keep getting new tickets, Today I told your customer care to refund the money, they said they can't ?? You cancel your complete connection. Any views on this??

    Hey @reliancejio, I am very dissapointed the technician service.I had a jiober connecetion and I requested for a new connection, the technician which came for new connection setup,installed the router in same wiring which,he used the same fiber cable and power adapter for router.
