    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Very disappointed with the Jio porting process. I converted my Airtel eSIM to a Jio physical SIM through home delivery. It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been getting this exact same response from your team for the past 6 months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This is completely unacceptable. I am continuously paying for a service that is practically unusable, with speeds dropping below 1 Mbps most of the time.

    @JioCare Jio air fiber is a paux. Very poor and pathetic service. From Saturday onwards for the past three days I didn't have wifi connection and I am unable to watch TV. I have tried ten times the customer care number. I am unable to inform my grievances.

    @JioCare Ported to Jio Postpaid for “better service.” Now enjoying premium features like failed calls, unstable internet, broken WhatsApp calls, and 38 minutes of hold music after “escalation.” Truly revolutionary customer care experience.

    @JioCare @JioCare I requested relocation, not a forced new connection or plan upgrade. My ₹199 plan was changed without proper consent and now I’m being charged more for poor speed/service.
