    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue remains unresolved despite repeated complaints. Your promised ₹15,834 voucher is still pending even after the deadline. This prolonged delay and inconsistent responses are unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Guys there has been an internet connectivity issue for the past 3 days. An engineer visit is scheduled for today 3.15-4.15 pm. I have been trying to get in touch over calland neither has the person reached out. No responses Can you please intervene!

    @JioCare service is down yet No Service Request can be raised. It's a fortnightly routine which must be compensated. Have already described details in DM.

    @JioCare Hi the engineer has not reached or called. When tried to connect from jio app the message says number not working. The scheduled visit is almost ending and the engineer is nowhere to be seen
