    @Vikbira143 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @jiocare Had to reset the router to default & start using ssid & password printed on label of router. your agent says they can see I'm able to use the device. STB on LAN works, did they read my complaint? Requested escalation as no one is giving Service Request/ticket, no action

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a problem in AP. We are not getting good signal stregenth. Internet speed is very slow. Area is KURNOOL DISTRICT, Yemmiganur mandal, Malapalle village. Would you able to resolve the problem
