    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    @JioCare Very bad network since a month at Delhi Shakurpur , K block , Pitampura. Can Jio team check this issue at earliest else we can all five jio connection port in airtel. Pl call me on 9971180541 so I can give your bed feedback.

    Jio's network is absolutely useless, it has become a 3rd class network.The internet isn't working properly, so what's the point of recharging? I even have 10 Jio SIMs at home. I'll replace all Jio SIMs. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Nelson, This is not acceptable. The technician has already missed the scheduled visit, and my JioFiber has been down since 21 April. I need the exact visit time today and confirmation that the engineer will reach without further delay.

    @JioCare worst service .... connecting time to call centre is more then 15 mins... Then no resolution.... There technical team not attends even there customer care executive calls.... pathetic..

    @JioCare Booked a port to Jio via online mode, completed payment & self KYC on 18 April. It’s 23 April now no update on delivery. Tried calling support multiple times, but it’s just endless "please wait" followed by disconnections or vague assurances. Really disappointing.

    @JioCare quitting the jio mobile postpaid services.. will port my num to another network very soon .. keep that refund with you only.. take it as a charity.. pathetic and disgusting customer services 🙏🏼 @JioCare @reliancejio
