@JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

I asked for refund but no refund .The only answer I got that Airtel credited all the benefits to your account. Airtel doesn't have any responsibility of network problem or any technical glitches or any other trouble, It's a clear cheating. @JioCare

Again, Again and Again!!! My jio fiber stopped responding . Raised an complaint and shocked to know there are no technician slots available for next 2 days. Wondering how many cases are raised in a particular area. It’s not a good news for @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation

@followrahul_ray @JioCare @JioCare you people should extend his bill date . It was your fault that the fiber was not working. Kindly grant him extended bill date . Otherwise we will switch over to Airtel .fiber . Which is 100 times better than jio
