    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare I spoke with the Amazon customer care but obviously they can't do anything about this since they are only a payment provider. The issue is with MyJio app. Refund my ₹300 ASAP.

    @JioCare I done recharge in morning by mistake. Immediately I called coustomer care but they clearly denied to revert it also not registered my complaint. I already have active plan and I don't used anything from the recharge. Give me my money back Invoice No - A8R23I0023132502

    @JioCare In my area pin 792122 village side the network isn't ok. So if you install a new tower it will be very beneficial for all of us. Please look into the matter

    @reliancejio I applied for Jio Internet connection on 1st Mar 2022. However due to poor services I requested for cancellation of connection on 4th June 2022. I received a service request no. for the same but no action from your end.

    Hi @reliancejio I took your jio fibernet internet subscription recently paid for it and waited for the installation for multiple days. In the end got an email saying it cant be processed due to address verification but have not received the refund since 30 days. Please help here.
