    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare As mentioned above, the issue keeps happening every other week, do you expect me to raise a request every week and wait for 2 days for engineer visit, will your team reduce the bill for the days I am unable to use JioFiber, unsure if you guys read the above thread and understand

    @JioCare 1/2 This is exactly the problem. I have been facing this issue since 10 August, and I already raised a complaint on 12 August (SR00003DUUX5). Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”

    Jio 5G++ signal is showing in Allahpur, Prayagraj, yet I can’t even send a WhatsApp message. I have to buy separate 4G data add-ons, which often don’t work either. Customer care has been giving the same assurance for 3 months, while Twitter DMs get no response. @JioCare
