    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    The only two telecom players in broadband - Jio & Airtel are giving pathetic customer services even to Premium Customers. In today's time, they are working like we are in 80s. No accountability, changes schedule without informing.. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare If service was not feasible then why are you asking me to initiate a request for new connection. You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.

    @JioCare My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t . your team think its mobile network problem but its air fibre
