    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please check your network service @Mahammad nagar patna, pin- 756032..there are 2 jio tower within 2km radius, but it seems like its only covering 10 mts. Wrorst service ever..😠😠😠please have a look asap

    Hey @reliancejio if you don't want to give us proper service then don't high you plan price . I am very much irritate with your slow internet in our area. When you high plan price then give best internet service. Its my humble request plz high your so called 4g volte. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have tried calling several times to toll free number . My Service Request number SR000038IU7H. They have schedule for 19th June. Is this some kind of joke? The area I am staying has no jio tower so we can’t even use mobile data. Give me solution asap.

    .@JioCare never really cares. I'm facing a slow jio airfiber internet issue constantly, and I'm unable to raise a complaint/connect with customer care.

    @icantcodefyi @JioCare Hey if It is real and you have proof to show by usage. Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Their stupid policy is if you don’t get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have an issue in airfiber I made multiple requests for an engineer visit to solve my issue despite that every time my request got closed with unknown reasons Kindly remove the jio device from my home or solve my issue fiber number 1954327716

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Also I complaint to NCH helpline and this is totally shocking that they're also not processed my complaint. I submitted the application on 6th june but still the update is " not processed yet" grievance n. 9237940 @jagograhakjago can you please tell me why its not processed?
