    @sumitkadyan49 @JioCare Bro I have Samsung M33 which got update on Dec 15th. I got welcome offer last week. While my cousin with same model and same area can use 5G, I can't access. Jio has actually messed up. They aren't allowing access even after giving welcome offer. Atleast Airtel isn't doing crap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @CES on emergency i took reliance jio fiber net and yesterday sale's person came and told yes there is connection we will give. Now tech person came he told connection box is full we cannot. This is ur person number +916361415817. He done switch off

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani why jio customer is so incompetent and shameless. They have no shame in giving wrong information to customer. Why nobody is supervising their calls? I never received original bill of jio fibre for December.

    @JioCare we are seeing daily disruptions in our housing society. Your technicians are not sure about the reason and say this is due to 5G upgrade from back end and day they have no ETA. SR00001GZKDU there are several other other service requests as well

    @JioCare Every day new ticket is opened, New engineer is assigned who has no authority to take actions, and everyday 'will be fixed soon' msg is sent. What a hopeless service @JioCare I'm fed up.. i may take call to change my internet service provider. #youarehopeless
