Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

@JioCare I had checked the , and it shows device is not compatible. But samsung has released the software for standalone 5g for the s20fe since last week. I had checked the other sim of jio with my device it shows 5g network. But i didn't get the welcome offer for 5g.

@reliancejio need to give proper redressal for my issue. I can prove you the vouchers value by giving the appropriate data. It's my right to ask for my unused vouchers which has a feature of transferability. Recently the number is given to someone. Hope you resolve my issue.
