  @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

  @JioCare Again 1 more week got passed without any response from your side. Which makes total 3.5 months for the simple refund (& still any action is awaiting). Your team is either ignoring to take actions OR are not able to understand the issue. @TRAI
