    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Why there is no option to connect with a human agent via chat or call, please disconnect my broadband services for next 20 days since I'll be out of town. I've been trying to reach customer service for last two days but couldn't because of your boy response.

    @JioCare Don’t ask me to check the app again and again. There is NO technician name, NO visit timing, and NO update shown there. Stop giving copy-paste instructions. Your system isn’t working and your team isn’t responding. Cancel the order and refund immediately.

    @JioCare Bad service. Frequent disconnections. Frequent maintenance from 1 to 6. No technician turns up even after raising a complaint. No proper coverage as well. I think all these reasons are enough

    @JioCare WTH is this, Seriously? Another “Green LED” reply? My router has been GREEN the whole time and internet works perfectly. My issue is JioJoin calling on JioFiber, not an outage. Stop sending copy-paste replies and actually check the problem. Very frustrating support experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is extremely disappointing. My #JioAirFiber network issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED but ticket has been CLOSED without any fix, facing continuous issue, this is completely Outrageous. SR Number: SR000032UT05 #PoorService #CustomerComplaint

    @p_rajuke @JioCare Believe me , jio care Never cared for customers,, I have gone through same pain since I have procured jio fiber , initially they were responding nicely , and technician was also coming on time as per schedule, but now we have to reschedule appointment again and again

    @JioCare @reliancejio Regular disruptions and disconnection of JIO Fiber in the Wadala West area in Mumbai. Disconnections for 2 days and now again disconnected. No permanent resolution.
