    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    Hello @JioCare as I am regular user of jio plus , with this you have given access to Prime video, in my plan there are 2 jio numbers, due to some technical issues I can not sign in prime with my primary jio number, Can I switch it to my add on number for Prime only

    @JioCare @reliancejio what is happening guys with you, is this kind of service you are providing to your customer that after getting higher recharge amount we think that our service will get boosted but here we are getting worst ever service.

    @reliancejio and @JioCare horrible after sales customer service. Having to follow up on request# CO0000HW0D1Q since December 2021 but no turnaround on this. Remember there are customers like me who prefer quality over tarrifs as time is precious for us. Absolutely unprofessional.

    @JioCare Hi jio care, I see that you don't care about your customers. I am facing too much network issues since 5 months... Cannot make calls and cannot receive any. And I think its time to switch to other service.
