    @reliancejio I have completed application process for new Jio fiber connection and they committed me installation will be done in 24hrs, but 48 hrs completed till now no one reached for doing the installation. Worst service

    @TOIOpinion Yes, jio quality has deteriorated. Data Consumption shown on jio app was wrong. wrote repeatedly 2 helpdesk, got unrelated link repeatedly. Never answered complaint. @reliancejio

    @JioCare the worst service in jio fiber, no customer problem solving, no support, keep on sending the same message again and again after doing what they have asked for, still getting no results. Completely unsatisfied!! @JioCare @reliancejio
