    @JioCare My dad bought a LYF Jio Phone more than 36 months back. Your cust. care execs giving various excuses to avoid taking back the phone n issuing a refund. I wanna continue using the sim, but dint expect this from Jio. Please help asap

    @ndtv But at most of time we are not able to use internet service of jio....very bad service in our area ... sometimes we are not able to send messages on whatsapp... please improve your service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @Facebook Good luck, Reliance. I hope you become artificially intelligent to solve your customer issues. I have a jiofiber connection and your services suck! You don't seem to have a customer care with human intelligence and all your chat services are as useless as your brand is.
