    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm struggling to use internet inside my home , tried to register complaint your representative told whole Bihar is facing network issue in jio so can't register. Should i port my number??

    @ShivamVahia I was @JioCare user from beginning but after 1 year they give a speed of just most of 100kbps so I'm adjusted it with 2 years and thousands of complaints but never they give support to customer care, now I'm switched to @Airtel_Presence who atleast give some customer support.

    @JioCare @bucatoh on Sep 11, 2020, 12:49 AM, i have raised the same issue for my 5 Jio numbers. you just replied me in DM but no solution provided yet. Do you believe ,only replying to the issue will resolve the issue by itself ?? or just want to show that you are there to reply (only)...🤔

    @JioCare How many people agree that @JioCare name should be changed to #JioDoesNotCare ? If they cannot solve a simple complaint of overcharging and abusive representative even after 1 & half months then they definitely don't care about customer.
