    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    It took @reliancejio a few days, but I must say they demonstrated excellent customer support and satisfaction. Kept me informed, involved folks from Apple, and fixed this weird issue where iMessage and FaceTime stopped working for me after coming back to India from a trip.

    They @JioCare moron never understand ehat customers feeling when net or call don’t work. @reliancejio give computer based reply. Our agencies @DoT_India @PMOIndia @TRAI are also katputali against him
