    @JioCare @TRAI Worst ever experience from Jio Fiber, it was 24 days delay by jio for device pickup, due to their technical glitch, installation charged not refunded yet. It's Jio responsibility for this delay. I need full refund of fee while installation. Jio Service ID 299140489172 #jiocare

    @reliancejio @TRAI now it's become daily on regular basis, call drop, call not getting connected, calling party or ourselves can't hear eachother voice. Isn't there solution to this monopoly harrasment by these telecom Mafia/ goons. Why trai not responding

    @reliancejio @JioCare How do you manage to resolve issues in your system without actually bothering to do anything? Have been logging complaints since 23rd July. Have even requested to cancel the connection. But, all you do is send resolution messages seeking feedback.
