    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    It's ludicrous to note the amount of times our @JioCare internet keeps dropping or getting disconnected every month even after their supposed upgrade and repair. Such a poor service provider with the WORST customer service and want to charge a premium

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am shocked to see a 'platform rental charge' of ₹770 added to my Jio Home Fiber bill without any prior information or my consent. This charge has never been applied before and is completely unjustified.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I think most worst Broadband service is Jio Air Fibre. I have Facing internet issue from morning till now no one is connect with me. After my this package I will not continue this Jio Air Fibre. Totally shame on Jio😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00003D931R has been pending since August 5th, and you're "still reviewing" it? Over two weeks for basic network resolution on a postpaid plan is unacceptable. Disappointed with the lack of accountability and slow support. Please resolve immediately.

    @reliancejio You really have the worst customer care support. Been trying to get a new Fiber connection in Bangalore and even after full payment, no Installation and even worse, no support system to address our grievance. Just the worst!. @JM_Scindia @JioCare
