Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. H (@kotadkaake) reported@JioCare Hi team, I got a replacement SIM after recharging my deactivated number. I inserted it after about 20 days. The phone detects the Jio SIM, but it shows 'Unknown number' and 'Not registered on network.' Please check whether the replacement SIM was activated.

dev (@2611devesh) reported@JioCare when electricity cut the network goes down data stops working. Here at Noida sec 66/ mamura gali no 2. Last time it was happened at 22:12-13 . You can check the logs . And pls put all the network on power backup. I can share my contact you can check reg-dreg status.
