    @reliancejio @JioCare is Jio True 5G support esim in samsung phone or only phisical sim, because i have not received TRUE 5G welcome offer for esim mobile, whereas other physical sim received welcome offer, both numbers are located in same place and under family plan.

    Please everyone don't take Jio Fiber connection, very poor service. After installation within 10 days, 3 times no internet connection issue occurred. This time, it's been 3 days no resolution. All tickets raised where closed automatically.😭 @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare worst customer service and just in case jio fiber internet stops working then either you need to reach Ambani or God coz CS don’t know anything. Technitian visit on their own convinces and in my case not till now! @Airtel_Presence #JIOTrue5G #jiofiber @reliancejio #5g

    @JioCare jio mobile can be declared as worst network coverage operator of the year as I had a worst network since years & no resolution got complaints. Even the Wi-Fi calling not getting enabled continuously and facing worst experience & unable to call & receive calls & Data.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is becoming pathetic, I have paid for 300 MBPS speed and getting 145 MBPS, even with that all apps and browsers are buffering... Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio internet speed has been extremely slow for the past 3 months. I have complained multiple times to customer care, but there has been no resolution or proper response. This is very frustrating as I'm unable to use basic services. Please look into this
