At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
