It seems I did big mistake to port in jio. no one care about the service here.

After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.

I have already installed tata internet meanwhile but jio engineer is yet to visit. No one is friendly - not staff, not engineer even if we pay on time
