    @reliancejio I wanted covert postpaid sim to prepaid sim, I reached to my nearest jio store, that guy said this can’t be done from here, you need to visit big store!! He was rude too. Jio store location is Kodinar, Gujarat. Why are you giving jobs to idiots like him.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare You helped me very quickly on above issue. Thank you so much. But I want your support now. "A jio Sim was sent to me via JioExpress. The delivery guy did not deliver the Sim to me and asked for OTP. Somehow my father told the otp to that guy.

    @JioCare I have issues with Jio Fiber. I have raised a service request yesterday and no update on it till now. The expected resolution time was within 24 hours and it's been more than 30 hours now. Either change your terms or provide proper service. Thanks.

    @JioCare I have done 2 recharges on 28th June of ₹999 on jiofiber no.7123565822 in the name of Harshada Chowksey. But on 28th July my connection was stopped.I was told by customer care executive that both recharges were consumed simultaneously.

    @JioCare I have been facing issues lately with the Jio post paid sim lately.which says no network found even after trying it different mobiles.when I contacted service team they told us to pay the bill the. It will be rectified but still it’s not it’s a new sim,Call me 7899904055
