@JioCare FYI, I raised a cancellation request on 13/May/2021 & my service request no is SR000014XIDQ. But when I check ticket status it's showing no complaints found in my jio app. PLEASE HELP ME TO CANCEL BEFORE FIRST MONTH.

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

@JioCare Do you still have something to console me?? Or may I get my security amount back as doesn't seem you have any interest in taking back this modem. Jio fiber should get Worst customer service experience award.
