@reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

@JioCare It would be great if you did optimize and fix the issue bcoz people should switch from your trashy services I would thank whole jio employee if my issue gets fixed before it crosses 3 months time as already 2months has been wasted and as your services are not going to compensate

@JioCare Pls improve network coverage. Its very poor here. Only 1or2 bars are visible and that too not stable and fluctuate. Due to which internet speed is very slow and call doesn't connect many times (no voice) I've complained many times but no use. Pin- 272151,Mob- 8707370433
