@JioCare worst experience a couple of weeks. Once my phone had 5 of 5 in the signal bars. But now it is just 1. And while switching on mobile data, all signal is lost. Jio having resolved the issue even in consecutive requests made to them

@JioCare Jio has been providing worst service. I have been frequently contacting to fix the issues but they are reluctant. They have not been providing services since 11th March but paradoxically charging for it. Can we call it extortion when money is charged without services? Never buy.

@reliancejio @JioCare very bad services provided by Jio, poor connectivity, even customer support not able to resolve, when I ask that there is poor connectivity my call automatically drops, hence proved its an issue
