@JioCare @reliancejio Guys time n again your JioFibre services are hopeless n poor quality. There’s huge work loss due to frequent downtown of JioFibre. No sunwai before 24 hrs.Making customers fool.Never experienced such heavy failures earlier with other service providers.

@JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

@JioCare @reliancejio There was a Problem in Internet from last 7days spoke to 6 Executives,No one solved this. SR00001BAQM0 This is the complainant number! What sort of customer support is this?Do we have to disconnect Jio Wifi &Go for other service?Is that the final option?
