    @JioCare the worst customer service for JioFiber. Since 2 days I am scheduling the engineer, one engineer called and said I am not coming and since then all my appointment are kept on hold due to wrong SR. No way to reach any person via call. My number is 9334178497

    @JioCare Tired of this response. Why is your team so slow & local reps fraud? Are they only trained to onboard customers and then pay no attention to after sales services? Unethical and unprofessional from @reliancejio @JioCare. Connect me with the customer grievance team.

    @reliancejio I recharged my Jio number for ₹349 on August 11, 2026, and got 2GB of 4G data and unlimited 5G data. I am unable to use either of them due to network issues.Even the calls get disconnected and sometimes no calls are connected at all. 1/3

    Called JioFiber for a new connection today. An AI picked up, sorted everything, then recommended a basic plan with free router, free set-top box and hyped it up like a friend: "is it awesome." Didn't expect customer support to have this much personality. @jio_fiber @JioCare

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare Your network switches to 4g, this limit is for 4g, whenever u see 4g sign, make airplane mode for a second, then 5g will come back
