    @JioCare I asked if I’m eligible for a refund or not? It’s a yes or no question. Furthermore, it’s been a week and you still haven’t installed the fiber in my place. This is not the service I paid for, so no work is done hence just refund it

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioFiber. My service request SR00003AHVHB was closed from your end without resolving the issue. My internet is still not working properly. Closing complaints without fixing the problem is unacceptable. Please reopen the req and resolve it. #Shame

    @JioCare There is no progress on my complaint SR00003ATU25, it's been 2nd day now just technician/so called engineer visit time is extending in every 2 hrs. It's been 2 time within a month time. Pathetic customer service, careless @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare your network quality is very poor in my area. 5G is almost never available, so my daily 2 GB of 4G data gets exhausted quickly. Please improve your network or provide additional 4G data . Otherwise, I'll have to port my number to another network.

    I raised a service request on 08 July 2026 (Request ID: SR00003AK5PR), but despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.I have contacted your customer care many times,but every time I was assured that the issue would be resolved shortly. But nothing moved. @JioCare
