    @JioCare I have been told that the issue is escalated but it's been more than 2 months. Is that the way other postpaid providers work. This is really shameful work done by telecom network like jio.

    @JioCare this same reply i am getting for months now. how many time i have to request to send a field team at the location and check the real time network speed. whatever is there in your records is not correct at all. offers a solution rather than just closing tickets with same answer.
