    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has been down in my area for 3+ days with no proper resolution or compensation from support. Extremely poor service experience and lack of accountability. Airtel Fiber has been far more reliable in comparison.

    @JioCare I am tired of tweeting and calling for my JioFiber refund. The promised time has passed, yet no refund or update. Repeated delays and no resolution. Please process my refund immediately and share the refund reference number.

    @JioCare Now the issue is on hold, the engineer did not even visit. Even the same happened last time and is the same always. Don't give any reasons. Please do escalate and get early resolution @reliancejio

    @JioCare "I applied for JioFiber seven days ago, but so far no Jio representative has contacted me. I have not received any information about the status of my application, how long the process will take, what the next steps are, or whether there are any issues. I have not been informed.

    @JioCare Missing verified installation slots is a clear violation of TRAI's Quality of Service (QoS) regulations for broadband provisioning. Since Jio failed to meet its commitment today, I am lodging a formal complaint with TRAI and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) next!

    @JioCare Earliest - it's been 10 days no one reached and it is not resolved. One of the worst service ever faced. Disappointed with the service @JioCare

    @JioCare absolutely terrible service by Jio. Ordered a sim card online, delivery provided within 48 hours. Been much longer than that now but not being allowed to cancel despite this being confirmed on chat. Deceptive behaviour.
