    @reliancejio @JioCare i port from idea to jio 10 days back,and facing too much call drop problem , complaint 2 times but still facing same,no support from jio office,what to do?

    The award for worst and pathetic customer care and service should go for "Jio". It's pathetic First it's not available all the time and second amazingly it don't even solve your problem. Woww #sarkari ha kya ye bhi @reliancejio @JioCare

    @GurdeepMaan79 @reliancejio I have one CUG number, called for porting to Jio from Airtel. Had some network issue, queried with the person about network who happened to be Manager. Instead of giving reply politely. His reply was "port karna hai Karo, apki marji". Such a rude Manager.

    @reliancejio my mother using ur jio basic 4g phone from last 6 years it's not working now, there is no availability of the same phone to continue your services, other 4g phones are not supported for the same,

    @JioCare I had recharged with 3 data plan just to keep my data balance and speed net upto mark. May i know why i am still facing slow connection, works fine for first 50% , let me know if it works otherwise i will shutdown the sim. Number : 7022735351
