    @JioCare @reliancejio @DainikBhaskar A jio agent has done fraud with us by falsely charging 10000 in the name of service before installation of air fibre service claiming gift vouchers to redeem monthly . As per jio account it is not showing anywhere in the app.

    @JioCare please port my sim to 2G or 3G network, I hope the network speed would be best in 2G than in 5G. Pathetic 5G service at premium prices

    @JioCare Registered my interest in buying Jiohome/fiber multiple times over the past few weeks, none has reached out to me,zero response! tried this last year& same thing happened. If this is how you deal with new potential customers I wonder how you support existing one.Terrible

    Sallehpur,Gopalganj,BR are facing severe Jio network issues for a long time internet speed is extremely slow Despite This time complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest? @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare My phone was stolen and I need a replacement SIM. The SIM was issued years ago using a handwritten domicile certificate. Now the store refuses due to a name/DOB mismatch. I can verify ownership with last recharge & call details. Please help via DM.
