    @JioCare There are no extreme weather conditions. That’s just an excuse. It rained till 10am today. Don’t you people operate after that? Don’t give excuses. Just fix the internet. It’s not been working since 4-5 days now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since Feb 18 (SR00002JGZYU). Zero engineer visits. Zero resolution. Box still shows "Connectivity issues detected" in the app. Yet a full bill of ₹759 arrives for the cycle 26 Mar–25 Apr. You cannot charge for services never rendered. This is a formal billing dispute. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare It's been 4 days now without watching anything... really very poor service...you are insisting me to take help from the consumer court...now I want my money back, remove your garbage box from my house @reliancejio
