    @JioCare Ths's 1 of the worst cust service xperiences I've had. My Jio Air Fiber issue has remained unresolved for 2 weeks+ despite repeated complaint. Technicians do not visit, manager hangs up the call,nobody responds. Pathetic customer service and customer care. #sayNoToJio

    @reliancejio There is a height of patheticness, @JioCare @reliancejio, sit above that. Nothing worse that sim porting experience. Customer care is incapable of solving anything, just forwarding or avoiding. Pathetic!!!

    @rutu609 @JioCare Switched to Airtel. Now eagerly waiting for the 9 month period to switch back to Jio. It's that terrible 😞

    @JioCare Thanks for resolving but please ensure this doesn't happen every alternate day. You don't refund for outage days then kindly manage your services properly to avoid frequent outages. This is the 3rd such incident in a week.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 3 days without JioFiber despite bill payment. "No Plan Found" showing after payment. SR000038GDRD closed without fixing issue, SR000038KFVF still unresolved. Multiple false promises of technician visits, calls cut by customer care. Extremely poor service

    @rutu609 @JioCare I also switched to Airtel because jio could not restore the network connectivity.Tried my level best to reach them but got no response.

    Now both the agents are not picking up the call and nor they have called me for the installation appointment…it’s really frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio I wish i could’ve booked with another operator. If you guys can’t provide on time service then don’t commit to customers
