    @JioCare Poor service On generating a Port In request got SMS 8.49am Jan 15 from @reliancejio that someone will contact me within 2 hour BUT NO Later got SMS at 10.27 with Delivery Code & Executive Mobile No but no action even after more than 24 Hrs Feel a bad idea to Port to Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Pathetic service by customer care. Lost connectivity to internet on 14th Jan 8:00pm and facing a downtime of about 36 hours now and no resolution Whenever I initiate a complaint - they mark it resolved and no engineer comes to check.

    @JioCare @rajankgupta Worst ever service provider. Their sales guys. Do not even pick calls even after multiple time dialling. Company is not bother even to provide resolution. Better go for Airtel they are very quick and speed is also excellent. Jio is pathetic.
