Do you have any timeline for resolution? 4 days without internet and will that be compensated ?

How someone will work if you cut the internet for half of the day from morning. Why I paid ? Why I choose jio over airtel. Just to see this

SR: SR00003DF171 It has been 5 days with no internet. Despite repeated follow-ups, no engineer has visited and the issue remains unresolved.

The calls are getting disconnected frequently, the call quality itself is worst , signal strength is declining . In top tier cities , I have observed 5G is very scarce. Fix these first for the people who pay atleast .
