    @reliancejio @reliancejio Please investigate the salesperson’s conduct, the unauthorised charge taken in Jio’s name, and the complete failure to provide the promised installation. I request an immediate resolution instead of another escalation with no action.

    Jio AirFiber Complaint Absolutely fed up with Jio AirFiber. My connection has been extremely poor for over two weeks, and after struggling for a long time just to get through to Jio Customer Care, the issue still remains unresolved. @reliancejio @JioCare

    .@JioCare your Unlimited 5G has completely failed in #Jayadev_Vihar area of #Bhubaneswar Odisha since last 7 months. I am trying to contact your customer care executive but your system is not giving that option. 80-90% time internet is down. What's actually wrong with you?

    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.
