    @JioCare @reliancejio Im not able to call anyone or receive calls. I've gone through the troubleshooting on my jio app and also tried contacting you guys through WhatsApp. It's impossible to speak to a human from your side. I'm not doing any charity by paying 550. Help me fast.

    @reliancejio I am still waiting from 5 months for my refund.even on Twitter jio teams reply that we understand your concern from last 10days. Every body is understanding everything, but after that also refund is still awaited.nodody is serious about a customer complaint. What has to be done??

    @JioCare Waiting for Jiofiber connection from last 2 years (Pin Code - 411017). Every time I hear "Currently unavailable". More than 10000+ customers waiting for good high speed connection in the area. @airtelindia Are you ready to provide your broadband service here ?

    @JioCare This is not related with handset. Nearby Jio tower(pole) is defective due to which Jio network is not coming. @reliancejio Team should give priority to this case as nearby 10k people are not having network.
