  @reliancejio @JioCare hello jio team I am a jio home customer. I just wanted to confirm that why I am not given a privilege to watch tv channels on my mobile as well and why I need a separate subscription plan for mobile even though I am a jio home customer unlike airtel.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Your Jio Air Fiber services are down for more than 4 days now. No one is responding. No way to reach support person. You must compensate for loss of services to all customers. Our mobile data plan is getting over utilized due to non availability of Wifi.

  @JioCare This is absolutely unacceptable! Jio AirFiber has been facing frequent internet drops for over a month. Despite several complaints, there is still no permanent solution. Every time the network goes down, I have to raise a new complaint. Fix this issue immediately!

  @JioCare I have air fiber max plan. Do u understand ?? R u educated and I hope u have brain also. I m getting speed of 90 mbps and I m paying for 300 mbps. This is the issue.. this issue is not being resolved.

  If this issue is not permanently resolved by today or tomorrow, I'll have no option but to disconnect my JioFiber connection and also port my Jio mobile number to another network. Please take this seriously and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare #JioFiber #PoorService
