    @JioCare, it is raining today at my location ... due to which electricity has been cut, I have realized, whenever the electricity is cut due to rain, then the network of jio also fails,Every time this happens, your network becomes useless as soon as electricity is cut off.

    @ViCustomerCare I will switch to Jio if you won't install VI 4G tower in Kamarga , Raigarh, Chhattisgarh,496113. Why I will use VI 2G internet when there is Jio 4G network? @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

    @DixitVidush @JioCare Try to send whole issue details to ombudsman officer of jio. You can get his contact details at nearest Jio center or internet search.

    @JioCare my brother's sim showing no sim, yesterday we called care center they suggested to go local jio care, we tried to connect but due to lockdown I think they are closed. Please help us.

    @JioCare Firstly I was told it will be resolved in 2 hours. Then no engineers are available. Now network issue. So many discrepancies in the replies.

    @JioCare I have been trying to call up jio store in my area for the installation of jio fiber, seems no one is intrested in getting the installation done..pathetic service !!

    @JioCare I bought a 30day data pack yesterday. But instead of that data being used up first... My yearly data quota is getting used up. I am currently on Rs1299- 12m- 24GB pack and don't want the 24gb to be drained first. Any solution to this issue?
