@JioCare Thanks Karan for the assurance.We all are heavily dependent on internet for our work. Location is neither somewhere deep in Himalayas nor inaccessible to location engineer. Why the delay? While Jio competitors are taking hours to resolve the issue, here it's been 3 days.

I had raised a complaint for the Jio Extenders received by me that they are not working at all. I got a reply with an expected resolution time of 48 Hours on August 15th. Now it is August 22nd and I am still waiting for the resolution. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Kabhi Jaineesh , Kabhi Meghraj aur kabhi Akshay...So many different executives contacting but no one is solving the issue. Very unhappy with the service.
