  @JioCare This is not acceptable anymore. Today again, the network went down at 8:00 AM along with the electricity, and the service was restored only at 11:50 PM, after almost the entire day without network connectivity. This is causing serious inconvenience to the entire area.

  @JioCare Hi team, the technician visit is scheduled tomorrow at 12 pm. When a person was assigned only yesterday to fix this, why is it happening again? I was promised timely service when I took the connection. Now all your technicians only ignore calls.
