we are paying 4G price for 2G speed. Our only fault is that we are from rural area. Different speed for different area but why the same price. If u are unable to provide 4G speed then why should we pay for 4G ? WORST ever @jiocare @reliencejio

@airtelindia Hey airtel,I have recharged for one whole year unlimited pack.Still 200+ days validity left.Kindly refund my amount for those days.Becz I'm planning to switch to @reliancejio.Your network is becoming worst in our area.Even can't play YouTube videos without buffering.

@JioCare Dear team , instead of doing ₹149 recharge i had recharged for ₹151 unaware of this plan doesn't have outgoing call facility. Kindly help me to reverse back the recharged amount.
