    Highly disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare I had surrendered my jio fiber connection in the month of feb and device got picked up on 28.02.2021.Till now I have not got the refund. Raised several complaints but no update Last complaint no. SR000014XJT7

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio it's been almost 10 days, facing high ping, everytime random representative connects asking for redundant piece of info, no service request generated, work getting affected badly !! Pathetic service Jio Fiber 🤕 #sunn raha hai na tu ro raha hu mai

    @JioCare How do I activate my upcoming plan for JioFi? The app doesn't give an option to activate the upcoming plan. Still getting a notification to get a booster because I've exhausted my data even though I HAVE recharged. Also, how can I talk to some HUMAN at the customer care?
