    @JioCare It is not data congestion issue.Coverage tower was disputed and went down. Now no coverage inside home.Even calls don't go through 95% times. Data coverage is nil. This is the situation since 45 days. Your network team is expected to make alternate arrangement, but sleeps.

    @JioCare it's 24 April now you guys cancel my 10 Apr request and convert it to 23 Apr. It's a total fraud of 1000 security money. I will fire an complaint against jio in consumer court I have proof of massages send by jio for cancellation process. Worst decision to use jio fiber.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001ALHC7 for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914035957734, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 24-04-2022 : 15:45:00. No engineer visited

    @JioCare not getting any help. I was Sold Jio set top box by local cable provider(although Jio box has "not for sale" on it) & now cable provider not changing faulty set top box stating company(Jio) won't take it back even under warranty period. No help coz I don't have Jio fibre

    @reliancejio Today a customer care executive of jio called me n said that i haven't recharged my number in a while , if i dont recharge then service on my no. Will be terminated BUT when i ported my no. , jio has gave me 1 year incoming free offer So How u could say this @TRAI

    @JioCare hello,I was having a jio number (post paid) that I recharged in Nov/ Dec 2021,am based out of Dubai.I tried recharging the same last week but surprised to learn that my number has been discontinued.Pls help all my bank n other official things are linked to this number

    @JioCare No sir. I am waiting for last 45 days + days for corrective action from Jio on coverage issue. No one is interested in solving the issue.Some standard messages are sent. Ball drops between Customer Support & Network teams. I have 3 jio connections at home. I need to switch 1 by 1
