    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I have raised a request to JioFiber Cancellation Of Services my jiofiber on 26th of July but I have not received any call from your team. As I spoke to your customer care team they are not resolving my issue. my SR ID - ES0000003ANI.

    @reliancejio very bad connection in Varanasi Uttar Pradesh not working properly like 4g iam very much tension even sometime its buffering what to do I will lodge complain in trai and also dot I will talk to ceo mr atul and pravir about this matter also very bad service.

    IT folks here just a piece of advise, don’t ever think of getting @JioCare / @reliancejio fiber network. They have built a great firewall which blocks vpn connection to office network, and cherry on top is you can’t get to contact the customer care.
