Raise a complaint anywhere and you get the same copy-paste reply: “We’ll get back to you at the earliest.” That “earliest” never comes. My advice: think twice before choosing Jio. Back-to-back complaints raised, but Jio seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue. This is extremely poor customer service. How long are customers expected to keep waiting for?
