Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

@JioCare Jio fiber service request no. SR000015D5N1 raised on 16.06.2021 with issue regarding internet not working was closed on 18.06.2021 without resolving the issue and without my knowledge. No one called me. How it was resolved. Shocked with this type of poor service of jio
