I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.

Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
