    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Last week I complaint about call not connecting issue today my signal strength is full but when someone calling it is answaring switch off. Internet is working. What's happening i am loosing my customers. Pathetic service even I complaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio recently moved to jio postpaid after 12 yrs with Vodafone n when visited jio center ashiyana lko. They didn't even listen to us n when v complain they we were told.. why u moved to jio? Look like jio has more customer case that's why they don't care right?

    @JioCare in my area the @reliancejio tower work only when the electricity and solar panels works The generator have no fuel to backup the tower after the no supply of electricity the network was breaking down at every hour
