I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . My router has been restarted, and this happens on all devices. It looks like my account is stuck on an "expired/throttled" profile backend lock even though my payment was successful and the plan is active.Please reset my port connection and push the correct speed profile ASAP.
