I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
