I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jio—please forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio
