Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio I’m really disappointed and regretting for taking the connection of Jio Fiber which promised super speed and performance. You are charging for 300mbps speed but it never gives more than 30mbps speed. I think it’s the time to change the connection.

@reliancejio #jiofiber - most pathetic service from ur executive. The sales person Mr. Madan (+91 80888 43452) told that jio river can be installed in basaweshwanagar - blore and took money. Waited for almost 3 hrs for installation guy to come and tell that it’s not possible.
