Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

@JioCare Hi... My port request with order id -NO0000OY1EPG has been completed. I'm in 5g coverage area and had pack of 239 with 5G compatible device still unable to use 5G. I'm using 5G in Airtel before porting it's disgusting that I'm unable to use 5g even in I'm having signal.
