I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . This wasn't a refund issue. It was a customer support failure. Thanks, @JioCare. Hopefully the next customer won't need 73 days.
