I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.
