I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.
