@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

My honorable PM Sir @narendramodi ji , You said download @Arogyasetu in phone , we did. But in my area @JioCare is not providing internet properly and our app is keeping on saying that connect to internet. As we requested care to fix it but they are not solving it,Please Help.

What a service @JioCare ! Since last 4-5 days you can not talk, you can not search on #Jio network in whole Assam. In the capital city (Guwahati) also @reliancejio service is almost dead.

@JioCare Lodged a no internet complaint on fiber (Internet +TV Plan) at 11am through SR Number SR00001EUHKC; reminded at 4pm but till now no result. What sort of service is this? How my parent will watch TV as had discontinued DTH service after taking fiber connection?

@reliancejio No use at end customer is suffered like us , we have given one year money on two connections but now we have shifted near by 2 Km they are denying to change and not refunding or adjusting saying they don’t have policy
