I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
