I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . I asked multiple times to have a supervisor looped in, and even after repeating the same request around 10 times, no one seemed to respond or acknowledge it.
