@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

Cancelled my Jio Fibre connection on August 2. Jio Care has been promising since then to take back the Set Top Box. But till today, I'm waiting to see this happen. What a poor show by @reliancejio @JioCareers!

@reliancejio @JioCare Airtel fixed the fibre issues in 2 hours and Jio fibre has not fixed service request number SR00001CSTRF despite the lapses of 2 days. This is the reason Airtel is the leader and Jio fibre cannot retain its customers .
