    Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

    @JioCare Our Jio Fiber is down since yesterday, no agent comes on call . Have been facing such issues once a month without fail since the time I have got this connection. Completely fed up of complaining every 20 days! can't wait for my annual plan to get over so I can switch..

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I want to know that is your network coverage good in my area because I want to switch in VI from @reliancejio . Jio is providing worst network and internet speed. And they are doing nothing to improve his network quality. So, I want to switch in VI.

    @JioCare #Jiofibre down. And there is no way to talk to customer care. The automated support doesn't re direct. Calling simple disconnects with a message. Email no acknowledgment of complaint received. #helpless
