    @JioCare @JioCare From Last three days the Senior authority person was not talking my calls. Because I was asking him for an update, So today, I called him. I asked him that what's going on. He told me in a very rude manner that it will be not done there.

    And the worst part is that your team is now making decision on the behalf of their customer. Today after waiting for 1 Month I get this message “Connection Has Been Cancelled As Per Your request” What is this @reliancejio @JioCare ?? Do you guys mind explaining this at least??

    @DoT_India @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I am using a pioneer service of jio fiber around a year which is very good and at par what Reliance brand and goodwill, But since last one week i m very disappoint with your after sales service to resolve any complaint raised by any subscriber
