    Jio fiber free trial refund. It has been more than 2 months i discontinued jio fiber and router has also been collected back. More than 5 times i have submitted bank details and still my refund has not been done. Worst customer service of jio fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Why you are getting happy. You are not the best your service charge is good but service is worst. I do not suggest any body to port in with @reliancejio i remember that in the past tata docomo gives best speed in 2g than your 4g

    @SahaDwiza @ishitakinra @MyNykaa @hiteshmalhotra @falguninayar Recently i recharged my jio number with a plan that works with jio phone only ,when i raised my concern with the support team they bluntly refused to help .all i was asking was to get the correct recharge done .@reliancejio @JioCare .i had to recharge again

    @JioCare @reliancejio Having issue on there website and asking bank details for refund once again. 1500 is the total refund and site showing 500 and that too not happening. They talks about crores and best digital company which is facing issue in refunding 1500rs.shame on you

    @reliancejio Last month my subscription plan expired. They blocked my incoming too. That time, no network. But last week I recharged my number with 599 plan. Even now, m not having any network. This is happening a lot.

    @JioCare @TRAI Receiving Poor Signals of jio from past many months complaint is raised so many times still no resolution given, call drops, internet connectivity is bad, @reliancejio please take a serious action against this issue, or we will move to another service provider.

His say 20 to 3p day waiting for, after waiting, his say again wait for few days, Complain close within 2 days

    After following up for last 8 days with Customer Care of my Jio Fiber connection. The scheduled visit of engineer is just rescheduling every other day. and Customer care executive are so liars and rude that they just keep you hanging and hanging @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare not even been 12 hours since i got jiofiber and it’s already down. Raised a ticket at 9:30PM yesterday and it is still not solved. No engineer assigned either. Just ridiculous customer service.

    @JioCare team advised me to get a new connection and explicitly promised a full refund for the previous one. That promise remains unfulfilled after more than a year, which reflects a complete lack of professionalism and competence within your customer care team.I have already shared (2/3)

    @JioCare @JioCare I first requested termination of my JioAirFiber connection on 13 July, but no action was taken. I raised the request again today under SR00003BH0CR and explained the complete reason during the call at around 10:20 AM. Despite this, I am receiving repeated calls from 022-31019087, asking the same questions again and again. These unnecessary retention calls are causing harassment and distress. Please stop these calls immediately, complete the termination within the promised timeline, and provide written confirmation. Any further unnecessary calls will lead to a formal complaint with the DoT, TRAI and National Consumer Helpline.

    @JioCare My Internet service has been disrupted for last 3 days and even after a complaint it remains unresolved. Why should Jio not waive off the fee for the days it remains disrupted as this is a recurrent problem. Restore Internet services asap. My mob 9830600947.

    @JioCare Last 2 days I have raised a relocation of my wifi connection. Neither getting any response nor you seems intrested in providing the service. If so, let me know I will cancel my connection & opt for some other. Sending in DM my request. Be clear if you want to continue.

    Dear @JioCare @AmbaniKaVansaj Your network is so "big" that my complaint got lost in it. 7 days,no resolution.Even my office visit couldn’t find it.Still my internet not working .Impressive.Truly world-class customer service,Big network,zero technicians I guess .
