    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    Poor service from jio care. I didn't expect from @JioCare @reliancejio. we can't make phone calls and we can't use internet in our area , we called 100 times to jiocare they are not responding to us. Customer care say we are working on it.

    @JioCare @Crinos9 @reliancejio CHAT representatives only asked questions, done nothing else or solved the issue. This always happens to Jio "Don't Care". Jio Voice and Live Chat are hopeless.. just an eyewash !!
