    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    @DoT_India @TRAI This is the irresponsibility of @JioCare .Still they expect me pay the post paid bill and I have already paid it .But the question is,If a service provider can't answer customers basic questions then can they force us to pay the bill in the name of Diactivation ?

    @reliancejio FRAUD BY JIO NO0000GD9FVF. I Discontinued on 5th March. Care said device pick-up in 7 days but reschedule daily appointment by your customer care that Jio service engineer will visit Service ID 301049006510. But your engineer make false request that I cancel it. #jio

    @JioCare To really resolve this issue and stop me from moving to competition please answer all: 1) why was there such an unreasonable delay? 2) why was my installation rescheduled 7 times? 3) what is the reason for me to believe this will not happen again in future?

    @reliancejio JIO is simply a fraud. I did ISD recharge of 501 twice, as per Jio website calling Frankfurt airport is charged rs. 12/min, they charged me Rs.100 per minute. I called customer care they call me back and say they don't have any information. all screenshots,proof shared over mail

    @reliancejio Jio is a fraud they charged me rs.100/min instead of 12/min for ISD plan of Rs.501. I called the correct area code, no support via their email or customer care.
