    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    Pathetic service @ my number. Need to change the operator. Using ur services since last 4yrs. But now it is providing very low data services. Really saddened. Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

    Terrible service from Jio no response from customer care. Service issues for the last 10 days in a big city like Banglore. Better to shift to another telecom service who cares for customers. @reliancejio @JioCare
