So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@JioCare OTT services where offered as voucher for referring a friend on March 10 and after redeeming it none of the apps are allowing to view the content. Jio customer support disconnects the call every time without any proper solution.
