But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

Jatin (@tikoojatin) reported@prakharvasishth @BhideRajshekhar @JioCare I did same two days back, deactivated Airtel and moved to Jio, from last 2 days chasing their support for installation. Airtel has good support, jio acts just like lala company. Don't opt for them, rest your choice
