    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    @JioCare worst network speed of all time in my area... @JioCare do something about this or all the Coustmers of our will surrender their jio connection... This is my 3rd request in this week

    @reliancejio Dear Jio Team, you should know internet connectivity at village of #sitamarhiBihar is very poor, during day time somehow it’s good, in night it’s just dead. Your brand image is compromised. Do let me know incase you need the exact location. Thanks

    @JioCare No need to my number but work on network to improve service. Clearly said the route and the difference with Airtel. One number I ported 3 years back. If continue so the jio network second number will also port to Airtel soon
