But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.

But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.
