    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    @JioCare Thank you for giving priority to my complaint . i lost my connection TEN days , still waiting for restoration, if your priority are like this then what about ordinary connections . on priority . very disappoint. Thinking of surrendering the connection

    Called @reliancejio @JioCare twice since morning complaining that I'm not able to receive any calls from last one week Agents act like they don't know the issue and they disconnect saying there's nothing wrong with my network. WTF 🤬😡

    @JioCare Jio loosing connections is no surprise. They have most disinterested field engineers and poorly managed customer care. @_MukeshAmbani may note this please. A total harassment to your customers.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I disconnected my jiofibre connection on 25th may 2022, after that many times pickup for jiofibre box was scheduled but no one came, reached out to customer care several times no help, also dropped a mail to jio but no response. #JioFiber #scam
