    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From Last many Days I Have Register a Complaint Regarding Internet & Network Issue . But Your Customer Care Didn’t Support on My Issue. We are Using Jio Family 4 Numbers Of Postpaid . Solve our Network problem or Port our Numbers . 9781333474

    @JioCare please send someone to my residence to get my internet working. I have contacted my local installation guys and customer care. You guys really have poor customer service. How can one work at home with no internet? That’s why I still have an Airtel as backup.
