So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

@reliancejio Last month it took 10 days for ur engineers to repair my connection. it's only been 2 months since i took this connection and fibre wire has been cut 4 times. How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

@JioCare I've paid for installation of Jio Fiber with ODN - NO0000IYDJ7Y. No one is coming to install it. Installation appointment is changing automatically. When I called CS, Laxmi told me to cancel it if you want. How bad is your support?!

@reliancejio @JioCare In a strange case in heart of Kolkata the distribution junction box has exceeded max connection, service engineer is coming & removing cable of someone else & connected mine. Later when that guy complained he removed some1 else's connection. What stupidity!!
