    @reliancejio Last month it took 10 days for ur engineers to repair my connection. it's only been 2 months since i took this connection and fibre wire has been cut 4 times. How much pain would u like to give to ur customer. I'll go to consumer court if this is not sorted this time

    @JioCare worst network speed of all time in my area... @JioCare do something about this or all the Coustmers of our will surrender their jio connection... This is my 3rd request in this week

    So apparently @reliancejio Fibre is down everywhere in the country, which is fine as these things happen. But what I don't appreciate is radio silence from the @JioCare team everywhere, Twitter, Email, Chat & Call, everywhere there is no correspondence and that is disappointing.

    @JioCare For a new connection your engineers makes superfast visit. When our Plan expires, your systems will disconnect the connection with no time. And it's about 10 hours, there is no internet connection and you guys are still rescheduling your visit. Such a pathetic service.

    @JioCare Is there an update ? It's been 4 months, I have been following up on this issue, providing all possible detail I could. However, no resolution as of now. Kindly check with your network admin for my location and confirm when this issue will be resolved.

    @JioCare I am unhappy with your handling of customer care service. This is my worst experience with jio, i raised complains regarding this N number of times but the problem still persists. You do not value your customer @reliancejio @JioCare so I am gonna shift to another network.
