@reliancejio Worst customer Services on JioFiber Service ID 299063606109 was deactivated on 12/11 but the device pick up is keep on rescheduling as of now it got rescheduled for 18 times and now it as been rescheduled on 06/12 and the last day for Jio engineer to collect my device is 12/12

@reliancejio if Jio engineer doesn’t pick the device customer will be charged for ₹1000 where customers is no where liable for the device pick up. Jio is purposely rescheduling it to charge customer for ₹1000
