@VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

@JioCare Worst customer service experience. I got a fiber connection 1w back and it hasn't worked for 2 hrs! No one takes credibility. Customer support is clueless. Engineer reschedules visit every 24 hrs You can't just keep adding customers w/o providing a good after sale

@Airtel_Presence 72 hours and counting to internet blackout. And NO DM. After using Jio’s 4G mobile internet continuously for the 4th day, I don’t feel the need for airtel’s fiber. Shall not use once the validity is expired. @JioCare

Have been facing internet connectivity issue with jio fiber since yesterday and raised a SR for the same SR000015TKLE I was told that an engineer will be appointed today but there is no sign of them till now and no customer care person available on call. @JioCare @reliancejio 😟
