The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. It is again out today with ETA of 2:30PM. This is really absurd and such major outage in weekdays without prior comms is poor service.
