@JioCare Team just last week I have started with you 30 day free trial for Jio Fiber. But it’s ridiculously slow. The speed keeps dropping. Can you please have look into it. I mean if this is the service in 30 day free trial less said the better.

I have raised a request SR000013TEP7 on 26th Jan at around 5:30 PM for not being able to make outgoing calls and access mobile data but it's been around 48 hrs still there is no resolution to it. Haven't expected such a pathetic service for @reliancejio @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare you guys have shitty service man. I have been a very old customer and pay a premium for ur services but I am seriously looking at switching to either @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio for sheer better connectivity. I have been struggling with ur call drops.

@JioCare the speed I am getting after connecting with VPN is 19 mbps for a plan of 150mbps ...whereas for same VPN with different service provider speed is 95 mbps for a plan of 100mbps ..jii fiber is worst network while working with VPN...very disappointed..
