  @JioCare I already checked all your possible solutions in multiple devices & multiple sim/numbers. The problem is being faced in this area. Signal bar is ok, data connection is okay in all devices/sim/nos. Only issue is we are not receiving any call and not able to make calls to anyone.

  Seriously @airtelindia you are charging INR 19 for hellotunes where @reliancejio is giving it for free. Thanks in advance I am porting to @reliancejio anyway. You do not have operator video calling features for oneplus phone. **** service.

  @JioCare I am facing issue with my jio network along with my other family members since last 1 month we are not able to call or receive the calls for several times in a day. To get the proper network we have to switch off the mobile frequently. Please resolve this issue asap.

  My father (80+ y/o) was defrauded by the representatives of Jio Fibre and I raised the complainant through appropriate channels. I was assured of prompt action by the customer care but no action has been taken and only hollow assurance are being given time and again. @JioCare
