    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @JioCare Somehow the call option never worked. It throws me out when I try to call. Anyways, an engineer from nearby area, visited the house and resolved the issue in 15minutes. Someone has pulled the wire in the main junction box, he said. Thanks for the prompt attention to the matter.

    @reliancejio What a way to treat customer.Paid for a Jio AirFiber connection, got the order no., SMS for engineer installation. Then engineer denied and said the request will be cancelled, with a refund No official cancellation No refund No information unacceptable customer exp.

    @JioCare No. This is pathetic service. Instead of providing the solution, you are telling me how to do all these things to track. Why can’t you get hold of technician of the previous request and make him come and fix this now. It’s been 2 days

    Absolutely disgusted with @JioCare / @reliancejio service. My Jio Fiber installation was promised day before yesterday — still not done. The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.

    Extremely pathetic service for Jio Air Fibre. It’s been 3-4 days since there is no Internet connectivity. I have raised service request many times But Nothing happened. Pls help @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is not working. Red light blinking, no way to contact or book service person. On calling saying to contact via app, on app saying make a call.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare The jiofiber is not working since yesterday evening 8 pm and the my Jio app is not allowing to raise a service request for the same please get the service restored asap. Currently it shows 8:44 pm today for resolving the issue which is more than 24hours

    @JioCare SR00002NQLHY. I raised this request for STB issue, the service guy called and said it has to be replaced so provide closure code so that he can raise request for replacement. Now he is not picking up the call. Is this the service you guys are betting for? It’s been 2days
