    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio There is no any option for the service disconnection in the website or through the IVR. Kindly disable my JIO fibre connection promptly as possible

    @reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    Hi @JioCare, my Jio 5G has not been working for the past 3 days. I raised a complaint through the MyJio app, but there's been no resolution. My phone shows it's connected to the 5G network, but there's no internet at all. Only 4G is working. Please look into this.

    @reliancejio my wifi team of Mr Ashish and service engineer Mr Atul here in Meerut Uttar Pradesh were extremely rude they lied and mis behaved with me. @AkashMAmbani you should immediately fire these goons if you want to stand on international level like @airtelindia

    1/2 Really disappointed wid d cx service. We requested a simple connection relocation, bt instead our account was deleted, our no now shows as unregistered, our device was collected, ₹1,200 was taken 4 installation, n nw we're being asked to pay again 4 relocation. @reliancejio
