    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare And yes, to tweet this I have used wifi using vi sim, not garbage jio, because jio works for only phone calls this days , bsnl landline will be better than jio it seems now

    If this is not resolved soon, will be forced to escalate to consumer forum/TRAI. Basic service reliability is missing. @JioCare please take this seriously.

    @JioCare Total failure of service by Reliance Jio Fiber. Paid ₹807 on 20 Apr 2026 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0), but still no connection provided. Incompetent staff and vendor. Taking money but unable to deliver service. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare As there is no staff attempting to fix it, it seems that either the technical possible have not been assigned or the service request in pending or of sheer neglect.
