    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare SR NO. SR00002NNMUS State escalation ID : SR0003EXTD7 All your resolution timeline has been failed for both Service requests. It's been more than 36hrs No one came or contacted till now. I want you to raise this issue to Mumbai Head Office of Jio urgently ASAP .

    @dave95370 @JioCare Hey, I’ve been facing the same issues. In my case, ive experienced that ag this point, they don’t even care. @JioCare is not bothered on solving the issue, they’ll just give you a default reply here and nothing concrete will happen. It’s so frustrating.

    Jio internet in my area is extremely slow and unstable. Despite paying for a high-speed plan, the service is barely usable. @reliancejio , please check the network and tower performance in my area and resolve this issue urgently. We deserve reliable internet for the money we pay.
