    @JioCare @DoT_India no jio 5G network in my area so I couldn't use internet on mobile and jio airfiber plz fix this problem otherwise I change to switch to Airtel and Airtel fiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello , tech has not (Service Request no SR00002MEGSI, for JioFixedVoice Number connection). He was supposed to come yesterday evening. He put wrong notes. Our apartment was open and accessible. Please check and rectify ASAP.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I've called customer care multiple times and contacted WhatsApp support, but all I receive are scripted responses and callback promises. No engineer has visited. Because of this outage, I'm unable to work from home and have already faced multiple escalations at my workplace.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Never use JioFiber. the worst customer service experience. My complaint has already been registered, yet no technician has visited and no one answers the calls. Every day, customer care simply sends another "reschedule" link instead of resolving. 8650607734
