    @JioCare @DoT_India Please take action against jio for robbing peoples money against not providing services. Due to technical issues if their network isn’t working they don’t refund or extend validity

    @JioCare @JioChat worst experience switching to JIO from Hathway. Very pathetic service. I am really disappointed by this. Technician came and they just went off. And close ticket stating that we will come in sometime and it is almost 48 hrs no one turned up. NO0000LZUDFV. Help

    @JioCare Rs 1500 paid as security deposit which has to be refunded. Not sure where is the customer fault if your system not reflecting correct details.
