    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is getting ridiculous! After YOU rescheduled engineer visit to 11AM today, I now receive another message saying its been pushed to 3 PM, again WITHOUT my request or consent. Nearly 24 hours without service. Is this how Jio treats customers? ESCALATE NOW

    @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of service is this?? It's brand new router and not even one month completed and 4 times it got a problem and now the router is offline. I did mobile recharge of 200 again for internet, who will pay this and still my router is offline

    @airtelindia asked to cancel my connection and so I did. When I attempted @JioCare, after 3 days of payment says technical issue, need 10 days to fix. This is in Chennai, Anna Nagar area. What about you @ACTFibernet?

    My OTT apps have been down for over a month despite repeated complaints. Promised resolution by 12 Aug, but no action. Today, my call was disconnected when I asked for a senior executive. Please escalate and call me urgently. @jio_fiber @consumerforum_ @JioCare
