    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare I lost my no. I am resident of buxar bihar but I taken my sim at delhi and now your jio store representative are saying we don't have green sim what kind of service jio is providing to their customer.

    @JioCare Even in cities like Mohali, both indoor and outdoor 5G coverage quality is poor in many areas. Speeds and signal stability fluctuate frequently despite 5G availability being claimed. Network quality and consistency need major improvement. Please do something for resolution

    @JioCare You still don't know the issue , u are repeating the same as others..like copy paste...i was on call with your agent I told her I recharged my account(my own number ?yearly subscription by mistake..she said you will get refund..I had 2 options..back to card or jio store 1/2

    @JioCare All customer advisors are interested to cheat customers not interested to resolve issue and if request for service request number on my complaint they disconnected my call

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio! My JioFiber connection is DOWN for the last 4 days. Despite registering an official complaint, NO action has been taken yet. My office work is severely impacted due to this pathetic service. If this isn't resolved today....
