    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    It's really disappointing." It's midnight now, and my Jio network is completely down. Even in the quiet atmosphere of the night, Jio's signal is so disturbed that I am not able to use the internet at all. This problem is not only with me, but also with many other users. My work is being completely disrupted due to the breakdown of this network of Jio. Hopefully Jio will fix it soon, otherwise people will face serious problems.     @reliancejio fiber internet has been down since Friday morning, but at least their text bot is working overtime. I’ve received 15+ different ETAs in 72 hours.They can't stream data to my router, but they can stream broken promises to my phone with 0% latency. 📱💀damm technology!

    @JioCare @reliancejio please refund the rest amount and take your stuff from my home. As there is no internet connection for any device from beginning, and no point to unnecessarily bleed money for this kind of pathetic service. It's better to go for a local internet connection.

    Samsung Galaxy S26+ (USA variant) and using it on Jio India. Despite being a 5G phone, I'm only getting 4G. Jio says the USA ver isn't supported for Jio 5G. Can @JioCare why? Band issue, certification issue, or policy? @reliancejio #Jio5G #Samsung suggest use @airtelindia

    This is the @JioCare support cycle: miss a deadline, open a new ticket, give a fresh 48 hour window, miss that too, repeat. No manager to speak to. No escalation team. Just ticket numbers and apologies that mean nothing.

    @JioCare U should also listen the conversation I have with your team. All had made false promises. One had told that on or before 12 o'clock of 7/6/26 ur problem would be shorted out. ...Hahaha.... Other told ... Till evening of 7 june .. what's going on... It's fun?
