    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare Hello Jio care team, my number successfully ported to Jio and seems my moment to regret also started. My request for eSIM is still not resolved and there is not network on my mobile now. So good example of ‘good for nothing’. Kindly tell what to do?

    @JioCare For 6 months, @JioCare has given nothing but excuses instead of resolving my persistent network issues. I keep hearing the same automated "limited connectivity" response. If you cannot provide service, give me my UPC for port out!

    Relocation request done for jio air fiber but still my process not completed. The fresh installation is still pending on my new location...no proper update on the same. Please check and get it resolve soon. Request done on 12th July. Pathetic service.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 3 network disruptions in 3 week and not that you guys restore the service within 5/6 hours you take almost 24 hours to resume. Since morning we have lost network access and this has happened thrice in 3 week. What is wrong with your service?

    @JioCare on of the worst network and service. Did mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Jio. Don't use Jio

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.
