    hello @reliancejio despite registering complaints, no internet in my prepaid mobile connection for over a week. pathetic service.

    @JioCare @RelJio4g : Good thing about my work from home was I used to get very good Internet at 40 Mbps on an average all the time. Last 3 days there is fluctuations in your service and when power goes off your tower goes off, need immediate action on this.

    @JioCare order id NO0000K2SVDG. it's been a week and you are yet to send a person for installation. If you have audacity to ask customer to complete payment on the day of registration, live up to your word in keeping your promise. Very disappointed.

    Even I can't call to your customer care as jio seems blocked my no due to continuous follows. I can't connect over zoom,Whatsap,MS Teams.Bcos I am working from home.I may los my job. It is very bad expriec of 1 yr data plan of JIO.pls look into this.@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare
