    Terrible service by @reliancejio at my location , all 4 members in my family were using JIO , i already left and thinking to stop using jio of all rest 3 members of my family, jio becomes worst @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection was interrupted due to external line brakage. I have been facing this issue since June 25th. I also lodged a complaint SR00002M2K94 regarding this, but the issue has not been rectified to date . (1/2)

    @JioCare If wifi is not working, you should sent the guy immediately, but nooo there will be unavailable slots, now my work is hampered due to your issue. Now your executive is still not here. 2days without internet. In you have audacity to tell me call your executive. What you're doing?

    @JioCare I am not going to pay a single penny and not going to continue my plan as well. I'll discontinue the service, the relocation request I did before the bill was generated. So don't try to fool your customers like this. Totally useless @JioCare @reliancejio

    Such a worst service. First your so called oversmart guy came and sold me fiver with ott saying that you can change to normal only fiber anytime and now when i asked to change, i need to apply for a new connection. Fraud has also some limit but not you guys @JioCare

    Please help for reallocation of my jio fiber connection at Guwahati for JioFiber connection Order Number CO0002K5HNIM as I already paid 1200 re-installation fee and I have been asked to pay Rs.35/metre for 30 M cable against total requirement of 55 M approx. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber service interrupted, However, the bill has still been generated. Why should I pay the bill for the period when service was not provided for more than a month? Along with restoring my service, the bill generated for the downtime must be waived.(2/2)
