    @JioCare There is no such technician assigned inspite of multiple days after issue logged. I have shared ticket number on DM. Still no support. Written email. Tried calling. What more can I do. Frustrating #customerexperience @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    @Mr_Chartist @reliancejio JioFiber is worst. Instead get OTT subscriptions and calmly enjoy the life. They don't even care about what's going on with the customers.

    Dear @JioCare, I've been requesting cancellation of my JioFiber connection since 1st August. It's been 6 days, multiple calls, multiple promises, multiple rescheduled pickup appointments - but still no cancellation. I have every call recording. Why should a customer have to beg to discontinue a service? #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare Neha, escalation to support team is going on from last 2.5 months but no results or refund as of yet. I am ashamed to keep hearing request for more time, will it pay medcal bills? What is the reason tell me 4 more time. I need my refund ASAP, else say #jionorefund #jiorefundscam
