    @JioCare my local area not a available safi cation network Everyday only buffering and not file load and reload . Please help me. some days try costumer care not a help me. But I thing port my @reliancejio number.

    @JioCare Problem is tht I have wifi available in my home and my workoffice so idnt want personal internet ,I want talktime recharge no internet which airtel is giving ,u r forcing me to take 2gb or 1 gb plan with talktime which I don't want So I want to port to Airtel

    @JioCare have raised a porting request to Jio on April 7 and it said within 48 hrs the new sim will be delivered, its 20 April today, even after raising complaints in customer care i haven't received the sim yet, incoming/outgoing both are disabled now, can u help here?

    Hello @JioCare ! What is going on, there is no internet connectivity and poor calling service last 8-10 days. For one call try 2-3 times to connect the call. This is the situation in the national capital. It will remain same next 2-3 month as per your executive, seriously!!!
