    @JioCare Should atleast inform the customer the status. On friday I got an SMS from jio that services were restored which is totally false. we get to know the status only when we call jio cc and on Friday mr. Kartik.s. assured engineer visit by Saturday but no one turned up till now.

    @jiocare @reliancejio Dear Jio. I am your Prepaid Mobile customer. Not registering a genuine complain by your customer care is arrogance, you too are on the same lines of Reliance Telecom and face the same faith in coming time. #BastardJio
