@JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

@JioCare dear Jiocare I couldn't able to call or receive any call on my jio number. Net is working. But no incoming outgoing service. I did last recharge on 17th September of 398₹.

@JioCare It works on both of my broadband (airtel and alince) connections, but not on Jio broadband. I am using Jio sim on my phone that also works with my phone's network. Do you think this problem is related to the respective web server end?
