    @reliancejio for my JioFiber STB, technician told me I will get a replacement STB as it is not working, but the ticket status is showing resolved - Ticket: SR000017DJEJ. Can someone assist please?

    @reliancejio @JioCare called supp who didn't care. SR000017E9GU - engineer's supposed 2 come today @ 2:15 PM as msg'd by jio fiber. He never arrived & so contacted support, bt instead of helping on issue, dey laughed & even misbehaved. I hv one call recorded wid me. Unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team my mobile number is 9325141581 and my address is ganesh nagar jalgaon. Apart this I have 5 more jio number used by family. We are facing major network issue at my home and we can not talk to any one on phone call. Please fix this problem.
