@JioCare We r not having any issue with JIO services but the way advertisement played before any live telecast in Zee5 is pathetic.We completely loose our enthusiasm of watching Tv. Such long & repeated advertisement never seen in any cableTv services.Need to look in this matter

@airtelindia, within four days of the previous tweet from worse internet connectivity, it becomes pathetic. There is no internet and no network coverage in my area from morning onwards. I was using my Mom @reliancejio to work from home. Need to port ASAP

@reliancejio @JioCare Evrytym I had bad exp. with Jio as the cx care is very bad and SUP or manager never comes to speak. I was promised 150mbps on both ends but I am getting 142mbps download and 80mbps upload "Jio is always right and Customer is wrong" *Should be Jio's tag line

I am not getting network connectivity for my Jio postpaid number at my place since 8 days. @JioCare it has been pain getting support from your team as no one is willing to resolve the issue. Calling your customer care number needs at least an hour to connect.

@JioCare If u see my complaint history u will see it seems its a tough task for Jio to manage it. At d time of installation I paid 2500/- & was informed that I'll get full refund whenever I surrender it. You plz do me a favour : Disconnect it permanently and arrange my refund in full.
