Despite repeated complaints, I fail to understand why is there no resolution of our recurring problem.   @JioCare I have shared the screenshot and you can clearly see that there is no option to reschedule or call or track service request since the service engineer is not assigned till now how can I track or call the service engineer do not give prototype reply.

  @JioCare JioFiber has been down since 9 July. Your engineer finally came today after 4 days, only after continuous chasing since morning. He arrived around 3 PM and was watching Instagram Reels instead of fixing the issue. Fix this on priority. SR00002M10F0
