    @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since evening. Multiple calls to customer care, yet no resolution or ETA. I work from home and can't do my job because of your poor service. This is unacceptable. Restore my connection immediately or escalate the issue.

    @JioCare But why did it go on Hold? No one came for the service request, and no one informed that it couldn't be done today. Why isn't the engineer being responsible enough to atleast inform from their side? Why should the consumer call, check understand and then ask again?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer service! No internet for 36+ hrs.Your team admits the outage but provides no restoration timeline, & the engineer rescheduled my service request without my approval. Is this the service Jio promises? SR00003BWTF1 #CustomerService #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber wifi is not working there is no internet available is there any service issues in meerut if no so why i am not unable to schedule engineer visit at home I have reboot it many times.

    Pathetic service, @JioCare! Hyderabad is one of India's biggest cities, yet your network is terrible. Paying ₹353 for just 28 days and still getting slow data is unacceptable Complaining for over a weekwith no solution. Fix it within 3 days or I'll port my number to Airtel.
