@reliancejio My connection has been disrupted since 2 days. Wifi is not working. Made a complaint thrice. Service men visit and tell they will be back with equipment but never visit back nor do they receive calls. Pathetic service. I'm thinking of switching back.

Ok day 3 for my ticket now so now @JioCare team will visit by 10:45 to 11:45 AM and I am sure they will let me down for sure as this is their habit to do this for every issue I had.

@JioCare @Pratap_Lion Why they ask to DM. It is open issue then talk in open. I am also facing a worst situation with Jio internet. Shi bola bhai..jio internet ke liye ab ghar hi chodna pdega. Ye log nahi karenge kuch.

@JioCare @JioCare I have tried calling all Jio Stores in my area, none of them is operational. You are telling me to visit the store but please tell which store to visit. If this continues I will not have network till lockdown is lifted and it is your responsibility @reliancejio #jiodown
