    @JioCare I am facing issues real time I have shared shreetshot of ping test, low upload speed multiple times , neither I was contacted by support team . If I ping then the support team hangs up in 1 min. This is the support you gave

    @JioCare Hi Supriya/Jio Care, this is not acceptable. This is my primary personal number linked to all my bank accounts and official IDs. Also, this is a Premium/Paid number that I purchased specifically.I never authorized any cancellation or return of this number.

    Dear , @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing persistent network issues in my area. The nearest mobile tower appears to be around 2 km away, resulting in very weak signal strength frequent call drops and poor internet connectivity As a paying customer, I expect reliable service Thanks

    @reliancejio when you can't provide services for JioFiber then why you have started given the wifi services. From last 10 days my jio fiber is down. I am calling everyday but no one is coming. @JioCare please shut down your services if you can't fix problems of customers

    @JioCare Since yesterday you keep saying “visit is scheduled but no confirmed slots.” Then who is responsible for fixing this? This clearly shows poor coordination. I paid my bill on time, why is service not delivered on time? Will you charge me for these 3 days of no service?

    @JioCare I m getting same templated reply from Jio but without solution. Give me the time line when will the engineer visit and this issue would be resolved.

    @JioCare I am a jio user but in our area jio4G service are very bad.there are lots of students are there in our area for that reason students are can't attend the online class please update service in our area otherwise we are port it Pin-781303 Location-Mukalmuwa bongaon road

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).

    @JioCare i literally got scammed by jio airfiber I just paid 2124rs something and did everything restart contact engineer he said it will take atleast 24hour because backend team take time like how can I wait 24hour just after i paid 2124rs please help
