    @JioCare This issue has been persisting for the past two months, yet you show absolutely no concern. There is another network tower right next to your Jio tower, and their 5G service is fully available—all the problems seem to lie with Jio! 😡

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My JioFi (+91 7662334377) is completely down since Monday more than 7 days now). Raised 5 complaints, promised engineer visit multiple times but no one came Support giving wrong updates daily. Working from home remotely this is affecting my job badly.

    @JioCare It's debited on 30th December 2024 and i never got my booking amount back. Neither broadband was installed ever. Didn't expect this kind of service from jio

    @JioCare Useless customer care service. I have never experienced such a rubbish customer care. Plz see the reference & do the needful. Dear Customer, Service request no SR000034A52J has been raised. From 15 days I am calling for resolution but no one is here to care about.

    @JioCare is one of the most incompetent customer service out there. I raised a service request a month back, which was supposed to be completed by April 6. And @JioCare is still asking me to wait more.
