    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working , i have lodged a complaint today in morning. There was a missed call and sms at 4.17 pm stating that you have not received my call that is why we are closing the complaint. Is this way jio takes care of customers?

    @reliancejio Jio is the worst and hopeless mobile network provider that has ever existed. My area's network coverage is so bad that I just can't explain. Data doesn't even work... I rooted my phone to forcefully use the 1800mHz band which made data a bit usable. Will be porting to Airtel.

    @JioCare my internet services are down for the last 4-5 days...had complained about it zillion times but no response yet...they sent me a number of an engineer namely Roushan Pandey but he also denied the service citing that he had met with an accident.

    @reliancejio Downloading speed is good but uploading speed is worst.Upgrade the uploading speed.

    We residents of reshipora bamloora ganderbal are Continuously suffering due to signal problem tower was sanctioned but someone stayed the same... No we have land available at other place in our neighborhood @JioCare
