    @JioCare Well, I've already shared you my number few months ago but got no solution so far. Also, you shouldn't steal the internet data of any customer. Think if the same happens with you, how much trouble you will face for the incident... I'm deadly waiting of your response on my call.

    @JioCare Request ID SR0000166L64 dated 11 August 2021. Poor net speed. Issue still not resolved. I was informed that issue will be resolved within next 15 days.

    @JioCare The light is green. Why are these questions being asked on Twitter instead of getting this resolved via a technician visit? Is it so difficult to send someone to resolve the issue after following up since the last 3 days??

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Bigrabag,Near Saraswati Academy Road, 262308 Con.No- 7906718383 I've registered many times for airtel fiber but never get a call instead. The current airtel line is 2Km away from me so I asked your field agent he is saying that he has requested to extend it. Plz extend it asap.

    @JioCare I already Recharged but still that plan is not activated and due to that reason I can't makes call. Even I tried to reach customer support but i can't make call. #JioCareBot is also not working no replay from bot end so far and i ended up here. Can You Assist Wht to do next??????

    @JioCare @reliancejio I don't understand for how long should one call for the own money back. Now a days even customer care is not responding. Is this the faith that one should have with the jio. More than a month have passed how long will it take for resolving my problem

    @JioCare I booked a jio fiber connection, paid for it. The appointment schedule for installation was between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM today. It has been 4 hours since then but no one came. Sometime the customer is in urgent need.
