    @JioCare , lost my SIM in abroad and can't find any procedure to issue a new one. As a loyal customer, it's frustrating to be without a phone. Pls put in place an efficient process for customers to replace lost/stolen SIMs abroad. Ur prompt attention is appreciated @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare : If Xiaomi doesn't release the 5G SA support update anytime soon, many of the users like me will port out of Jio. We don't have a choice, since Xiaomi is forcing us to use Airtel by stating repeatedly that their phone supports Airtel 5G.

    @reliancejio Very very poor service getting at Kolkata, kestopur near Ankur Club, 70102. Voice crackling and internet fluctuating a lott. Decided to port out.

    @JioCare the port was the biggest mistake i have ever had... Despite being the highest charging amount of recharge i am not getting single one rupees service.... Delay in message.. and many of belonging voice i have been missed to due to your pathetic service
