    @JioCare in 3 days you’re literally repeating the same pattern. It’s honestly like talking to a wall at this point. You have set automated voice notes and fallback messages and default resolution message. Will be fixed at 1:30am. I’m sure by tomorrow it’ll be 9am then again 9pm.

    @JioCare I have tried contacting customer care multiple times via calls and emails, but there is no proper response or resolution. This is very disappointing and causing inconvenience in daily work.
