    I went there to get a SIM card.due to poor net connectivity and the good old phone they unable to scan Aadhar card. I managed to get the sim from nearby shop. I know the sincere effort of jiocare to resolve the concerns of customers.please take care of store.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Jio network is worst in East UP. Mostly in rural area. Forget about the internet speed. In the name of 4G. People are getting 2G speed.

    @reliancejio don't use jio they are ************* I complain them for my network issue a lot time in last 6 month. But still I'm getting 4g logo and 20kbps speed.

    @JioCare 7267928856 Everything will open. I do this 2 month ago.. but no change,problem is continuous. So everything will be in open massage. In my area..large number of geo user will port his sim to another network.We are be Embarrassed.

    @JioCare This month’s bill has come and with the same different bill number and different amount. Even after repeated requests to send single bill same has happened again. U ppl don’t care about customer grievances at all. @AmbaniTina
