@JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

Dear @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN It's been a week since I have been facing a connection problem with Jio airfiber and not able to get it resolved by App or jio home mobile app. Not able to connect call center or not getting any proper details on mail . Hopefully get some help here.

@JioCare Amazing transparency by Reliance Jio. Ask for a simple plan detail and get a standard reply: “Check the app.” If everything is in the app, why even have customer support? 🤔

@reliancejio, your network has become extremely disappointing. Ghar ke andar to signal hi nahi aata, calls drop ho jati hain aur internet bilkul nahi chalta. Customers are paying for service but getting zero connectivity indoors. Fix your network urgently. #Jio #PoorNetwork
