@JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

Jio is using our money without any return. Because in my area there is no network. less than 2g speed. More than 5000 connection are in my area. All the customers are facing this problem @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Today I found jiofiber is blinking red i.e out of service. So service requested but earliest available date is tomorrow, 2.1.2023. This means a whole day I have to wait. Why jio service is so bad?

I did my recharge with my airtel thanks app n amount got deducted but i am not able to make any calls. Customer care told me it's a known issue. It's better i did my recharge with jio😒.Thank you Airtel for not letting me wishing New year to my loved ones. @airtelindia @JioCare
