    Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

    @JioCare @nishant13337 But majority of the customers do have. I am one of them. Even service by local GTPL are far better. This third class Reliance Jio can never be compared with Airtel.

    @JioCare I would like to cancel jiofibre and refund my deposit. Sent mails to the jio fibre team however received no reply. Pathetic Service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare to get an ESIM reactivated I have had to visit your jio stores 5 times and still it wasn’t done. I don’t know if these are to help us or torture us. My esim was activated on a phone which I changed and for that had to visit your jio stores. Very pathetic

    @JioCare @TRAI I have been trying to get my problem resolve from jio but these guys closes my complaint each and every time. Iam facing problem in sending text messages from my number since 7 months. But jio is not resolving my problem. Please look into this matter

    @JioCare Pathetic customer Service! Nobody responds!! Had requested for a jiofiber connection on 15Mar'21 and paid 1500 for the same. Till date havent got any connection & on cancellation request, money still not refunded!

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet connectivity since morning. Have complained about this in the past but all in vain. As soon as there is power cut, network connectivity is lost

    @PalaniappanP11 @JioCare @nishant13337 You are lucky. You have some speed. We don't have connections at all. Circles and circles and circles. Jio has big 0 it indicates that they are in 0 Zero service

    @bhamarepratik @JioCare @reliancejio Never take it connection bcuz they are not stable there 4G internet proprly, i request more time ago(1 and 1/2 yr) and till date problems not resolved 😠 this is #PrivatizationBigScam
