I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Is this the way the customer is being treated.. I'm not getting any call but you are saying unable to connect. Not good

Kanishk (@kosakanishk) reported@JioCare If there isn't an delay in resolution, why such time of 19 days and all such time was only due to repeated complaints at multiple phases. It was the case even engineer not being assigned for the initial days.
