I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

I have a 30 Mbps plan, but I’m getting only 0.25–1 Mbps download speed, while upload speed is around 29 Mbps. SR No: SR00003EXK9L was raised yesterday, but there has been no technician visit.

Tdy I found that only the uninstallation ticket was created, with no installation ticket for the new location. Now I’m left wo service. #JioFiber @jio_fiber
