I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.

The technician closed my ticket without fixing anything, turned off his phone and never showed up for the rescheduled visit. Support is completely clueless and giving false promises. 3 days of no resolution! Fix this ASAP!
