@JhilikMukherj13 @JioCare What happened to the JIO internet speed in major cities. Internet speed is slow throughout the whole day and good only during midnight. Jio is not providing the quality internet service as compare to airtel. May be you should upgrade your BTS for increased no. of user @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare You guys have really poor customer service.. I Have installed Jio fiber its has been hardly 2 months and 3-4 times your internet has stopped working.. When I call the customer support IVR says transferring your call and it’s hangs up after 2-3 rings..

@reliancejio In Bhubaneswar(acharya vihar) Odisha ,we are experiencing very slow internet speed from 1st march ,speed is so slow that i am unable to open a page and also unable to make a payment. I have complained jio service many times bt problem is still not solved.
