@JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

@JioCare worst modem provided by Jiofiber .Wifi range is only in a single room. I was using @airtel broadband in Haridwar with 1 connection for the whole floor in 3 rooms. but after switching to JIOFIBER, wifi can be accessed in a single room. mobiles provide better modem than

@JioCare Worst customer service. From past 15 days I'm not able to use jio fiber internet because of box issue. And I've complaint about it so many times. But thay are just giving me dates.if they are not going to resolve it we (9 connections) are going to shift to another one.
