    @JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

    Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    Hey @reliancejio team, I live in n area where there are many big institutions, almost 5 big ones. I pay around ₹500 every month for a recharge, yet Jio 4G Internet sucks. Many of my peers complain every day about how bad the Jio network is.

    @JioCare My Number is 9841033888 and i am facing call drop .Many had made complaint that they are not able to reach me . Some even say that the phone is switched off . I cant wait for long to get the issue redressed . If you cannot solve please message . Will opt for MNP . Thanks

    @JioCare that the technician visit was scheduled for August 29. Now you are saying it has been rescheduled to September 1. Why was the already scheduled visit delayed again? My JioFiber has been down for more than a day, and I’m still being asked to wait. This is extremely disappointing

    48+ hours without internet in Chennai! @JioCare @reliancejio, my JioFiber is down since Thursday. Complaint logged on Friday, called helpline 10+ times with technician visit. Pathetic customer support. Ticket: SR00002NR6J2. Please fix ASAP! #JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Follow-up: Still no update on my JioHome/AirFiber relocation (Booking No. LR000016CG6E). Promised installation by 26 Aug, it’s now 29 Aug - no engineer, no call, no resolution, and I’m still being billed. This is unacceptable service. Please act NOW.
