@JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

@ANI @BSNLCorporate for fibre connection u r charging 5000 while @reliancejio charges only 1500 for dt. Its unfortunate jio doesn't had started fibre service in our area while u had but with hifty charges and bad services. Will bsnl ever think of Cost and service issue ever.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio sends SMS everyday for Jio Fibre tempting customers to use it. But there is no action whatsoever even after 1 month of our request to provide Jio Fibre. Pls don't send SMS's if you are unable to provide service!!!

@JioCare jiofiber on +912533550957 is down from 21.6.21.the restoration date is continuously being extended.its 10 days now.Wfh online classes are severely affected.everymonth we face interruption but no permanent solution yet.

Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE . Anything they will say because they r PIGs

@reliancejio @airtelindia Waiting for jiofibre or airtel broadband to come live in my area for the last 2 years. The service is available 300m away but not in my colony. There is a monopoly of local provider which charges way too high. Getting difficult to wfh. 1/2
