    @JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

    Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare On 9th Jun 2022, I recharge Jio Fiber account by paying INR 10612.92. This transaction was done using my IFDC First Credit card which entitles me 10% cashback up to INR 1000. The last date for crediting the cashback was 9th Sep 2022 which is past due now. Please help!

    @reliancejio i hv submitted all the documents to change the ownership of number in the service center. Its been more than 3 days , visited twice , but still hv not got any respose. I think its better to port to other network. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TRAI I registered a Complaint with Jio fiber on 12th Sept for faulty internet and they resolved it on the 17th Sept. I called customer support and they told no compensation will be provided and i will be billed even when my jio fiber connection was not working. Help

    @JioCare Sim Home delivery service is false and pathetic. Your executive never come to door. They just keep rescheduling it and then cancel the request. Take a strict action on your executive or remove your home delivery service.

    @reliancejio my brother had been expired in a road accident and my sister in law is continuously going to Jio office Sonipat Haryana for re issue of sim card 9813266663 but all in vain as they are giving only excuses after submitting all necessary documents.
