I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

Pranjal Khattri (@KhattriPranjal) reported@TRAI @airtelindia @JioCare SMS Service must remain active atleast for 15 days post recharge expiry. This is essential for bank, upi and other OTP based verifications. Someone might even need OTP to recharge and this becomes a dead end.

It's better I will switch to other operator. If service not restored by tmrw 3pm, then all my jio service will switched to another operator.

The technician has visited twice but that idiot still doesn't understand what the exact problem is. He just comes and scratches his head and says he will bring a helper with him tomorrow and leaves.
