I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

The service has been resumed now but the problem is that it's every day service down about 6hr

The customer service is the worst. 20+ calls since 3 weeks, still no Engineer assigned, you guys just close the ticket. You don't even check if the issue was resolved or not. Horrible!!
