    Why the concern person to install Jiofiber in Bishnupur ( 722122) is so lazy ? Why customer's are waiting for 15 days to get a new connection and surprisingly after that they deny to work? Just clarify. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare My registrar Mobile number is 8095899407 n 9474412298. I came home and need Jiofiber urgently for some meeting. I tried to request him to install the device. He didn't help . He used to call n ask for OTP . After sharing it he used to make so many excuses to delay it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber This is to inform you that my jio fiber (wired) connection is down. Twice technician visited but it was instant fix. After few days it goes off. No internet.

    Jiofuber is worst. Tdy my net is down. I complained. Got message technician on the way. But no body tuned up. I am loosing important VC meetings, calls. But Jio dont bother. Most unreliable. @JioCare

    @JioCare I hope you are doing well because my family is not. Why? Because there is no WiFi at our home connection for last 29 hours. I try to connect through app, call and email. No one is helping to resolve the issue. Connection number is - 1203695218. Please help ASAP

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.

    @JioCare charged my jio number and still don't have talk time ! hello jio / any ai on your platform is useless! Does not answer the question and does not connect me to a live agent and does not register even a complaint!

    @JioCare I gave my credentials and paid Rs 2121 for Jio Fiber connection. Jio msgd me wrongly saying connection is on hold on my request when I never requested for hold. Now Jio refunded me Rs 921 out of Rs 2121. This is highly unprofessional and amounts to scamming people
