No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. Just testing (@Theworldistired) reported@JioCare everyday all the time there is outage in my area (Pathankot, Punjab) - I don't see any compensation in your bills when the outage lasts for days. This is absurd and frankly extremely frustrating. If you can't handle any of it, do i need to switch to airtel?
