@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani please refund my money. Since 9days no internet connectivity. Daily basis engineer are reschedule my installation date. Install today only otherwise I will cancel jio. Switch to airtel.refund my money ASAP

10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare Almost 54 days crossed and i didn't get any single rupees of my refund. You told me that the amount will credit to your bank account by 25th june 2022. But i didn't get the money yet . I don't understand what's the problem? -NO0000LB2QJ2

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare The issue is faced bynall landline BSNL numbers of Guwahati which I know and I have dialed with wifi calling on it says for all the numbers thatbit does not exists but without wifi calling every number with the same format i.e +91361246**** works fine

@JioCare Your executive are in my house and they are saying they can’t do anything and it looks like a faulty piece. They are asking me to customer care to return it. I called customer care and they arranged visit and after two weeks response is same. We don’t know how to correct it

@MalabikaParasar There is DC power supply to the BTS and other equipment .Also there is battery bank supplying DC power. These goons are using axe to cut the cable (power cable as well as fiber and other network cable). These Chinese agents are more dangerous than DC Power. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur Hi Jio, try calling 1977 from your phone u idiots! It is the number to activate the sim card. As soon as you call on this number it gets rejected automatically. Also, try to call your own customer care. You will be running around the IVR all the time.
