While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
