    I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio 1 bar at home network from last 2 months i have complained more than 50times even email to @JioCare they saying due to high number of user in your area and due to limited connections, we are not able to provide you the service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Almost 54 days crossed and i didn't get any single rupees of my refund. You told me that the amount will credit to your bank account by 25th june 2022. But i didn't get the money yet . I don't understand what's the problem? Order No : NO0000LBZQJ2

    @JioCare I had raised a service request on 13 Jun for interner disruption, and its 4 days of complete inaction. Feels Pathetic to say - customer care is not able to help. When you can promptly take up money for connection, why don't u show that promptness in service. SR000038CWZT

    @JioCare Just to be clear, I took connection for my parents in my hometown. They know how to turn on and watch TV, can’t perform all these steps. I mentioned same in my previous tweets. Hope you assign support to visit and debug issue on priority.

    @JioCare It’s not fare. We paid money I lossed nearly seven days of internet and my works also disturbed without internet. If we tried to call customer care support calls are not connecting no proper rspince and proper problem resolving what is this all nonsense

    @JioCare Still now I have not received any update. Whenever I am calling Jio care, I get standard updates like your issue will be solved by 12 pm next day. Next day also I get same answer. @_MukeshAmbani sir, we are not getting good customer support from Jio

    @reliancejio VPN doesn’t not work on your #JioFiber connection. Same works on Jio Mobile when connected via Hotspot and other ISPs. This is a common issues highlighted by users and Jio has no solution. There is no way to get pass your automated responses to human customer care?

    @JioCare Jio air fiber is down every other day. We shifted to @JioCare from @airtelindia that we will get better service but it has gone from bad to worse. Why should I pay monthly bill when internet and tv is not working. It has become an everyday issue.

    @JioCare The connection was never installed, the cancellation request is already in progress, and yet the refund remains pending. I have waited patiently and received only generic responses. Kindly provide the refund reference number and the exact date of credit. #RefundPending
