    10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani please refund my money. Since 9days no internet connectivity. Daily basis engineer are reschedule my installation date. Install today only otherwise I will cancel jio. Switch to airtel.refund my money ASAP

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

    Every day basis new problem what do you do every thing okay in a single day. Now building id is different. @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani. We are all in same flat how does only my id is different? Is that joke? Please change it ASAP.

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare is it intentional that you never give accurate answer and some vague non-actionable dialogues? Either Jio 5G is available in Bengaluru or not, if yes is it available at the given pincode or not? if yes then why can't I access it on my mobile when I can run airtel 5G on it!!!

    @JioCare pathetic customer service.. Internet is not working since yesterday and raised ticket on 13th Nov,@6:52 pm.. Spoke with customer care and they are saying your issue will resolved by 16 Nov. How someone can wait for 3 days to resolved the issue??? Worst internet service.

    @JioCare It has been an extremely horrible experience with your customer support..its been 2 weeks since I raised this issue here and I have received nothing more than the standard reply that your concern has been sent for corrective action, and not even a single action is being taken..
