    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    @reliancejio Jio is the most people like this network i will request you in now this situation coivd time every one live there onw house I have to request you 1.5GB is not enough for people in this situation so i will request you jio please increase the data on the same pricepack

    @JioCare @reliancejio Almost 54 days crossed and i didn't get any single rupees of my refund. You told me that the amount will credit to your bank account by 25th june 2022. But i didn't get the money yet . I don't understand what's the problem? Order No : NO0000LBZQJ2

    Tired with @JioCare @reliancejio 1 bar at home network from last 2 months i have complained more than 50times even email to @JioCare they saying due to high number of user in your area and due to limited connections, we are not able to provide you the service.

    @DeepaBhadula @JioCare I agree. It seems, @JioCare is sending standard, automated responses instead of prioritizing a resolution. Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

    @DoT_India @TRAI I'm facing the same issue again even after @JioCare marked my service request as resolved. A technician visited my location, the issue was fixed and the service request was closed. However, the same problem has persisted again after No time.

    @JioCare Service Request Number:SR00003AXOKZ. No internet since yesterday. Have asigned engineers 3 times already. Your engineer even faked coming to my house and requesting an otp when noone came here. Even after speaking to your customer care my request is still on hold.
