@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare Patience? Internet doesn't work for approx 5-6 days in a month and you are really not bothered by the QoS. If @Airtel_Presence had fiber in my area, I bet these type of issues would never had happened and even if it did, they fix it in 2-3 hrs. @reliancejio is a waste.
