While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

He didn't know a single **** about how it works, and ****** it completely. Now, for the last 6 days, the Wi-Fi hasn't been working. Every day he says, tomorrow I will fix it. Is this the service I am paying for? I trusted your service and paid for a year in advance. Otherwise, I would have switched to @airtelindia
