    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare-Ur customer service is full of chapris. For the last month, connection goes down 3-4 times. I scheduled an Engineer visit and it is cancelled. I call ur helpline, call gets disconnected. Wen I call, they say as internet is up, they can't raise another req. SR-00003BWI9

    @JioCare Please stop sending copy paste replies. There is no Reschedule option for SR00003BYM9B. The app only shows Assigning an engineer. Kindly check my actual service request and assign an engineer.

    @JioCare Everytime I am getting same answer from escalation team that we have escalated your issue and you will get solution by end of the day. Ground level technician has more authority than escalation team. He can easily close request without otp and escalation team can not do anything.

    Absolute **** service for long time customer from @reliancejio fiber. Qt every Friday they disconnect my unlimited yearly plan only to resume from Monday. Absolute robbery, I want to figure out how to register a complaint now in consumer care against them at this point.

    @JioCare Absolute CORRUPTION by local team! Fiber down 3 days. Field tech visited yesterday & DEMANDED A BRIBE for ONT replacement. When refused, he falsely logged "Rescheduled on Customer Request"! SR: SR00003C181L Investigate this extortion & send a real engineer TODAY!

    @JioCare Day has passed, and still no engineer has visited. This is level of service you provide after taking payment for an annual plan? Every time customer has to follow up while your team fails to act. If this is how you treat your customers process my refund immediately. @JioCare #CJP
