  @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

  @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio today jio technican came and found the issue is in the junction box which he cannot resolve it .. so now I NEED O&M TEAM TECHNICAN to fix the configuration in junction box for internet connection problem. Ticket raised O&M team - BIM24153694.

  @JioCare i got a new jio fibre connection yesterday and a lot of websites are not loading over Ethernet, someone was suppose to show up to fix it today but i dodnt get any call.
