@JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

@JioCare did a jio fibre recharge and unable to activate Amazon prime subscription bundled with it. Called helpline for help but the executive just cancelled my call after putting on hold for 15 mins. Can anyone help me in real-time, don't waste time with bots.
