    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, What kind of network yours is that one cant receive or make a call which is way basic, leave aside internet connectivity which suck. This is the situation in a metro where you aim to launch 5G services really soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been more than 7 days since I have paid advance 3 months rent for jio fibre connection. I was promised that the connection will be installed in 2 days but 7-8 days passed without any resolution If the team is not interested to fix connection then return

    Worst service by @JioCare . Roaming from each store to another to get proper solution to jio fibre connection. Facing lot of issue with respect to speed. Very unstable network. Never happened before with @reliancejio but I think they dont take customers seriously. #Jio_Failed
