I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

Arvind Patel (@ArvindP40651098) reported@JioCare Whenever there's a power cut, the entire Jio network goes down, which shows the tower has no proper power backup. I've called Customer Care 10+ times and every time I was promised a "permanent solution," but nothing has changed.
