    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @JioCare I have been calling since morning, whenever I opt for speaking to an executive, the call gets disconnected. It seems like a technician visit will be required for the issue I am facing. However I am unable to speak to an executive or to post a request on My Jio. Pls Help!

    @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw @reliancejio Entire Jio Fiber network is down since yesterday night 11.00 pm. Ukraine is having better internet connectivity then India. Entire Jio customer care is sleeping or must be busy enjoying new baby arrival in family
