@JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

@JioCare It's been more than 7 days now. I am done with Jio and I don't want to continue with Jio fiber hence please refund me recharged prepaid amount of Rs 1178 which I paid on 7th July and my wifi is not working since 6th July.

@reliancejio worst service ever for Reliance Jio fiber, I’ve no internet connection since Sunday at my office and yet they are not sending any engineer to visit , and rescheduling appointments for site visit. # jiofiber Bakwas Internet provider and service ever one can have.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am surprised from the response of JIO - my services for +91-1203144655 have been barred today. This is very poor customer service. I had already raised the concern on incorrect billing. Instead of resolution - JIO has barred my services.
