    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @reliancejio Every time I call, the IVR just says "order is on hold" with zero explanation. Customer care is unreachable, and I’m stuck in limbo because you have my money. Is this standard customer service now? Please look into this immediately.

    @JioCare I know i'll receive an sms once the service is restored. How many days you guys want to restore the service. This is idiotic. I said I wanted a call from your manager. No call received. No proper customer service. No internet for 3 days now. Last week two days. Last month 5 days

    @JioCare I have DMed check there. The initial service engineer check was only done after days, not immediately I'm sure of it. Where was not the delay. Even after issue identification there was delay. Don't claim such way that there was no delay. It only only only delay.

    @JioCare Even after sharing my alternate number, complete address with PIN code, and sending a DM, there has been no response. Still waiting, and no one has reached out. Is this how customers are treated? Please resolve this issue immediately.
