    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @JioCare I am Trying for my solution for 2 month And i have alredy complain for this But not get any valid responce from Them. every time says that keep patience and we work dedicatedly. 2 month past same message repeat.

    @JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

    @JioCare It’s been over 10 days this request was escalated and you still are not able to figure out the issue, this is insane on the entire reliance fraternity. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL

    @JioCare Even after repeated complaints no engineer visited. When called to customer care they said today 6pm appointment fixed, it's already 8pm no one came. Pathetic response from Jio.
