    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare there is no internet at Home since morning And usually the speed is pathetically slow. Earlier i had escalated and your regional head gave me assurances. But trust me you are a rubbish service provider. #jio #reliance

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio .. Internet still down.i might well take new internet connection. That will be faster. You can't take ages to restore connection. Your team is not doing anything. In sure they are enjoying they holiday in Sunday

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please don’t treat this as the customer’s mistake. I paid ₹760 for a 1month PREPAID plan but now you’re showing ₹775.21 outstanding and calling it POSTPAID Whose consent was my connection converted to postpaid? Reverse the incorrect charges and restore my service.
