Suhail Malik (@suhail_malik) reported@JioCare Very concerning experience with JioFiber support in Srinagar. The first engineer used a temporary joint/connector on a damaged outdoor fiber line exposed to sunlight and rain a fix that failed again within 1–2 hours.

Ramvardhan (@Ramvardhan14) reported@JioCare Jio fiber down for 2 days from a service distruption in my area. It was then marked resolved even though it wasn't resolved. Technician supposed to visit today, but an engineer is not even assigned. Customer care is of no help. Please assign an engineer ASAP.
