    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare there is still no resolution for my complaint . It’s been 2 months and you have taken money but no connection has been installed in my premises ? If you want donations let me know I will give you but what sort of extortion is this ? No connection. No clarity and no refund ? Such trashy attitude you people have even after been so polite and patient . What else do you want ?

    @airtelindia promotes “Unlimited 5G,” yet customers face a 300GB usage limit, fair-usage conditions and hotspot restrictions. If we pay for unlimited data, why are these limits imposed? Even BSNL and Vi perform better in my area. Poor network and unclear policies have pushed me to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.

    @JioCare 3 network disruptions in 3 week and not that you guys restore the service within 5/6 hours you take almost 24 hours to resume. Since morning we have lost network access and this has happened thrice in 3 week. What is wrong with your service?

    @JioCare Hi myself Amit Vira I have applied for jio air fiber connection kyc done payment made but due to unavailability of network my connection request was cancelled by your end. Till date my payment refund not done by order id is NO0001DHXPQ0 Pls refund my payment

    @JioCare This recording clip i am hearing since last 12 days where there was zero rain fall in fact was Sunny days since last 11 days.If you don't have enough staff to manage such small problem then take your dabba back and close my service there are many other service providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is down for a week. Multiple complaints raised, zero action! As society representative, if this isn't fixed today, we will remove all Jio wiring from our premises & invite @airtelindia to service the entire society. Fix this!

    @JioCare All fee credited for jiofibre but no on response for for my jiofre reallocation request since last 20 days Detail - Ravi Shankar Gawari Old jio fbre connection - 02079607659. Kindly resolve my issue. I don't understand how jiofibre handle customer grievances carelessly
