    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Team, My Wifi has not been working since yesterday - SR00001698KJ. I SPOKE VIRANDER (JIO Manger FOR MY LOCALITY) and he was again very rude. What service is this ??? Please let me know if I shd just move to Airtel. @airtelindia what are your plans?

    @JioCare Hey Palak. Thanks for your reply. But please note that similar assurance has been provided to me 5 times previously by Jio Fiber customer care. It's impossible to believe what you say, not that I have an alternate option.
