    @reliancejio Jio network is not working from last 4-5 hr. My mobile didn't find jio network. Plz do needful for this. Lattitude and longitude is 23.8563970, 86.8838470 .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio very bed jio network in the village banarnacha in district of jamtara(jharkhand).We are searching network outside of the village. We are many times complain but don't solution .

    @JioCare The issue is clearly not permanently resolved. I have already restarted the router, run diagnostics, contacted JioCare on X, and shared my JioFiber ID & registered mobile number via DM as requested. Still no proper response or resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare reschedule the service at their own will and wish since 24hours our wifi is down only automated responses on app and calls. Pathetic service by jio .. #jiosucks

    Not a single call, visit, or update from @JioCare even after missing their self-imposed Aug 27 deadline. Weeks of keeping paid AirFiber completely dead while pocketing my advance money. Stop the fraud. Cancel this account and credit my full REFUND today! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Can you upgrade your Jio Fiber terms such that if the Fiber service is down for a few days, for the same number of days, the subscription duration will be extended?

    Hey All Check out this response from @JioMart_Support. They delivered a damaged product and are now denying an exchange or refund. Instead of resolving the issue, they are simply trying to escape responsibility. This is extremely disappointing. @reliancejio @jiomart

    @JioCare No, but the engineer who visited mentioned that it will be resolved in the next 1 hour and definitely by 12noon. If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge

    @JioCare SR no SR3F57QR. It is very surprising that in city like Mumbai, Jio Fiber service is not working at my place since more than 24 hours. 2nd time Jio service engineer assigned for tomorrow noon. Hope, service disruption does not extend more than 48 hrs now.

    @JioCare OMG, did you really check the ticket number I shared via DM? How pathetic is your support? If you don’t know the issue then why did you ask for contact number and other details? The problem is with set top box. Some of the OTT apps not working. My SR closed thrice abruptly.
