    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio Jio network is not working from last 4-5 hr. My mobile didn't find jio network. Plz do needful for this. Lattitude and longitude is 23.8563970, 86.8838470 .

    @JioCare i put up in valparai, Coimbatore, tamilnadu. I’m using jio for past 2 years.But for the last 2 months the network speed is too low. Even after the repeated complaint to your customer care. No action taken.Really disappointed with the service. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue created on 26/06 . Resolved on 05/07 .please give the extension accordingly for exhausted and unused days for validity.

    Seriously now thinking to switch to other networks @reliancejio or @airtelindia atleast they are responsive if there is a problem, unlike you they won't run away from customers 🤦

    @reliancejio Really disappointed about your executives. Saturday came and paid Rs.2500/- and said tomorrow (sunday) connection will get it. Still not yet pick the call and answer. After connection any issues surely your team never resolve it sure. Exe mob: 7010015539/6379903807

    @JioCare For more than 2 months I raised an issue having Strict NAT in my XBOX series S . There are several DM asking generic questions , after replying all those queries, still your team couldn’t resolve this issue . Seems jio is not bothered to get this resolved.
