    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    On continuous talks with the Escalation desk & @JioCare , today I was asked by the representative to catch & connect to the person who had installed my connection in 2019 . My complaint was rejected on the basis that they cannot do anything is this kind of fraud .

    @JioCare I have done a mobile recharge to JIO No. Bank statement shows that amount has gone to Reliance JIO. But No benefits were given by JIO. 02 months have passed, neither amount refunded nor any customer service. where this amount has gone ? @DoT_India @NPCI_NPCI

    @JioCare So new fraud.. the service request is closed without any call/visit. I completed believe that you guys won't do anything and simply doing fraud by making a fool of customers specially senior citizens.
