    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @reliancejio Jio network is not working from last 4-5 hr. My mobile didn't find jio network. Plz do needful for this. Lattitude and longitude is 23.8563970, 86.8838470 .

    @reliancejio Your network and internet service in my area is extremely poor. 📶❌ 4G/5G speeds are very slow, calls also face network issues, yet recharge prices keep increasing. I’ve raised complaints multiple times, but the issue is still not properly resolved. #networkissue

    @Misthi_yadavv @JioCare I switched to Airtel. I respect jio but I saw network failure in some areas but Airtel was working in other people's phones when I enquired them.

    really a bad experience .. waiting for new jio postpaid sim I had ordered two days back and the delivery executives are not responding on calls or messages @JioCare Can you do someting about it Jio? or please take the order back and give me my refund..disappointing experience

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare @reliancejio ​"I went to the Jio store this evening to port my number, but the store manager refused, saying that the server is down. If this is the condition at a Jio store, what must be the situation in the rest of the city? My experience wasn't good.
