  @JioCare This really puts up a question on the service...an engineer is not available till 8 days in a metro location to even inspect the issue. On the contrary I get calls from "engineers" saying they left for home after citing technical issue on the system.

  @JioCare hi, i ordered a jio sim using my jio app and i wanted to cancel it.I got a message from Jio about the details and then delivery guy called and asked the code in order to cancel it.And now I see that order is successfully serviced instead of cancelled message. Pls help.

  @JioCare After a lot of diligent follow ups and empty promises, one of the engg Mr Rohit visited and rectified the issue within 5 min after visiting the site. Issue found at the junction box where the connection is distributed to various homes. As a customer i feel cheated and frustrated
