@JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

@Brijeshrai2021 @JioCare They've the most pathetic service in this world. They just have sophisticated sugary messages as solutions to our complaints. The online team has absolutely NO control over the ground team. That's what customer service told me nd I realised myself. Just disgraceful.

@JioCare customer care told me that I would be getting a call from support team within 24 hours, no call till now. I got the SMS that someone from jio will be coming to my residence to solve the problem, no one came. Any idea when I'll get my problem solved?

1/2 @reliancejio @JioCare In my area jio network coverage is so bad that one cannot even call... There are no network bars and if someone calls it always says your number is out of coverage area. I have complained so many times but no solution till now....
