  @JioCare I'm done requesting Jio Customer care to look into the network issue which I reported 3 days ago. And I get the same stupid response. But no solution. Time to switch network, don't mind paying more. Jio is cheap with cheap network.

  @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare My recharge was finished in last month. Today I received a call from a customer care person who threat me to do recharge and his behaviour was not good. Take some action immediately other wise I will change my operator

  Hi @JioCare, I dont have any internet since last 24 hrs nd even an engineer visit after 5 calls(with ur rude nd unknowledgeable executives) couldnt fix the same. This is impacting my office work. Please fix this ASAP and refund the customer for 1 day bfor we decide 4 diff vendor.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I want to port into Jio prepaid sim from Airtel prepaid. I am at one of the mobile store authorised to port. I am having a soft copy of my AADHAR card, but they are not accepting it, they want hard copy of it. Hard copy is not available with me. Kindly Help

  @Airtel_Presence all airtel agents r fooling me from 2 months..charging me extra..cutting my phn, not escalating.. airtel is worst..i will throw airtel and use jio fiber brodband @reliancejio @JioCare help me procedure to apply
