    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    From 5pm to 11pm net speed of jio network is as bad as u can't even imagine. Try sending one message on WhatsApp u have to wait 10 min so please @JioCare resolve this problem as soon as possible.. @JioCare

    @JioCare @Sushantkumar108 Same here thats why I ported out one of my Jio Sim and switched to VI. You should also have a backup sim for emergency. Don't rely completely on Jio.

    @JioCare Hi! I now the procedure how to port out the number but the issue is that my current service provider @ViCustomerCare has stopped my outgoing service once it resumes I will port out to Jio.
