    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare Every single day I and other students have loss in studies, but I never seen a company like jio which are so careless and who don't care about customer. I have been complaining since past 1 years but till now you are repeating the same excuses which you are giving me from 1 year

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have cancelled the jio fiber connection due to non- installation. Request No. SRSR00001EZBI3 raised for cancellation and refund. I have already had enough with jio service and commitment. Kindly refund Rs.3500 asap.

    Instead of multiple complaints I am facing issues in network since two weeks it becomes hard to trust that this is @JioCare @reliancejio my no 9598885314. I am not getting even surfing speed. Request you to atleast provide surfing speed or clearly say if it's not possible

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have been following up on a cheating incident but all in vain. I complained about this incident at Jio store, over helpline over social media but all I could hear is we are working on it. Not sure when this issue will be resolved.
