    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare Well as simple as that there is no customer care to help the customers out. My jio STB has been creating so much trouble where the picture is too big and does not fit the TV. The Jio engg who visited had no clue about the resolution and the buck was passed without resolution

    Hey @JioCare before few days i made a mistake I ported from Jio to @Airtel_Presence That was my biggest mistake. Now 90 days are completed in airtel network and i can switch to jio again. My query is- is it necessary to visit jio store for port in b/c partial lockdown in my city.

    @JioCare Internet not working since 3 days. The red light on the router is continuously blinking. Not able to contact via customer care numbers and WhatsApp chat. This is very frustrating.

    @JioCare Sir, I'm from small village frm knr dist,Telangana , we are getting mobile network issues in my vilg, there is no mobile tower near to my vilge, we r unable to wrk frm home, and we can't listen online classes, because there is no mobile tower, plz help to my village
