    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare @JioCare It has now been almost 1 week since my Jio Fiber stopped working. Router is continuously showing red Light blinking, multiple escalations have already been done, but still no engineer assignment. Request immediate field-level intervention and resolution. SR000035SG9Z

    Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Installed the connection in March 2026 with a 1-year plan, but my internet has not been working for the last 17 days. Multiple complaints raised, but still no resolution. #JioAirFiber #PoorService @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello Team, Thanks for response, this is FYI that there are multiple ISP was affected due to the incident, every ISP has fixed the issue except Jio, I can the other technicians working to fix the issue, except Jio, Thanks

    This is frustrating esp when there is NO way to register a complaint for tech support even tho there are purported channels for complaints. Chatbot keeps looping between menu & the diagnostics tool and does not allow registration of a complaint. @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare what **** service is this I have a jio Fiber installed at my place from so many days having trouble with speeds but no option to book a technician to home visit all they do is **** AI steps to resolve in the app and it does nothing!

    @JioCare Service ID - 778730161297 Complain ID - ES000002C71D. Leased Line having PING and packet drop issue for 8 days now, not getting solved by sending emails to businesscare or calling my relationship manager, Mr. Palash Das, at kolkata. Better service is expected
