    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the service at my home. At these hard times, when work from home is essential. I can't do that cause the internet speed is 0.00-0.15kbps. My father has been complaining for last 2 years now and still it's same.

    @JioCare It is not resolved since 5 days, what do you mean by earliest if the engineers which you send are so fraud that they come and still don't resolved the issue. 2 times they visited and they told that they cannot do anything, told me to reach out here. Now tell me what to do?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio caller tune not playing despite renewing it on MYJIO app, when contacted your customer care over call, the person who attended did not properly answer the call, he was just dodging the matter on frivolous reason without answering, set right your jio care
