@JioCare I am continually sending mail for my refund for my jio fiber last 3 month. Every time new person replying mail and want 14 days. very poor and customer care service they not bothered about old customer he just wants new connectio.i not recommended to anyone.

I have been using jio sim since 2016 but I am facing to much network issue.because of network operater .he is doing something worng and closed network in every hour.. please do something otherwise we will changed our sim accordingly. We have no option @reliancejio @JioCare

My recharge money is being wasted, maybe jio internet company is benefited from this, that's why no improvement has been done even after complaining so much. Shame on you Jio you can't provide a better internet and service. @reliancejio @JioCare #AkashAmbani
