    @JioCare It really feels you dont care as your team knows where exactly issue is, even I could see wire cut on ground floor, its been two days you know about issues , but no one is available to come here and fix. If you want I can send you pic of cut wires!! Two days no solution!!

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio if we delay payment even by a single day you guys start charging interests and penalty. My jio setup box is not working for 3 days now and despite multiple complaints I have not received any proper assistance as of now. Will you Give interest of 3 days.

    @JioCare For your information your escalation support ticket which Request ID: SR0000353HRB is already closed on 12th May 2026 without providing any resolution. So will you please guide how you are going to resolve this??

    @JioCare I personally went to jio care centre to get my jio tag replaced in Jan. They told me replaced product will take time. I am messaging the guy and now he has stopped replying me. I know people are busy. But, I can't keep this follow up thing going. Plz help

    @JioCare My internet was down from 3rd April at 9:00 PM till 8 April 11:00 PM, now you can calculate the down time yourself or you want me to provide that as well??
