  @reliancejio @JioCare : customer care - chat and whatsapp chat and call all has mechanical and few standard queries and no clear option to speak to agent !! With some option pressed that but it gets disconnected ! Pathetic

  @JioCare You guys are just ridiculous. Complaining about poor network since last 2 month, but every time they shamelessly replies, " wait for few more days". My god, for such a pathetic service, I did yearly recharge.
