@JioCare Your executive came 3-4 days late to collect the router and all these things delayed my refund. One of the worst experience I had with Jio fiber postpaid connection. I will never recommend anyone after facing the issues myself.

@reliancejio jio is a 100% cheat company ..they taken my extra recharge and not refunding despite conformation from Twitter team..fraudsters company..customer care speaking so rudely and abusively that it their own company…where is the MD and ceo sleeping ..they hardly bother.

Worst prepaid plan of @reliancejio and too worst @JioCare . If my plan doesn’t include SMS and I am ready to pay for my SMS charges. There isn’t option to avail the service.

@reliancejio - I migrated to Jio just in the morning and was looking to move other numbers from airtel.. your team is asking me to pay security deposit? Why ? I have a 25k limit with Airtel and never had to pay security.. no one said I need to pay security! What is going on ?

@JioCare 1. Jio SIM should be in SIM slot 1 (in case you are using a dual SIM handset) 2. Check if the network mode is set to 4G or LTE (not applicable for iPhones and JioPhones) 3. Data roaming should be enabled 4. Data and voice should be routed through Jio SIM
