@JioCare I am sorry to say that @JioCare is one of the worst customer service in India. After Complaining so many times I am not getting a proper service from this so called No. 1 operator in the country. Need an immediate restoration of the indoor coverage in my area. ASAP.

@JioCare your support staff instead of helping this closing the case again and again without knowing i am using that number since 5 years my banks, whatapps , groups chats all i connected to that sim , i am trying to reach any solution, like transfer to my parents or something

@JioCare its been a month since my phone got stolen ,asa i informed the support exicutives as they told me i have to be in jio store personally to resiisue the sim card, as i clearly mentioned them i am currently living in portugal and its not easy to travel india for sim card
