I understand even my neighbour to whom I recommended Jio is also suffering without the jio internet connection.

No jiofiber service since last 3 days your customer care schedules engineer visit but no communication for delay or cancellation. Now every where automated msgs, no human interaction & deadline keeps shifting.

This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.
