    @JioCare I will wait for another week and then port to airtel. Do not have a choice. This is like basic service level assurance Jio has to provide.

    @JioCare It has been 30 days but deposit is not refunded yet for Cancellation of JioFiber Connection NO 0000GL32U5 . cancellation service request (SR0000145VPW).

    @reliancejio I have a jio phone at my home town at Vill Ramwapur, post pachperwa, Dist Balrampur, UP 27121, but unable to use it due to no connectivity. Hence i have stopped recharging it. Mobile tower is less than 3 km but of no use. Request help.
