    @JioCare @JioCare you have been saying this "our team is working on it" for last 6 days is your team so incompetent that they can't even solve a small issue of one of the customer in 6 days or you are just saying it to save your face as as no one is working on my issue.

    Hi @JioCare, my Jio 5G has not been working for the past 3 days. I raised a complaint through the MyJio app, but there's been no resolution. My phone shows it's connected to the 5G network, but there's no internet at all. Only 4G is working. Please look into this.

    @JioCare NRI SIM replacement requests remain unresolved despite repeated follow-up. Random rep keep giving conflicting replies, with no ownership / clear escalation path. Assign a single case owner and resolve urgently. Loyal customers deserve better support. @TRAI @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have taken a prepaid wifi plan for Rs. 1200 and yet, 90% of the time there's no wifi including now. Why am I spending so much for it to not be of any use at all? Fix this ASAP else I'll have to file a consumer complaint. Fixed Voice No.: 2231754571

    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's already past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason for disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.
