@reliancejio @JioCare If this issue is not resolved soon, I too will port my connection to other subscriber like Airtel, they have improved their network tremendously, but you are not doing anything to improve your connection. Many of my neighbours have already switched to Airtel.

The engineer had come and checked but he also felt that the picture quality problem was stuck. Now he said that I see someone elseI know I had to make this change when stb my forward raised my complaint. #JioFiber #CustomerService #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare jio fiber speed is not constant at times drop to 6 mbps for 30 mbps plan this is really shameful....earlier ur mobile network was failure now Jio Fiber is also big failure....resolve asap

2. Im raising concern since 2020 but still the issue ia same. Is this how you serve your customer. I've recharge for 4G but not able to open Jio app n N/W is in KBs. Bcoz of thia I'm not able to WFH. Will it improve or I should switch N/W. @reliancejio @TRAI @reliancejio
