    @JioCare I'm facing issue in my jio fibre connection for the last 7 days. Complaint number SR00002N033G. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500. Can't talk to customer executive. Instead of pasting the SOP response please talk to technicians involved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have also repeatedly tried to contact the assigned representatives, but my calls and WhatsApp messages have gone unanswered. This is no longer just a delay in installation- it is a complete lack of customer communication and accountability. 3/5

    @JioCare very pathetic .Since morning at 9.30 l have lodged a complain regarding non availability of internet. I am waiting for the engineer to report to my resident and rectify.i am 82 yrs this is how I get help from jio

    @JioCare Repeated service interruptions on Jio AirFiber are unacceptable. Continuous connectivity issues are causing unnecessary inconvenience and raising serious concerns about service quality. I request an immediate investigation, a clear explanation, and a permanent fix.
