    @RVCJ_FB @reliancejio is the worst,network connectivity and range is almost zero,tried contacting them there was no use

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Broadband is the worst. Within the initial 2 months 5 to 6 times down due to technical issues and gets restored after 1 or 2 days. I shifted from Hathway to JIO and find this is worst. Not renewing. Good bye Jio

    @JioCare @nch1915 no response from the company kindly help me in the above matter money has been deducted on the name of booking through #JIOUPI but no booking has been placed by them yet till now and no response regarding this?

    I am using the S20FE 5G in Ghaziabad Pin code 201206. Interestingly Airtel shows 5G signal in most of the areas but Jio doesn't. Any idea if that's a issue specifically with @SamsungIndia ? @JioCare @reliancejio5g

    @JioCare Thanks. Issue solved. However curious to know how to lodge complaint without calling. I know twitter remain an option. However is there a way in the app to lodge complaint about internet not working or any other issue?
