    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    @143_pushpendra @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare If 5G is reason then you are wrong bcz 5G is technology upgrade but for a normal person it waste with 300 Mbps down and 50Mbps up what are we going do with this speed Even for a 4K utube video 30Mbps is more than enough.If 4G+ is good in VI just stick to it.Strong 4G> Unstable 5G

If You Are A Vi Customer Please Port Your Sim Card With Other Network Operators (Like Jio True 5G, AirTel 5G & BSNL 4G). Please SMS PORT<SPACE><YOUR 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER> TO 1900. I Already Port My Three Vi Sim Cards To AirTel.
