Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

@reliancejio Jio internet speed to much worst comparison then airtel or voda idea, jio is making fool to the customer. Jio4g is charging full price for it's plan but on nane of service they giving ghatiya service as internet speed
