    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Almost 54 days crossed and i didn't get any single rupees of my refund. You told me that the amount will credit to your bank account by 25th june 2022. But i didn't get the money yet . I don't understand what's the problem? Order No : NO0000LBZQJ2

    @reliancejio Jio is the most people like this network i will request you in now this situation coivd time every one live there onw house I have to request you 1.5GB is not enough for people in this situation so i will request you jio please increase the data on the same pricepack

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare You guys are just a bunch of fraud..your team mentioned that there is no Jio fiber service at my current location hence took the router and assured that the relocation amount will be refunded. However now you are saying that the connection is activated. Refund my 1200Rs

    @JioCare #JioHome #JioFiber Order NO0001EHF2BE was paid upfront (₹2,824.92) after your sales executive guaranteed installation within 24 hours. It's now been 75+ hours with zero response from the installation or sales team. This is a complete failure of service. (1/2)

    @DalRotiForLife @reliancejio @JioCare My issues aren't resolved for 3 months now. I have given up, 5k advance is stuck too. The worst is, even if you dial their customer support number, you aren't connected to a human. Just IVR Bots.

    Extremely frustrating network issue with @JioCare @reliancejio! From the last 6-7 days, the network completely drops every 5-10 mins for about 10-20 secs. Facing this on ALL Jio connections. If this isn't resolved, we are porting out all. Location: Datta Nagar, Ghansoli - 400701
