@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare is there any scam going on in Delhi, ask first prepaid jiofiber connection in oct 2022 but provided postpaid connection. I cancel order in 2nd Feb 2023 and after wasting 10 days after completing the procedure. I applied for prepaid jiofiber and again I got postpaid.
