@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

@JioCare - Please help! I switched to Jio for 5G. Spoke to many cust serv reps, "expressed interest" on your website, visited a Jio store, spoke to @SamsungIndia service center, but still no signs of 5G on my 5G enabled Z Fold 3 device purchased in the US. There's gotta be a way!
