While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.
