    @reliancejio a person saying from Jio Bengal HQ is calling me day after day asking to recharge immediately. Else my number will get terminated. I have recharged in sept 2022. Not sure about the legitimacy of the person calling. Please help. (Will share the number in DM)

    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital Purchased an AC on 28 May 2026 with a commitment of next-day installation. It's been 3 days, multiple follow-ups, and still no resolution. This AC was urgently needed due to my child's health condition, but seems to mean nothing. pathetic & shameles

    @SahilLohchab11 @JioCare Jio customer care used to call me daily from different numbers, reminding me to recharge. I warned them that if they called again, I would take the matter to consumer court for consumer harassment. After that, the calls stopped completely.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a JioAirFiber connection on 19th May, and installation was fixed for 26th May. It is still not installed, and absolutely zero contact has been made by your team. Furthermore, your toll-free number is useless.
