    @JioCare It's blinking RED. I mentioned previously. I am doing switch off for 1 minute and switch ON, every hour to check if service is working or not.

    @JioCare @dsingh_101 Jio is doing superb in terms of providing services and network even during the lockdown.. Kudos to them and Vodafone @VodafoneIN is not even helped me in fixing a Vodafone mifi that I bought as a corporate customer... Stopped working after purchase and they did not help me

    @JioCare NO SIR NOTHING IS DONE NOTHING RESTORED. Your Service Request no. SR000011AWFV has been processed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 199 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber is down since yesterday evening around 5.30pm. Impossible to lodge complaint by Whatsapp or phone. My service I'd is 301128532102. It was down before also for 10-12 hours. Your cust care gives irrelevant answers if complaint lodged by email.

    @TheSoumyaPatra @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Matter of fact,people consider @reliancejio as a better service provider in terms of connectivity, however the real scenario seems to be different.@JioCare seems to be slowest of the lot,despite having wires under the ground,it failed to provide connectivity even after 25 days.

    If you're confused between @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence Go for JIO. Airtel has absolutely ZERO customer support. You'll regret when their services will be down, they won't even respond the whole day! And I've been with them for almost 15 years, toh aapka saath kya denge.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima can you update your system? I have to relocate my jiofiber connection. New location is not showing in app while jio fiber service is available at same location. Even new connection is given in new location, but relocation is not possible.
