    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention

    If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

    @JioCare I had changed my post paid plan to non OTT post paid plan of Rs 199 but hotstar mobile is still active. I want to deactivate my hotstar mobile plan so that I can activate better OTT plan offered by my broadband service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have seen many thefts but Jio beats them all. In exactly 40mins 1.5GB of my data is exhausted watching half a movie whereas with the same data I can see 2-3 using Vodafone in my Mac.Its tested. No option to complain to customer service, no option in app!!

    @ANI Until we had Jio, we had to pay for incoming + internet of 1 Gb per month + std calls, these companies were minting money back then…now 2 gb per day + unlimited calls pan india and boss, no one can compare with @reliancejio international service & tariff..:blessed to have Jio

    @JioCare do u care for customers....I don't think solving customers problems is bothering u.....ur jio fiber connection not working for three days and u r not bothered to resolve it....

    Feedback: Dear @MobiKwik your #Amex card is not working on @reliancejio app for recharge transactions. Each time the transaction fails with response 'We didn't get any response from your bank.' Maybe fix it? :)

    @JioCare Had Jio fibre A/c 299427324309 at Jammu and requested for deactivation on 24 May and was advised by customer care that pick up will be arranged within 7 days, received sms and mail regarding scheduled visit on 01,02,03 June but no one came and as I was transferred

    @JioCare I've applied for a new connection on 15 jun. A person called and rescheduled it to 17th jun. Then they canceled the installation. Every time I'm requesting they are canceling it. Can you please investigate and escalate the issue?

    @JioCare I shifted to new place and visited ur Patna office they said pick up wl be from residence only ,again contacted customer care today,now they are saying u have to again go to jammu where it was installed,stay there with our device and then we will pick up frm thr only.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been facing internet issue for last 2 days & even after raising the complaint none of the engineer had visited. Customer care abrutly cut the call today. Not expected this from JIO, I was promised of best services during the time of taking connection.

    @reliancejio its been over 10days since I requested for discontinuation of your broadband services and have also paid a security deposit of Rs1500, nobody has bothered to collect router inspite of multiple requests logged on customer care...Pathetic after sales service

    @reliancejio network is down since yesterday. And unfortunately, no one is responding to it. And customer care IVR is way to difficult. And when the network was down, the app had actually showed I did not recharge. Which I did on 17th. Area CDA sector 7 Cuttack

    @JioCare My jio network is not showing VOLTE sign on my phone and there is no option for VOLTE enabling for jio sim. Due to this I am unable to make calls Kindly provide assistance. Ps:- signal strength is not an issue due to existing nearby tower.
