@JioCare fibre is the worst service provoder. In the matter of 50 days our entwork was down for more than 10 days. Today also the internet is down. We raised the request since yesterday but they have put our priority to last and the engineer will come in the evening.

@JioCare Your engineer can visit at around 10 AM in the morning earliest. It means that 14 hrs of downtime as I've raised service at 6 PM. It seems you've different meaning of 24/7 support where a customer has to wait for 14 hrs to resolve the issue where @reliancejio is in the fault.

@JioCare every alternate day there is problem with jio network. You are not able to solve and asking me to change the internet setting. I think it's the high time to change the network. Switch jio to @airtelindia or Vi.
