@jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

@reliancejio Don't go for Jio. Pathetic service after the free period is over. Please don't take this connection for any fancy options otherwise you will suffer with no network and frequent slowness issues and there is no proper customer care support.

@JioCare @reliancejio If that's the case, then how I was able to download with 3mbbs, play games with 20ms and upload with 1mbps a month back..?? Understand the issue in depth first then provide the solution. Issue is in network speed in locality being experienced from 1st Nov.

@JioCare I have faced three outages in last 20 days . In addition your service team never arrives on time . I have to remain without internet for more than 12 hours . I had recommended Jio to some of my society members but I think I will have to warn them about these outagez
