    in this month except me because I believed that your service was quite good from the last 3-4 years so @JioCare will resolve the issue,whenever I contacted jio ,the customer care said this is happening due to many users using the internet at the same time,but its speed is worst

    @JioCare what a crappy customer experience. The agent didn't even understand my problem. Said will transfer to TL. And there goes the never ending wait. Why are you even in this service when you are clueless about the issue? Shame. Updating this on consumer forum.
