@jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

@JioCare my Google pixel 6a is updated and also the jio sim has more than 239rs recharge. I am in Ahmedabad where jio5g is active. Still I didn't receive a jio 5g welcome offer. I talked to customer care but the issue was not resolved.

@JioCare I have tried following the instructions from MyJio app to fix internet connectivity issue but didn't help and when checking with you customer service team, next available date is 11th April for a service engineer, I am working from home and this is not a solution.
