    JIO Fiber - @JioCare, no one really cares. (@reliancejio ) The Jio Fiber hasn't been working since 2 days for our entire apartment. One engineer visits, says it's not something he can fix, and another team wud come. But when I call @JioCare again, they say I've put it on hold :)

    @JioCare the care and whatsapp number which you display in your website is useless, when you have no interest in serving, then why put up a play around as if you guys are really in the customer service

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio can't believe how ****** the connectivity is and how ****** the customer care! Internet connectivity issue every other day and you are asking me to wait till 3pm to have this resolved?is this a joke! M working from home and I need this resolved right now!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniTina YouM8_204 Valley Shilp Rd, Cidco Colony, Sector 36, Kharghar Navi Mumbai have not received any response yet There is no network in that area yet or your WiFi is not being installed at this time Otherwise we will be compliant in the consumer court

    @reliancejio it's sad that your net is not working properly. Today my 2GB daily data got expired by 8 am. No one to whom we could lodge our Complaints. No. 198 just gives recorded msg with no 2 way communication. Very sad, the customers are in hapless condition. Pl. Help us

    @JioCare @ShieldVoC sick of jio now. Neither the service engineer picking calls who promised to do it by 10-11 today and got a call from jio care team what is the issue sir. And all nonsense talks by them..

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup its same as my billing address,i have provoded detaisl more than 50 times,including to nodal u guys shamelessley repeat same questions everytime,no use of customer care service,what happened to my earlier complaints? u dont register hence its ignored

    @TRAI Jio discontinued my no. suddenly I gave all doc to them. I am using no. from last more than 4 years. I called & mails many times to Jio customer care but they are not reactivating my no. & also not helping I m not getting any news reg. my interviews meeting calls @JioCare
