    @reliancejio @JioCare Team you should check your Network stability in Sontoli Area (Pin Code781136) we are 10000 of subscribe under one Tower, But the network stability is very poor, where my home 50 meter far from the tower, Please check the issue and do the needful.

    @JioCare It is not with any specific number. As per my observation, its random. The call drop is random. And the new problem which has cropped up now is, in some calls the first attempt call does get connected but we dont hear each other voice. So we have to call again and again

    @reliancejio I cancelled the free trial on 28th February still not received my refund customer service hung they saying refund is done by backhand and they don't reply stuck in never ending loop worst customer service no empathy feel cheated
