    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @JioCare Please don't give people fake hope that you're gonna fix it. Every time you people are just asking mobile number address. Which floor i reside. Then said our team are working with it and it'll get fixed as soon as possible. I'm hearing this from last 3 years

    @reliancejio I have done the documentation for Jio Fiber day before yesterday. Yesterday, a representative confirmed for installation today, but it wasn't installed today as well. I have been calling the representative but calls never gets answered. @JioCare

    Calling toll-free @JioCare number 1800 889 9999 since almost 1 hour. There is no option to get in touch with Customer care executive in any menu available under Jio "Care" number. Looks like @reliancejio doesn't care about talking to customers who call from other service provider
