@JioCare of the technician nor anyone came to mine flat for jio fiber installation setup. I never expected such kind of pathetic service from Jio Team. I have already conveyed your support team that I need to get it set it up by today only for mine professional work but it was not done...

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

@reliancejio @JioCare You got people with false commitments in customer support, irresponsible field techs & ill mannered office staff in service centre at Agni Tower, Garchuk, Guwahati. My CO number for the router arrived and no one ever called to pick up. Shame on you guys👎

Do not take a @reliancejio connection, if you are going to use it for playing games. The routing is absolutely terrible with packet loss being there every minute. Most of the time it's at 100% packet loss. @JioCare @reliancejio absolutely terrible ISP for gaming

@JioCare @reliancejio We r facing a cheating issue from Jio Fiber. We applied for Jio Fiber on 12-Jan. Representatives "Krushnakumarsinh-9327718502" & "Bhavesh-7016474163" came to collect payment by one call. But till now, installation is not done neither followed up by them.

@JioCare Forwarding the concern from more than a week. Not sure how much miles that need to be reached , irritating service. non of the technicians are fit to be workers all are gamblers. Overall JIO service itself is fot for marketing and it's useless for customers. @MukeshAmbanima
