    @JioCare @reliancejio My plan expires on 9th Nov. Since last 3 days before every call i have to listen to recharge reminder. This is quite irritating and time consuming. At times during emergency it creates a lot of trouble. Why unnecessary harassment to consumers. @TRAI

    Even after putting escalation mails no #JioFiber connection till date, well what hurts is this Guwahati branch of JioFiber is more disgusting not even the appellate is responsible. Zero efforts to resolve the issue @reliancejio Disheartened with support provided😔😔

    @JioCare @reliancejio from past 4 days my jio fibre is not working and I have complaint multiple times through all mediums of Customer care of yours, still my issue is not solved and didn't received any updates from your side...is this your quality of management and service?
