@reliancejio It's shameful and disgusting that Jio 5G is in my city and i have a 5G phone that supports Jio SA 5G but still i am unable to use it and I have not received any Welcome Offer invitation from Jio yet. I have done everything to use 5G Only launching 5G will not help. Let us use it

@reliancejio @JioCare You got people with false commitments in customer support, irresponsible field techs & ill mannered office staff in service centre at Agni Tower, Garchuk, Guwahati. My CO number for the router arrived and no one ever called to pick up. Shame on you guys👎

@JioCare since the rains last week Jio fiber is dropping a lot.With school online,forced to use phone data even after paying for broadband.The least you can do is give unlimited mobile data on those days or increase the length of the subscription. You need to give better service.
