    @JioCare @RISINGRKC Absolutely third class support.From top to bottom everyone is a lier.They only give false and fake commitments and eat our money.Just gvng run around and the best part is nobody bothers to even call to understand the issue.A simple issue of internet not working is not resolved

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service ever it takes 3 days for the issue to get resolved always get false promises I called the customer care for 30times in 3 days and visited the office 3 times after which they had come for the repair. Other network providers are way better than.

    @NazAppu @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio I want to use my own equipment (routers in ai mesh mode), jio doesn't allow bridge mode on its router/modem. Using jio in automatic ip without bridge mode will cause double natting. Stupid jio engineers

    @reliancejio In BHADRAK we are experiencing very bad network from 4 months.... And we can't even use our net also. Plz verify this thing..... Otherwise we will be shifting to AIRTEL.... @reliancegroup And I can't even talk to the customer care center..... Very bad....

    @JioCare service no 3511339 in follow up since last more then 90 days but there is no response from your Surat office every day they say will come in 24 hours what is problem pl advice and solve the issue in touch on email also

    @JioCare #jio switch to another network they are unable to solve the problem for a month now i am port all my family members numbers to another network company which providing better customer care services. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From last 4 days, I am unable to browse few websites due to IP issues. Issues occurs only with JioFiber Internet. Fix this issue.
