@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare If it's a limited network coverage area then while I am just 50meter away from my home I am receiving green signal bar on JioFi. Don't try to mislead by giving false information please pass this complaint to proper network engineer, I need your engineer visit to my property.

Jio has very non-customer friendly policy. If I migrate from a non jio number I'm not charged 500. But if I migrate from prepaid jio to postpaid you people are charging 500 deposit. Why??? Really frustrated due to your policy #pathetic #Jio @reliancejio @JioCare
