@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare I'm request to shift my fibre connection to another location but the customer service deny to give the Service and said you need to take a new connection. While taking connection technician said me you can shift your location any time.

@JioCare I'm facing issues with my fiber connection. Tried contacting customer service to speak to an executive and after being on hold for a while, I get an automated message saying "we cannot service your request, call us later" Very Nice! @reliancejio #JioFiber
