@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare Informed many times to the executive while registering complaint, to inform your engineer to carry charger or modem to resolve the problem but engineer arrived without the same, and saying charger cannot be arranged today. Is this the customer service you are going to offer?
