@reliancejio Why u called it 4g?? Slowest network ever. I can't use 0.5 gb of my 2.5 gb plan , and this condition happened in one of the prime location of India IIT GUWAHATI all users here survive with same problem. Plz before update anything update your infrastructure.shame

@jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

@JioCare Everything that you wrote above and also it shows no service, need to switch off the phone and then switch on again, this I have been doing it since morning, almost 10 times I would have done the same
