@reliancejio Why u called it 4g?? Slowest network ever. I can't use 0.5 gb of my 2.5 gb plan , and this condition happened in one of the prime location of India IIT GUWAHATI all users here survive with same problem. Plz before update anything update your infrastructure.shame

@JioCare Jio network is almost freez in my area, it's been more than 25days. i am complaining from 6th of may, and today is 19 . jio doesn't listen to his Customer's.they just replying to your message. we dont need messages. do some work on ground. really disappointed with jio.

@JioCare @DisneyPlusHS Dear Jio, It's not a jio subscription plan related issue. I have my own individual plans from amazon Netflix and Hotstar which i use on jio set top box. It's some other issue. The Hotstar app which was working fine till yesterday is not loading today.

@JioCare what sort of service u have. Ur fiber service is down for last 6 hrs... And it happens 10 days of the month. U think we r fools. Recharge is done for 30 days and we get service for 20 days. Who will pay for 10 days.
