@JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

@JioCare This is very absurd that from yesterday there was no jio service in sahib tila, zoo narengi road , guwahati 781024. No one can operate a call or internet. Very painful for us who only use jio sim. Please look on this matter.

Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys do go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

@JioCare @reliancejio Since the last one year I am facing extremely pathetic network connectivity in my home and it's getting worse with time. The speed is slower than 2G. In fact Airtel is providing speed as much as 1 Mbps. What's going on guys? I have complained multiple times.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

@JioCare I am gonna file a complaint in consumer forum if you guys are not gonna activate the jio fibre connection as dozen of booking is already being done but there is not enough distribution point at IET , LUCKNOW ,RML HOSTEL , don't take bookings if you cannot service it.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Services of Jio Fibre is extremely poor. I have raised the relocation request 3 days back with a confirmation from Jio that it will be done next day but no resolution till now. This is how they loot their customers.
