    @jiocare I have taken a plan of 399 and paid for 6 months but now you have sent me msg to recharge for 849/- why ? I am not satisfied with your service hence disconnect my Jio fiber connection immediately and refund me whatever I will get.

    @JioCare My jio fiber is out of service from last 2 days today one engineer came and fixed it and after few hours it went back to the same condition again I won't get my validity for these 2 days it just got wasted please look into this matter

    @reliancejio @JioCare I tried relocate jio fibre in my new place in Guwahati but i was failed. If your Jio Fibre is not available at that prime place of Guwahati,Assam then I wish to discontinue the service. Please help me regarding this.

    @reliancejio I have done the documentation for Jio Fiber day before yesterday. Yesterday, a representative confirmed for installation today, but it wasn't installed today as well. I have been calling the representative but calls never gets answered. @JioCare

    @reliancejio What is this? In my area from last few days internet speed slow gradually then I call jio care they told me that many user used jio simultaneously that's why speed become slow, But my question is who is the responsible for it??

    @JioCare I will wait till 21st May 2022. Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Do you guys even know to act emphatic???

    @JioCare System was showing one schedule of tomorrow I rescheduled it to avoid unnecessary movement technician. Now the system is working so please cancel the visit of 15th April I don't need it now. Moreover never ever depute Mr H Ali. I once again thank Sachin Shah for his service

    @JioCare JIO is destroying jobs & the lives of infinite people.We both are working frm home & the only source 2 do our job is the internet service. JIO forced us 2 pay 1060/- & 1200/- for a new instalation on 31st May bt we are on forced leave past 5days only bcoz JIO FAILED.

    So Apparently the JioFiber connection at my home is not working from 10 days , it's been blinking red light since. I have had 3 engineer visits and one ONT replacement but still no one can figure out why it's not working. @JioCare @reliancejio Can you pls look into this ?

    Hey @JioCare, my payment was successfully deducted this morning for new connection , but my internet service is still not activated. It’s been several hours and I haven’t received any update. Please look into this issue and activate the service ASAP. Don’t be fraud again
