    @JioCare Please don't give people fake hope that you're gonna fix it. Every time you people are just asking mobile number address. Which floor i reside. Then said our team are working with it and it'll get fixed as soon as possible. I'm hearing this from last 3 years

    @jiofiber @reliancejio Most unexpected experience with jio service. Unbelievable that's how customer service and support work. Put the request for relocation and not getting information and placing different requests by themselves. I need to cancel my service and refund my money

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    Dear @JioCare, Despite being a corporate customer, the WiFi range is very poor and the connection does not work properly. Multiple complaints and engineer visits have not resolved the issue. Service ID: 532500119253 If this continues, we may have to discontinue the connection.

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for proving that customers can be charged even during repeated service outages. “We understand your inconvenience” apparently translates to “we’ll still deduct your validity.” Amazing efficiency in billing downtime as active service. #JioFiber
