    @JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since the last one year I am facing extremely pathetic network connectivity in my home and it's getting worse with time. The speed is slower than 2G. In fact Airtel is providing speed as much as 1 Mbps. What's going on guys? I have complained multiple times.

    @JioCare This is very absurd that from yesterday there was no jio service in sahib tila, zoo narengi road , guwahati 781024. No one can operate a call or internet. Very painful for us who only use jio sim. Please look on this matter.

    @reliancejio **** of after sales service. Noone responding on whatsapp bot and also on jio chat box. Very bad service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is lot lot better and ways ahead in user interface and fast resolution for customer complaints. Grow up
