@JioCare My jio fiber is out of service from last 2 days today one engineer came and fixed it and after few hours it went back to the same condition again I won't get my validity for these 2 days it just got wasted please look into this matter

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

@JioCare of the technician nor anyone came to mine flat for jio fiber installation setup. I never expected such kind of pathetic service from Jio Team. I have already conveyed your support team that I need to get it set it up by today only for mine professional work but it was not done...

@JioCare For the last few days your #JioFiber is delivering extremely slow internet speed which is much like 1G in my area: Professors' Colony, Kalambag Road, Muzaffarpur. That's all the info u need to get going and don't indulge in merry-go-round by asking for my shoe size etc.
