    @jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare i have never experienced this type of customer service ever how jio provide to people. I need a technician coming to home today before 12pm take your equipment and refund my money back. I'm very disappointed with jio fiber service

    @reliancejio Why u called it 4g?? Slowest network ever. I can't use 0.5 gb of my 2.5 gb plan , and this condition happened in one of the prime location of India IIT GUWAHATI all users here survive with same problem. Plz before update anything update your infrastructure.shame

    @JioCare I need one help. I have one JIO no. 8777877235. I recharged it earlier but forgot to recharge it recently. Yesterday I tried to recharge but getting error. I called JIO customer care and got to know that no. has been deactivated but it is still allocated in my name

    @reliancejio @JioCare You got people with false commitments in customer support, irresponsible field techs & ill mannered office staff in service centre at Agni Tower, Garchuk, Guwahati. My CO number for the router arrived and no one ever called to pick up. Shame on you guys👎

    @JioCare Thanks. But your Jio Care response time is too slow and appalling. It's nearly 15 days now since we communicated our difficulties, we're getting assurances only. Blank assurance. Very discouraging.

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @JioCare I will wait till 21st May 2022. Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Do you guys even know to act emphatic???

    @JioCare There is no direct customer care number provided to customers either for mobile related or for jio fibre services. And the chat bot service is poor and pathetic unable to relate to customer issues. So decided to port out of jio services.
