    Hi @JioCare Team, I have DM'ed my Jio fiber associated number and registered whatsapp number and stated the issue in detail. I am facing Internet Connectivity Issue. Please look into it on priority and get it resolved by today as early as possible

    @JioCare To be honest, my company has provided me a Jio dongle for work, and I must say it's really bad. The service of jio in our area is too bad. Also I am requesting to increase the coverage area and it would be beneficial for both ends, many people would have network and you get CST.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

    Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys Do Not go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

    @JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

    @GooglePayIndia @reliancejio @JioCare Talked to Gpay representative Confirmed that Jio has given a confirmation that recharge done for 336 days but they repeatedly asked me to talk to Jio, why validity is shown as 90 days ? Is it not the responsibility of Gpay to talk to Jio & resolve the issue.

    @JioCare Arey o idiot. Instead of repeating same thing "U gave different address", first U show me which addr U R talking about. I have given only 1 addr & U have installed UR JIO services on that address only. Then where is this 2nd address coming in picture. Y R behaving like illiterate
