@JioCare Sir, please initiate the needful towards installation of a Jio tower in this area of Lal Ganesh, Guwahati, Assam, India PIN-781034. The signal strength is miserable and internet speed is DEAD SLOW. AND MOST PEOPLE IN THIS AREA IS MIGRATING FROM JIO. SOS ALERT FOR JIO

@JioCare @reliancejio Why do I have to complaint again and again? Your internet works only for few days and again same problem happens. You claim to be the fastest, but it seems you are slowest. @BSNLCorporate works much better than you. I’m planning to switch if that ever happens again.

@JioCare @HaqueRainul Hi Mr Haque I was deactivate this service on 9aug because it very poor and Wrost service.just u rcvd only one Satifying but they didn't not work ur location network. So just u check who provides good network and port this ur number. It's better choice.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team you should check your Network stability in Sontoli Area (Pin Code781136) we are 10000 of subscribe under one Tower, But the network stability is very poor, where my home 50 meter far from the tower, Please check the issue and do the needful.

Dear @JioCare, the landline service is not working for my JioFiber. I have tried both rebooting and resetting the device to factory settings; did not help. There are no incoming/outgoing calls. Please see the attached image for the VOIP status. (1/3)

@airtelindia so poor and pathetic service. You guys are quick on taking payment and poor on service. You rushed me to make payment and haven't installed my connection till now. So bad an experience at installation only. I demand my money back. @reliancejio is much much better.
