  @JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

  Hey jio i am using jio airfiber and there was some technical issue in the wifi so i called the technical assistance who installed mu connection whose no is 310605532228. He taken the output device with him now isn't picking up call not giving any reply. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Hi, Help means resolving the issue on time and only by statement nothing is going to happen....As a discontinued internet service denting my day to day work so it must me resolved on priority otherwise no sense to continue with Jio Fibre. Kindly let me know timeline.

  @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

  @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.
