    @JioCare I would like to cut my Jio fiber connection asap since I’m not able to contact the customer care. It’s irritating I literally called like 10 times but no response.

    @JioCare Whenever electricity gone the server and network will automatically going down there must be generator but I think they doesn't use it. I have complaint about it many more time but not fixed yet. So we are facing this problem since long time. It is high time to solve or will quit

    @reliancejio I have talk with your customer care but while calling on customer care number there is no option to talk with customer care. Then why you give us customer care number. Again after 24 hrs your internet is like(faces💩💩💩💩💩💩).
