    @JioCare Hello Jio care team, my number successfully ported to Jio and seems my moment to regret also started. My request for eSIM is still not resolved and there is not network on my mobile now. So good example of ‘good for nothing’. Kindly tell what to do?

    @JioCare Worst customer service exper. Agent Sulekha failed to provide any resolution, and the assigned engineer never called or visited but falsely updated the complaint as "Customer Not Available." I see no reason to stay with Jio. Planning to port to Airtel. #JioCare

    I'm from silao, Nalanda, Bihar. In my area jio network is too weak & 5G internet speed is like 2G please correct it , otherwise I will switch to another telcom company . @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare Thank you for assurance, It is 24 days now i shall wait for another week then. Also please train your representatives well to avoid any mis information & mis selling ultimately leading to customer dissatisfaction.

    @JioCare Your team closes complaints without fixing the issue. I am paying for a service that is not working. This has affected my work and business. Based on my experience, this has been the worst internet service and support I have experienced. Please provide a real solution.

    @JioCare on of the worst network and service. Did mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Jio. Don't use Jio

    @JioCare 2231897937 For prepaid subscription, your services get frequently disconnected. What is my (subscriber) fault ? I have paid full advance for a year and yet don't get service. What are you going to do for this unfair practice ? @reliancejio
