  @DoT_India @JioCare Sir, when telecom operator suddenly drops coverage to unacceptable level in my home mostly by removing cell station, are they not obligated to register consumer complaint? It is 4+ days. If it takes longer, they should return back prepaid amount? Pls. confirm
