    @JioCare Today, I spoke to a supervisor who rejected my refund without even checking my case history, records, emails, or call history. Is this the standard of customer service at Jio? My device was picked up over a year ago, yet today your team scheduled another pickup (2/5)

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India this is the response and resolution from jio if the customer face internet issues they simply say you may experience internet issues if high number of users accessing the internet issues this kind of networks are useless for public in india

    @reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    @JioCare @jiocare , how many days i need to wait to resolve this issue? Technician will not answer calls, no customer support to contact or talk. Fake service requests..simply rescheduling and spaming customers without providing service.

    @JioCare @jiocare service request rescheduling is happening from past 10 days and multiple service requests closed without resolution and never attempted to solve. Im raising concern on service req from past 3 days in x. visit scheduled at 8pm and again it will reschedule to tomorrow.
