From last 2 months I'm complaining regarding JIO network issue in my area. In the time of 5G, we are struggling for 4G network. When i raised port request they called and told wait for 2 or 3 days we will visit. Since last 2month no solution. @reliancejio @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

@JioCare I made a request to upgrade my jio set top box. When engineer visited he said that the set top box serial number is wrong and the cardboard box in which the set top box came has a different serial number which is correct. Please check and resolve the problem.
