  @reliancejio I recharged my Jio number for ₹349 on August 11, 2026, and got 2GB of 4G data and unlimited 5G data. I am unable to use either of them due to network issues.Even the calls get disconnected and sometimes no calls are connected at all. 1/3

  @JioCare @JioCare This is precisely what is so frustrating. If the request was valid enough to be reopened now, why was it closed three times earlier without even a single phone call to the customer or a technician visit to the site? How was the complaint assessed? Shame on jio

  @JioCare Request you to install a 5G/4G tower near Tarapith temple (731233) because it's a tourist place, lakhs of people come here everyday especially Saturday Sunday and holidays are much more crowded, internet speed usually is very slow here, calls cannot be heard everytime.
