I have only option to switch to a different network, I am not able to receive any calls or do calls, and it’s not just me, this is a very crowded place and mostly students from different states and no one have @reliancejio network here, please do something about it @JioCare

@JioCare The technician visit got delayed by 3 days? Are you really running a brand? My complaint was on the 6th and today is 9th, do you understand the trouble? 3 days without internet on a working day? I think I’m going to take up @Airtel_Presence on their offer and close down jio!

@JioCare When Dennis it's been 13 days I am without internet connection.. in this hybrid work culture it's impacting my work. Internet is a necessasity in today's time .. and delay service is equal to no service.

Jio fiber still not working. They won’t admit that they are inept and can’t fix the problem so they send liar so-called engineers to my place who cancel the appointment with excuses that they can’t find ‘access to my premises’ @JioCare @reliancejio Most useless service 😡

@reliancejio I talked to customer representatives about network issue in my area, it’s been couple of days and I don’t see any improvements in network coverage and there is literally no network to even receive calls, I can’t wait any longer and won’t have options

It’s shows complete incompetence & miss management of Service team. Since 5th sept I’m facing the issue. You people keep making excuses & delays. From my side is there any delay of payment or pending bills? Never So @JioCare act now, rather than dragging the problem each day.

@JioCare No one called or come to fix the internet @JioCare gave first appointment on 5th September but didn't meet it and then 8th September and didn't meet that. I now received another date that is 11th September. How can I trust you guys.
