    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioMart You should have delivered what was available in stock . Now the prices have gone up, i can reorder but you should provide price difference of items. Atleast compensate the customer for their time. Difficult to trust now from next order.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been completely not working for the last 3 days and no one is resolving my issue. I have tried customer care and the app, also offline jio distributor but got zero help. My work is getting heavily impacted. Please fix this urgently

    @JioCare You know I have a lot to say but abb nahi. As I said I already reported my concern to consumer forum so I am waiting their response. Your incompetent team already had raised multiple complaints and i was told that I will get update but no solution since feb 2026

    Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of claiming “India’s best network” when the internet barely works? Pathetic speed, constant call drops, and unstable connectivity every single day. Paying full price for half-working service is frustrating. Fix your network please.

    Using Jio since 2019, but for the last 1 year the network in our area has become completely useless. Even WhatsApp messages take time to send on “5G”. And it’s not just me — every Jio user here is frustrated. Once my recharge ends, I’m porting to Airtel. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet services have been down since morning. Initial restoration time was 445pm. It now says restoration by tomorrow. What is happening!!? Work from Home impossible with such poor service.
