    Relocated AirFiber 2 months ago, but your KYC agent assigned an old ODU instead of a UPC unit. Now speeds are capped to 100Mbps & drop in peak hours. Technicians say only fix is to cancel & pay ₹1200 for a new connection. Why should I pay for YOUR mistake? Fix it! @JioCare

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, You talk about 5G, but we still do not have a stable 4G network in our village.I have complained many times, yet I keep receiving the same response that the issue will be resolved in three months.I have been hearing this for the last 2–3 years.(1/2)

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Paid my bill. Subscription shows ACTIVE in MyJio, but JioHotstar says I have no subscription and asks me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar. Hotstar blames Jio. Multiple complaints, zero solution. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare You guys are really idiots. You guys don't read or listen. I never said TV I know it only works for mobile. But open your eyes my app says no subscription and billing is done through jio app so you are at fault
