After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

Im raising concern on service req from past 3 days in x. visit scheduled at 8pm and again it will reschedule to tomorrow.
