    @JioCare Yesterday one sim was delivered to me at home and inserted in mobile but it is not working.He did not cleared my queries.He was not aware regarding working.Iam helpless due to not functioning.Plz help.

    I am very fed up with your customer care service. They are not able to resolve my issue. My decision of being Jio customer is worst experience. I have been facing same issue since four months but still I haven't received any solution from your side @JioCare @anmol_ambani

    My jio fiber is not working and I got technician appointment only on 30thJan, how am I suppose manage till next two days?? This is disgusting.. Can you plz expedite and send and technician today itself..@JioCare

    Hey @madebygoogle , I've been experiencing numerous call drops on the @reliancejio 4g network since the last month or so. This started happening after I ported my Vi primary SIM to Jio. Even my secondary Jio E-SIM which didn't face call drops, does now. @RelianceJioCare Help..

    @JioCare Really poor service from your side as you have scheduled appointment for 30th. Shame on you guys its time to better shift to Airtel as you do not worth your customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare visited a store - said they cannot handle esim issues. They redirected me to the helpline where you executive made me repeat the issue thrice and then said to call when the issue occurs or you guys won’t be able to solve the issue. Pathetic customer service

    @reliancejio my jio sim 8789239882 my internet is not working from 3 months property and when I am calling on customer care they are not giving any resolution and disconnecting the call. Is this the service of jio . I was thinking of to take connection of jio fibre but now not.
