    @JioCare State escalation request SR0000335KB7 has been marked resolved without any engineer visit. No one came to my home and the internet issue is still unresolved. Please reopen and resolve immediately.

    @JioCare looks like jio network downgraded in our area. Since last few days getting 1-2 network bars at times no network. Tried troubleshooting via MyJIO app. Still experiencing network issue.
