    @reliancejio I have been around getting 50 messages daily that you upgrading the network. why do u need to send so many messages?? also, the connectivity issue is not resolved and I have no way of contacting anyone for help from your team :/

    @reliancejio @JioCare why your Internet is so poor even mobile tower is less than 100m from my home still i can't send msg on WhatsApp which uses least Internet..please improve as soon as possible...i facings this problem from last 1 month.

    @JioCare Please ask your representative not to mis sell the products, why did he told me that I would get the 3rd month free. This is not acceptable that he will make fool of the customers who trust JIO as a people's brand. Why would I as a loyal JIO customer should suffer?

    @JioCare - The customer services is as good as garbage..we are requesting a engineer vist the person on CC is asking us to remove devices, on & off and other issues...#shame looking to disconnect the same

    jio is not resolving my problem they just said we are working on your problem. they are just taking money from us and doing party they dont care about the customers i am facing the problem form last 2 days and they are like ho jayega thik sir..@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare very rude customer service provided 18008909999 .at 1221 on 23march 22.customer support was shouting and talking rudely making funny accents .

    @reliancejio Feeling very shamed..i bought new jio phn .last week.nw it is going in complete off mode..i complaint to dealer..he is saying plz go to service center..if I have to roam around here & there y should a person buy jio mobile
