    Due to call drop and slow internet I did port my number from JIO to Airtel on 06 Nov. 2022. But nothing changed my life. still there is no network in my phone, many times call disconnected. Now you suggest where we go.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am a student and I have to study over the internet and need internet access most of time but jio suffered me a lot because most of time even I can't browsing atleast,live classes remains far ahead. It is not a one day problem it continues all most 15 days in a month.

    @JioCare Airtel is providing resolution in hours and jio is only taking the customer for granted. This is really bad.

    @drparitoshbhatt @JioCare They are pathetic, they couldn't give service for about 19 days they didn't even extend the validity of services and after 100 days they said I don't qualify for a extension of services. Big time cheats..

    @drparitoshbhatt @JioCare Jio customer care is a useless blackhole. After putting up with frequent disruptions and poor service for two years, I haven’t renewed since September. Now, they’re sending me 1+1 offers.

    @JioCare Hello, Don't copy and paste the same information. Yesterday was my visit scheduled but none of them visited and sorted the issue. I have not received any sms regarding the engineer assignment now. Very very poor service.
