    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I'm extremely disappointed with your service. Due to bad weather over the last few days, my JioAirFiber internet and TV channels stopped working. However, the weather has been clear since the day before yesterday, still not restored.

    @JioCare 3rd rate connection, no option to raise service request, when you call they simply say we are facing issues in area and we will resolve at earliest and then boom disconnected the call. No internet since morning, no human representative to listen to queries. Pathetic.

    @JioCare and now you have removed all the ways I can reach your customer care. Hot line - call answered and ended by the robot. Chat - JioGin, Doesn't understand any inputs, has its own mind. So basically, we can't provide you any inputs of our issues or your inefficiency.

    @JioCare A service request (SR00003A1KHV) was raised on 02 July 2026. The MyJio app showed that an engineer, Sushil Tiwari, was assigned to visit my premises today.

    @JioCare Yesterday received messages that issue is resolved at Jio end without engineer visit but internet is still not available. As already said no resolution from Jio side. Also DM but no response. No help from appellate helpline @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My request ID is SR00003AHY1F My AirFiber has not been working for the past 48 hours. I have called the service center multiple times, but there has been no response. I haven't received any call back, and no technician has visited to fix the issue.

    Hi @JioCare, My JioFiber installation for Order No. **NO0001EI8FTY** has been delayed due to "technical reasons." Full payment has already been made. The installation was supposed to be completed yesterday, but there has been no resolution yet. The salesperson is also not answering my calls. Kindly look into this on priority and provide an updated installation timeline. Thank you.

    @JioCare pathetic customer service my dad passed away and internet is down since due to my faulty equiment, but the useless app wont let me raise service request claiming service outage , no help from call centre either ,ivr keeps repeating same thing and call disconnects😤
