@JioCare horrible service!!! Technicians at your service centre lack knowledge. I have been visiting the service center for one month for problems with my jiofi device and the technicians can't even fix it and have damaged my device! Your online helpline is much worse!!

out going call also not working, this phone Is with 1yr service, now service centre blaming me that I might have changed SIM card, instead resolving the issue they started blame game, people are least bothered to solve. I want my money back. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

Why is jio not working in pin code 230001 since yesterday. Today morning we got a message saying it will remain as it is till tomorrow also. @reliancejio
