    Dear @reliancejio I received a threatening call from this number: 9304372559. The woman on the call claimed that my Jio connection would be disconnected because I had not recharged due to the poor network connectivity from your end in my area.

    @JioCare I've been asked to "give us time" for over a year. Every representative says the issue is being worked on, yet there is no resolution. Even yesterday, your customer care assured me that my refund would be processed soon. Enough with the repeated assurances. Verify your records.
