Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

Booked jio fiber for new connection before 20 days till now no installation always saying by jio team that slot is not available .. then @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice then why you are giving this type of service to people that people is engaged on your service .. very bad

@JioCare unable to use call waiting on my number. Tried and tested everything. Inserted sim in another phone. Tried inserting another sim in my phone. It worked. Bought a new sim. Yet problem continue to persist!

@JioCare Since 2017 i am raising network issues on some of my working locations. But everytime from your end receives a fake promises now I was ported out to another company .... You can continue with your so called faltu network.

@reliancejio my connection is not working for the last 30 mins. The router is showing blinking red light. I have checked the cables and turned the power on and off. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks.
