    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @saaaanjjjuuu That’s exactly what’s happening with me as well. I’m getting lower internet speeds, while Jio is working much better on my brother’s phone. I doubt this started after they launched their Priority Post-paid service. I’m planning to switch to @reliancejio now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio A senior citizen woman’ JIO phone number has been stolen by someone. Now some Hindi speaking people are using that number. She is from Telangana and only speak telugu. She is my Mom, she doesn’t know what and whom to contact. Please help.

    @JioCare 1. I have been asking this question multiple times but you are not giving answer. If there is a outage from JioFibre, why this scenario is not covered for rent rebate? What is our mistake in this scenario and why should we pay the bill in full when the issue is from Jio end?
