    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    I'm facing terrible indoor network coverage at my home. Calls drop constantly and the voice breaks completely.I literally, to run outside or to the rooftop just to make a normal call. Please check the nearest tower signal and optimize it urgently.@JioCare 📍24.9406367, 87.8788424

    @JioCare seems like you block users after registering their issue and tagging it 'solved' closing the service tracker. I haven't recieved any response from @JioCare since days. Is is really okay to trust such a brand with high reputation doing these kind of jokes? @reliancejio

    @JioCare How much time this issue I'm facing since last month Still you guys need time? Nobody contacted me yet. No one came to check. And you are saying you guys are working. Don't worry just stuck till this month. Afterwards nobody will gonna take your service in this area. @JioCare

    Jio changed the IR policy and disconnected the signal from last Thursday 14 May 2026. Still having valid domestic recharge active plan. Now requires specific domestic recharge plan 3599 /- to receive SMS/ signal for International roaming. @JioCare @JioHotstar

    Day 6 - @JioCare , still no support from these guys, no technician available to fix the issue. And the customer care people are just parrots repeating the same thing without making sense and able to solve the issue.

    @JioCare My AirFiber connectivity has been severely low for days. Despite high recharge costs, no one has resolved this worst service experience. Please send a technician immediately to fix the issue, or process a full refund of my money. Customer support team is irresponsible.
