    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    Device recovery on 02 Aug 2021 ORDER NO - CO0000D5ZZUU many times twitted on this plateform but still not recieve ,today also call to customer care as per Ms palini ,take १४ days more , still waiting from ४ weeks ,but still waiting..@DoT_India @JioCare @TRAI shame on service

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wife ordered a new postpaid connection sim card from jio but we received a message - Sorry! Your JioExpress request has been cancelled due to D. Customer does not want to pay SD. I have a call record where I have agreed to pay SD.

    @JioCare can you explain what the 'Jiofiber referral OTT voucher' adds? Service engg told me to make a payment for a month,and said the voucher would add another month extension to the plan, but the validity date did not extend post-payment.
