    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare Why do you have a support service that does not help in resolving customer problems or answer queries? You can do better for what you offer us. The user experience in terms of obtaining support is painful and a time waster with useless automated emails @anand_padmanabn

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why are you replying junk???? It is not an headphone issue, I tried with multiple headsets & without headset. The voice breaks and the other party is unable to hear properly. address is updated with you, same that is updated in my account. Extremely poor data connection as well.
