    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently.     Dear @JioCare, Facing persistent network and internet issues in Bhediyadhar, Chiraiyakot, Mau, Uttar Pradesh – 276129. Mobile data is extremely slow, internet connectivity is unreliable, and call quality is poor despite network coverage being available.

    @reliancejio No network in home or very low network in ward no. 25 Neemuch (M.P). This is called duniya kar lo Mutthi mein! This problem has been for years. Towers installed facing collector office & common people don't have a say in that. Remove your services from Neemuch.

    @JioCare Why Every Month End It Happens And Last Till Second Week Of Next Month? And Restore Takes Always A Fix Time. You Advertise For Jio PC, OTT Pack For Upgrades, Etc. But Everything Without Internet Is Useless, Isn’t It! Kindly Prioritise Network Connectivity And Rest Will Surely

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My OTT subscription is not working, and when I contacted customer care, they insisted that I must be physically present in front of the setup box for troubleshooting. (1/4)

    What kind of network coverage is this, @reliancejio and @JioCare? Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet speed is extremely slow. What's the point of having 5G if videos won't even load, let alone download properly?

    @JioCare Acknowledgement received, but service is still not delivered. Please provide a fixed installation time today instead of generic “soon” updates. Delay is already unacceptable.
