Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

This is disgusting. @reliancejio bad services for fiber. Services guy switch off the phone. Manger not pick the call. What customers do only tweet which is also not work for customer.

@JioCare Horrendous service/ support we have experienced so far. We have 4 devices using Jio network and we are unable to make calls and receive from none of the devices despite of 4 network bars. Your support executives ask stupid questions hence porting to Airtel in next 24hrs.

@reliancejio Hey My Internet Is not working From Yesterday. I called Customer care. Technical Eng Slot Book for 11 am, got confirmation also but later It got changed to 2000 hrs. Kindly Reimburse Me one day Internet In my account No. 2235671629. Called CC also.

@JioCare I cancelled my jio fibre service on 17th May, and still, no one came to pick up the router, raised multiple complaints still nothing happened, except keep on scheduling appointments, which is useless 👎👎👎👎👎
