Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

Your engineer even faked coming to my house and requesting an otp when noone came here. Even after speaking to your customer care my request is still on hold.
