Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@reliancejio @exploreIMC It's been about 3 years since a jio tower has been erected in my village bt it's not commissioned yet. And on enquiry we get the same reply wait for 15 days we will solve your problem .Look into that first

@reliancejio We are facing signals issues in our place call drops & no network. where we might lose connection, Many of the times, we manage to get connected again in a few attempts,when the phone cannot connect to the network. Really this is very worst service from jio

@JioCare @reliancejio I logged at around 1.15AM; and its now 1.37AM; jio states that I have consumed 90% of data in the quota for December 11, 2020. The only activity performed by me is to send a complaint mail to the appellate of #Jio!
