Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@RSG10680 @reliancejio Hello Rajesh. This is how they give services to us. Don’t wait for them. Never opt for jio. They don’t care about our issues. They keep on promising us like we will check. But they never comeback. They used to raise number of complaints but without any resolution they will close

@JioCare Friday I called and got assured within 48 hours I will get the reply or resolution. Fri to Tue I called today and still asking me to wait saying soon they will get back to me. What a pathetic service of liars

@JioCare @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio i have made a complaint of no network in my jio fibre connection. Meanwhile near my street i met a jio staff he told me to update connection so I did. Now i am having old router of old connection, please take it back.

@ajisharul @JioCare They used to do fake promises, they used to give fake commitments, they used to send fake complaint ids. Jio is fake. Never ever opt for jio. Think before u opt for jio services.

@JioCare I find it inappropriate. Just because your sales team do not have knowledge to handle foreign customers, we should not be subjected to such situations. I did not anticipate such service from Jio's team.

@reliancejio fantastically messed up product delivery service. I specifically had asked for both products to be delivered today and only 1 was dispatched which has been returned.
