Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare The agent who came for the booking nd the technician and enginer so unprofessional that now they have blocked my number nd not at all answering my call now . They havent explained how to use the ott app, the speed is 1mbps which is 99.9% slow from the one committed

@JioCare hey, I raised a removal request as am moving out. Am suddenly being told it will take 7 days. The last time it was under a day! Which means I would leave before the device is removed. Call Center guys can’t help. Can you get it done tomorrow or the day after?
