  Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained many times (Through customer care call, MyJio app chat). Just getting the SAME TEMPLATE ANSWER that I am in low coverage area or temporary network conjunction happened in my area. NO SOLUTION IS BEING PROVIDED FROM YOUR END.

  @JioCare @JioCare Jio tower is 100m meters away from my location and I get the full range. Then, how can you say that location is adequately covered? Your customer support says network up-gradation is going on. What's the truth?
