    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    I have been using the jio network from the beginning but nowadays the jio networks become very pathetic and slow, frequent call drops, unable to listen to anything in voice calls, you are not providing us services for free, we are paying for the services.@JioCare @MIB_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have requested to cancel the jio fibre connection but your customer care is not updating for cancellation/lifting device back.If from today if u send any pending invoice I won't be responsible to pay.Bcoz I hv given so many request but u r not responding.

    I don't want to continue with this pathetic service. Refund my full amount. No satisfactory service and a lot of fake promises made by @RelianceJio @JioCare . Every single month I have to run after these people. Irritating task added to my monthly job. You pay to get irritated.

    Worst helpline support by @JioCare I wait for 10 min and call get automatically, today my postpaid bill generate date but not received any communication regarding this. @reliancejio think to port out from this

    @JioCare Akshay, only your responses are repeating and repeating since October'22.but not the solution. I need my Rs. 765 back. And i can not wait a months and months for your checking. The worst service I have ever seen. REFUND MY MONEY.

    @JioCare getting too over confidence if you select slow internet speed, IVR said you might be connected through multiple devised or your device is old. Where Jio fiber is super unstable additionally my WFH laptop getting 30MBPS on 150MBPS plan especially with Cisco any connect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio's network is very bad in my area, it is inconvenient to run the net. I am now giving port to sim and also I am giving port to 25 members of my house in sim Vi Otherwise, find a solution to the net problem.
