Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

@JioCare @phirozeshroff88 @JioCare none should buy from you specially in howrah location you don't provide internet service for more than 3 days and take 1500 for that your customer service does nothing and no engineer visit even after 5 days ll sue your company you see I have not paid 1500 for this

@reliancejio @jio_fiber 8079689865 Device picked up on 24Jul21. Till date refund not processed. Always same comments as we are working on your issue. More than 2 months TAT to issue refund? What kind of service is your benchmark? Can u initiate the refund immediately?
