    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare it has been 4years I have shifted to my new house, just 1KM away from my old house with good JIO network.. New location does not have a proper Jio Network connectivity.. fed up of waiting for a resolution from Jio, does it take so long to get this corrected?

    @JioCare You don't change the device although it is oldest and giving internet speed issues.. your customer care sucks.. they are okay for me to get the account closed after expiry but don't want to get me the latest hardware, although I have been using your services since day1

    @JioCare Why does Jio does not support 5G on esim on S23 Ultra? My wife uses a physical sim in pixel 6 pro and she's on 5g. I'm using esim and unable to connect to 5g. It always shows LTE instead of 5g.

    @JioCare Hi, I had purchased Rs. 2875 international roaming pack for my Thailand visit yesterday. I was getting network immediately after landing in Bangkok but now it's gone completely. I am not getting any network at all. Plz check urgently. Dm'ed you as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G I use an apple i phone 14 with updated software and also have post paid plan of 399 plus tax. Further i stay in a 5g enabled area, however i still not getting 5g welcome offer, pl help as ur CC is not helping. Area pin 400705.

    @JioCare We are located in Raheja Tesla, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, 300 MSME's & 5000 people are also in same premises, We are facing network issue, Its extreme level, Please resolve it, Or we have to do mass porting to Airtel.

    Jio reliance worst customer service and they have no money so invented new idea stole the customer money. I have recharged internet boost pl, it is not activated but money deducted from my account and no support at their hand @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia
