    Hello @reliancejio, Rohit this side I am try to complain against my network speed in my area in your customer care but there is no response from your side and no one trying to resolve my issue every one told to wait for 48 hours to resolve your issue this issue has highlighted.

    @JioCare I am using the Jio mobile & Jio dongle since two years sorry to inform as soon as I teach my society where 250!flats are there, network is zero,I have complained this several time with jiocare through mobile but no response.

    My cellphone number is 7007429589. Jio fixed voice number is +918079669234 and order number is NO0000G2RC3Z. Technician was supposed to visit on 5th for installation. 6th I called and emailed customer care Today is 8th no response from your team. @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare for the past 3 days i have been raising concerns of net being 1/3rd of the net speed i have recharged with. This is not getting out of my patience people take 48hrs to resolve an issue but now its been >72hrs no resolution
