@JioCare No one from the team has come to my location even once. Both SR repeatedly being marked as "Hold" or "Resolved" without any actual visit or resolution. Please stop harassing me by closing the tickets falsely and help fix my internet instead. It's been 15 days with no service.

@JioCare facing issue with jio fixed line number 061-52796583 . service always get disrupted when there is long light cut . Kindly arrange technician visit to change my C6 device connectivity to any other Tower. As there is tower nearby which has 6 connectivity.
