In my fight to get my jiofibre connection cable repaired 6 days have gone past but no solution in sight. Jiofibre behaving like got entity where employees take public for granted. Raised the issue with appellate authority and privately took the fight to jiocare on twitter.

@reliancejio KINDLY ENABLE MANUAL, ENTERING OF ADDRESS FOR BOOKING FIBER, BCOZ., WHEN FIBER IS FEASIBLE, AND KNOWN BY CUSTOMER., THE CURRENT OPTIONS IS UNABLE TO BOOK FIBER EASILY. SINCE ADDRESS MATCH IS NOT FOUND MOSTLY. SO GIVE OPTION TO ENTER MANUALLY.

@JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer experience. The salesperson fooled us in the name of solving an issue and asked me to take a new connection and didn't refund the old amount. I'm following up from the past 2 months for the refund.

@reliancejio @exploreIMC Advertisement too high reality is so far. Even 5 years of 4g services cannot provide good internet speed after complain get one reply we are installing network in your area from last 5 years.
