Your app makes a mistake, asking me to pay your subscription that I've already paid for before, and now you ignore my mails, cut my calls. You tell me there is not refund process.     @reliancejio @JioCare Calling jio care is really hectic dese days. One cant talk 2 c care directly nowadays. Ur pre recorded AI voice is not abl 2 trasfer my calls. Facing net issues. revert asap

    @JioCare Hello Sir, I have been complaining about 5G network for the last 18 months but till now I have not received proper feedback nor am I getting any network. There is a 5G network just 3 kilometers away from where I live.
