    @JioCare One think which elaborate @reliancejio. Third Great Services, specially the customer support of twitter and phone. After using 3 year of Jio Fiber services, Its not worth it anymore! Pathetic help support, Please take this Dubba box from here, refund now #WorstJioSupport

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio : No support no response on complaints made by Residents of Sector 21-A, Faridabad on frequent connections break which makes kids suffer with missed classes. @airtelindia : I personally want to port 9 numbers and 2 fiber connections of my family - please connect.

    @reliancejio @JioCare do not buy jio fiber as they are cheter and always cheating customer. They did not refund my 1000 rs after disconnection. After continuous follow-ps with their appellate authority they scheduled pickup 4 times and din not visit. Picup made after due date
