    @JioCare @reliancejio Shambolic service from Frequent network outages over the past 6 months have cost me days of zero internet and immense mental harassment. Why am I paying full bills for half-baked service? Need a senior executive to look into this and compensate immediately.

    @JioCare have paid for Jio Fiber for my office on 26th June. Still no installation has taken place for the fiber and have called customer care more than 10 times.

    @JioCare It's now been more than 8–9 days since I booked my Jio AirFiber installation, and no one has provided a clear timeline or resolution. Could you please share the expected TAT for completing the installation? If there is any issue causing the delay, kindly inform me .
