    Worst service by @JioCare . Despite raising issues, no technical support for 24+ hours. Now they ask 24+ more for resolving. Thought jio was profesional, but very pathetic service. No customer care numbers working, no voice support.

    @JioCare Dear Krana you dont know how I have been treated by jio, I have to face this type of issue 3-4 or more in a month how can I dont be disappoint, even I have to take a new connection while having a connection, can you feel it.

    @Kundan72616583 @JioCare @airtelindia They have the worst customer support , initially they trapped customers with instant arrangement of technicians when we took a new Jiofiber connection but now when there is a problem they didn't even assign an engineer to visit and internet is still down since 2 days.

    Very horrible experience with Jio fiber, even getting new connection 2nd time, and talking to customer care 100 time, I recommend everyone in my contact list not to buy Jio instead of this, go for local broadband in this price range.@JioCare @reliancejio

    Its been 4 months now to disconnected the jio fiber connection, i am yet to receive my 1500/- rupee refund , when@i called jio customer care they are clamming that money has been transfer to your account How can a big company such as reliance can lie #JioFiber #jio #reliancejio
