    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancegroup past 6 months I am facing this issue and nobody seems to be bothered by this.. I am getting an Internet speed of 1mbps for paying 1400/month.customer care team seems to be clueless and ask me wait for 4 hours and no one follows up.

    @JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.

    @reliancejio please reintroduced 1GB/Day plan as there are some user who have less daily data consumption due to wifi connection and also improve your network quality and data service . You are taking plenty of money for which purpose?
