No one turned up and Wi-Fi has been shut from 2pm yesterday till now and to rub salt to the wound, you sent a message that engineer visit is scheduled today at 6pm. If you can not provide basic awrvixe, cancel my subscription and refund my dues

    @JioCare @RelianceDigital ORN NO00015FA40H raised on 29 may. Called customer care 10 times. Raised on X 10 times. Daily gettinf message person ABC will deliver sim but not. Arey atleast return my money pathetic condition. Ticket raised no answer

    Based on your response, I’ve decided to discontinue JioFiber. Please deduct the charges for the period used and refund the remaining amount from my 4-month advance payment. Moving to another provider. Never experienced such poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
