    From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare

    @JioCare we are experiencing internet issue from past 3 days. No response from your side. I am told just 2 hours everytime I call. It is really frustrating for us because we are working from home . The after service is really bad and this is not expected from Jio.@reliancejio

    @JioCare last 6 days passed of cyclone but till date no network established in my town KOVAYA 365541. So this is way to treat people in digital era? Nobody response,no any reply of customers care. After cyclone massive damage here communication is the only way.
