    @NatrajMaddy @JioCare Same thing is happening everywhere. I am facing issue on jio fiber internet. From 3 days my internet is not working. I have done complaints but no one is responsible person here. Even their engineers says to deactivate the jio service.

    Since April 27 when the complaint was raised, was promised a callback. I'm still waiting. Your SM executives (new person every three hrs) fool me with inconclusive replies via DM. @JioCare, what to do now ?

    @JioCare For my Jio mobile number 9076425972 today once again, form 2 Pm last 4 hrs I am facing network outrage issue. It seems no one actually care about my complaint since Jan 2021 I am notifying network outrage issue but no solution yet.

    @JioCare you said will resolve in two days but I got a message conveying the problem resolved. Your customer care asks the same set of questions and finally they go off line. SR000014RI8A. Problem :Cannot call or receive calls.

    @JioCare I am facing internet issue from 3 days. I have complain to the engineers and your customer care too. But no one cares. Your engineers and customer care says to deactivate the product if you dont want. I haven't seen such a worst service ever.

    @JioCare I recharged this month but it is not working. Earlier it used to work but when i log into my laptop using samw registered number of Jio Sony Liv Premium is not working for the timing only Hotstar VIP is working
