    @reliancejio @JioCare the jio signal in our area is very pathetic and unable to browse and charge more money for low speed internet this is service you are providing to customer area

    @JioCare it's more than 48 hours that your team cannot connect a simple fibernet Cable for a new connection. I would like to cancel my order and I would go with other service provider. Don't provide false promises that connection would be done in a slot that has been booked.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ I m suffering with zero network issue in my phone I m in UAE Abu dhabi , since March there have network I have full of mobile recharge nd bal but now it is going zero my friend had word with customer care service but they have zero knowledge very poor response , very disappoint

    @JioCare Jio care only can do is understand the problem but they don't resolve the problem. They can only just appreciate the customers patience and cooperation. Worst service facing

    @JioCare As I have shared the pic of that time when I contacted the customer care again agent said same thing door was locked and no call was received from engineer. Till now it was like giving excuses now I can say that company is lying and cheating with the customers. Highly disappointe

    Reliance #JioFibre is not it used to be. Service isn’t that great, customer care isn’t helpful at all, and they make false commitments! Was promised a yearly subscription of Amazon Prime but it got over within 6 months! @JioCare @reliancejio not expected.
