    @JioCare We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.

    I am frustrated from JIO port service. I recently port my sim from bsnl to JIO on 11 June and SIM also delivered on 15th June. Today 1st July still network is not came. I had call with customer service 10 times. EVERYTIME they provide different solution @JioCare #jio #jiosim

    @JioCare @reliancejio 12+ days without JioAirFiber. Only one engineer visited, admitted the tower issue, then disappeared. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, no follow-up. Stop giving fake ETAs and fix the service. #JioAirFiber #Faridabad

    @JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

    Is anyone actually working at @JioCare? Internet has been completely down since yesterday morning. No customer support, no updates, just a broken app telling me to wait hours. I expect a refund for remaining days of 6 months recharge. 😡 @reliancejio +9144314377**
