    @reliancejio Madam/Dear Sir, I bring to your kind notice that I have been using jio SIM since long but in recent past it has been observed by me that internet speed has become very slow. I am even not able to properly browse search engines.

    Looks @reliancejio network is weakening and good to see @vodafone works good now a days. Atleast when comes to data connection. Calls didn't try yet.

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a new network tower got installed in our village but since that happened there is no network at all, we can't make calls, we can't sent text and there is no internet. I am working from home and now i am on the verge of losing my job due to internet.

    @reliancejio I have raised multiple complaints (SR# SR000013VXNE) as I am experiencing intermittent disconnection on JIO for the past 10 -12 days. It's becoming impossible to use Jio Fiber. The worst part is that the ticket gets automatically resolved. No Resolution provided

    @suniltsavalam @HathwayBrdband I too have the same issues so I removed the services and shifted to @reliancejio . Suggest you to remove Hathway asap.

    Hey @reliancejio. If I want to stop using your postpaid dongle connection, what does it take? I have emailed you, gone to your store and called you endlessly but you just can't seem to entertain my request. Is a customer's request not entertained by your company? @JioCare

    @JioCare @drsvsanghi Dont even try Jio, it sucks badly. I've been thinking of moving to Airtel myself! I literally switch on-off airlane mode 100 times a day before making calls and trying to browse internet.

    @reliancejio What a grate service done by your team, We are continuously chasing to JIO care for new corporate plan from 11th Feb but till today no one call or mail to us with any plan and you ask Love #OnJio but how?
