    @reliancejio SR No. SR000019AC16. Red light blinking no service. Previous SR No. SR000018PUUU - Jio Fiber on 6 Feb. Within 5 weeks service down. PATHETIC & DISGUSTING. Compensation promised, not given. Please be ashamed of yourself. Last month with Jio, will move back to Airtel

    Since 1-2 months Internet is not working in my specific streets, have raised too many requests and called several times but absolutely no result. It’s sad how @reliancejio take their customers for granted.some of my neighbours ported thier sim in other portals. Please dm

    Took @reliancejio @JioCare IR pack for egypt but no connectivity here. Service provider listed here doesnt even exist!!! How can u have tie-up with non-existent co. Whats the point of taking IR pack?? #disappointed. #pathetic service. No revert from #CustomerService

    @JioCare @Imatulkansal why DM let people know how horrible JIO Customer Care is, I spoke to 10+ agents & all provided me different solutions for a single issue I reported, QA Team must listen to the conversation I had to know how CC Team fool customers ATUL KANSAL RESPOND IF NOT SLEEPING.

    @JioCare I am having a lot of problems in making calls and and their is no range at my location neither my sim shows any range nor having any data speed and it fluctuates alot. either resolve the problem or i am going to change my sim Location: RPS College Balna Mahendergarh

    I am not able to make and receive calls on jio...why it's happening....all my family phones...my neighbours... we're facing the problem since 10 days...no response @JioCare @reliancejio
