    @JioCare I can't speak to an agent in my desired language. I changed the language on the automated service 3 times, and still can't manage to speak to the agent. How else do I go about this ?

    Worst service of @ViCustomerCare, made a mistake that I switched from @reliancejio, complaining since the day I ported in VI (6th April 2021) but problem still persists, getting internet speed in Kb (two digit)....worst decision ever.
