    @JioCare As I said I don't need the service anymore, with these type of response from the local manager and the technician I can imagine the day where I may have service issues and my number is blocked. So just cancel the installation and refund me the amount.

    It's been 4 days and Jio internet is still not working in my area. The app shows congestion outage but there is no update, no timeline and no validity extension. Very disappointing service. Please fix this immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Is this the new normal, @reliancejio @JioCare? I just got a warning call that my number will be deactivated tonight if I don't recharge immediately. It’s MY phone, MY SIM, and MY number—I will recharge when I actually need the service!
