    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @JioCare Its very shameful that relocation request is cancelled. When I spoke to customer care they r saying that I have called and cancelled the request. But reality is I did not make any call, still I am being accused of cancelling the request myself.

    @JioCare What are you going to get checked? The engineer will try to contact me, fail, and won’t reach my place. It’s already happened twice. You need my new number. Invite me to the dms. You’d just end up wasting the engineer’s time as well as my own. It’s already been 5 days.

    @JioCare Internet down since 26 April night(SR00002KQUX2). #harrasment by #Jio customer support. I tried 20-30times, agents keep on disconnecting the call since I dont know hindi. #hindiimposition in modern ways? If you cannot provide proper support why doing business here?

    @JioCare Team, my JioFiber is facing connectivity issues since a few days now. I was able to register a complaint using IVR but my registered number isn't working which is probably why engineer hasn't showed up. No response through email channels. Please get in touch SR000034D5ML
