    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    The worst service provider. Given a service request for a setup box installation to Jio on 13/04 and was told that the complaint would be attended to by 14/04 at 11:30 am and now it's 1:00pm on 15/04. Called the company multiple times but still no progress.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare signal strength is very low even the tower is colse to my home.There are 200 or more complaint but the solution is not given . It's been a long time like 10 month ago we facing problem please solve tis issue.

    @JioCare No response from your Twitter team . Plus tried calling jio customer care several times , they are asking to re schedule it again , not getting an option to re schedule. This is really irritating me now , first you guys don't verify properly and now unecessarily troubling me.

    @JioCare @RaeesNN Worst part is they don’t even care about this , no way to connect to the customer care , and twitter’s running by bots the delay in response is pathetic man! Great decision go for @JioCare !

    @JioCare I'm having 2 jio no. And after activation of fully DND I'm getting unnecessary promotion call from various bank's I contact many times to coustomer care and rased many complains but still facing same problem please have a look on this
