    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @JioCare My Internet has been down for last 4 hrs. Tried connecting to jio care phone but its either “ all lines are busy” or get disconnected after being on hold on IVR. Very pathetic service @reliancejio

    Jio please help, I am so shocked right now I don't know what to do by mistake I recharged a semi-annual plan of my Jio Fiber which cost me around 7000+(with GST) the 999(exl GST) plan for 6 months, I contacted support but they refused for refund please do something @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing jio fiber wifi network issue from last 2 days, I have checked diagnosis option in my jio app but it is not useful. I have tried many times to reach out to your customer support but no success.

    @reliancejio @JioCare fibrenet services not working. Nobody is responding from customer care. Done restart and cable disconnect and connect. still didnt work out. complaint number : SR00001GBUF8. Engineer visit was scheduled for 3pm. No response yet.
