    @reliancejio @JioCare dear jio I am using your fiber seens 2 year and seens 2 month I am facing slow net problem so I compliant against it and after two visits your engineers change my wifi but when they change my wifi I am facing new problem is that 5g network disconnected

    It’s more than 3 days, Jio Fibre network services is not working & despite complaints and customer care assurance that the problem will be sorted out nothing happened in the past 72 hours. Poor services @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare For getting a connection you guys are like Sir today evening itself it will be done. And for disconnecting you guys need more than a month. I'm fed up of this with you, you can keep my 1500Rs with you and I'll throw your device in garbage.

    Is this you add customer in your bucket @reliancejio . Your customer care service is too pathetic and if you dont have any plan to install new device for my fibre (already paid for 6 month plan) so please cancel my plan.

    @NetMeds @reliancejio India's worst service provider is Netmeds, which says that the medicine will be delivered in 2 days and even after 10 days it is not able to deliver, I had ordered three or four times for the medicine to Netmeds but my delivery is 10 to 12 days.

    @JioCare We are at Monday end !! Why was I charged before service was provided ?? Rather if you cannot stand by the commitment at least return the money back. You can’t hold the money back without promised service

    Is it just me, or has Jio internet transitioned from 5G speeds back to the loading times of the early 2000s dial-up era? @JioCare, running diagnostics repeatedly isn't fixing this sluggish connection, so please restore the high-speed network we are paying for.
