    @reliancejio what sort of service is this I had booked fibre connection your agent came yesterday took money and till now he didn't setup the connection I called him many times all his answer is half an hour and 1 hour

    @JioCare What is d time frame u need to rectify this issue. Why there is no coordination between sales and technical team. If u don't have space why u sale new connection to customers.

    @reliancejio dear sir, I have taken jio fibre connection on 4th December. No issues as such except I see worst Instaltion. Fiber cable crossing road by hanging. It may snap anytime. I objected & reported coordinator Pramendra 8595916529 to take first hand info. Nothing done???

    @JioCare Your executives told that it would take 7days after pickup of the routers . please correct your representative’s as they are making false claims to customers. And also I would request you to share the terms and conditions letter for my better knowledge on the same issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio band kar do is wahiyat company ko if u can not provide services. Tumhara 3 month 84 days ka.. 2 month 56 days ka 1 month 28 days ka hota hai.. Services v worst hai. No network.

    @JioCare Hey, i have done this multiple times. Sent my add to u several times and get reply from different people. Nothing is helping. So just leave it at this now. Accept it u have given worst service.

    @JioCare took jio fiber on 4th Dec ,very bad Instaltion & coordinator Pramendra 8595916529 not listening to mistake by Instaltion team. Myself M K Dubey, 9811956979, house no 255, sector 46, Faridabad -121010 Please attend urgently before fiber gets snapped by trucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3 complaints in 2 months. Service quality of jio deteriorated badly. Again internet nt working n nw lodged complaint. Kindly get the fiber replaced. Just recharged annual plan again, now these issues. 😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare great loop around for customer care. Called Jiocare, got SR no, case closed without attending. Sent whatsapp message to Jiocare, got OTP, asked to log the app, case not found, bot popped up, mentioned the issue, it is asking me to call customer care. Time to move out .
