    More then 24 hours Internet service is completely down very poor service by @JioCare on 1 minute late recharge they cut or slow down your services but here they have no answers. I must say @airtelindia is much better then Jio in case of customer care..? 😠@reliancejio #Jiodown

    We r facing call drop and zero internet connectivity problem,last 5 days in our area currently we are feeling like we r in forest not in Noida. I've registered complaint on jio helpline But there's NO response from jio team so disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    15+ days. No resolution despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups. Only bot replies and false assurances. I've now filed a formal complaint with @jagograhakjago (Docket No. 9765478). @JioCare @reliancejio, I hope this finally gets resolved.

    @JioCare Ordered a Jio SIM on 12 Apr 2026 (Order ID: NO00015D4MQJ). Never delivered. No refund in 3+ months. Your team sent written emails claiming refund was processed - later contradicted by your own team. All I want is the SIM I paid ₹349 for. Is that too much to ask?
