    @JioCare it should be immediately not after 24 hr.Internet is like basic need nowadays..be professional in customer service. It is not 90's Era.

    My device NO0000N5RUBJ is delayed.@JioCare @PIB_India. Jio fibre salesman told me that already a box installed and no problem for fibre, took money 6 days before. No solution from @JioCare side. Salesman is not accepting my call after this.

    @JioCare Service ID 299948265358 upgraded jio fibre acc frm prepaid to post, all services & ott show active but no info on how to get the free Set top box?tried reaching from MyJio app,jioCare email,what'sApp,JioChat & 1800 no,but no info on how to get the STB, pls deliver immed

    Pathetic service from @reliancejio ! Connection was down due to technical reasons for more that 20 days & they have taken full amount since it’s a prepaid connection. Senior officials confirmed for waiver & extension but nothing happened so far. @JioCare u have the worst team.

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @reliancejio I don't know what to say to such a pathetic service !!!!! I'm Unable to login in my Jiomart account from last 8-9 months, every time, even today when I Contacted your Customer Support, they don't have any solution to this problem .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 121 service is pointless as no option to speak with CCE is given IVR does not give you an option to discuss your issues. I have sent a mail close all my landline numbers with immediate effect @reliancejio installed. cust care at S50 is helpless

    Is this you add customer in your bucket @reliancejio . Your customer care service is too pathetic and if you dont have any plan to install new device for my fibre (already paid for 6 month plan) so please cancel my plan.

    @reliancejio @JioCare dear jio I am using your fiber seens 2 year and seens 2 month I am facing slow net problem so I compliant against it and after two visits your engineers change my wifi but when they change my wifi I am facing new problem is that 5g network disconnected
